William Samiri played an older Douglas on The Bold and the Beautiful and is the older brother of Henry who plays the role! He has also been seen in Brews Brothers, Yes Day, and more.
1. What do you love the most about acting?
The best part of acting is the adventures that come with it and meeting so many new and great people.
2. What was the best part getting to be a part of The Bold and The Beautiful?
The best part of the Bold and the Beautiful was that I already knew the people and had been to the studio so it was a very comfortable environment to be in.
3. Had you been to the studio before with your brother or was this your first time? If so, what was it like to be the one filming that day?
Yes, I had been to the studio before I filmed. It was fun being the one filming and everyone was very excited that I was Henry’s real life brother.
4. What was your time on set like filming Brews Brothers?
Brews Brothers was a lot of fun because I got to play a trouble maker which is not me at all. It was also at an outside location in a place that was set up to look like the old days.
5. What is the coolest thing you have done for an audition?
I did a Nickelodeon audition once and just got to be as crazy as possible. I didn’t get the job but it was a fun audition.
6. How did you enjoy working on the film Yes Day?
Yes Day was a blast! Everyone in the cast was wonderful and all of the things we got to do were super fun.
7. What was your favorite scene to shoot?
My favorite part of filming on Yes Day was definitely the house party and when the foam started blowing out of everything. We all had a second set of wardrobe because we were soaked.
8. Did you do anything special to watch the film when it was released?
We were actually lucky enough to get to see the film around Thanksgiving prior to its March release. It’s such a great family movie and it was fun to finally see it in completion.
9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?
I really loved filming with my brother and sister on our Ford commercial. Aside from that, Tyler Riggs, Andrew Carlberg, and Brit Shaw were amazing to work with and very good at what they do.
10. Is there anything you can share about Peace in the Valley?
Peace In The Valley is a such a wonderful story about love and loss and the ability to persevere and rise above the challenges that come with both.
