Star-Kidz

TK Weaver played the role of Daniel Morgan on General Hospital. This year he has also been seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and will be seen in an episode of Henry Danger in the new year!

1. What is one of the coolest things you have done in an audition this year?
I got to improv a lot in a producers session and it was super fun! That means that we went off script and just talked normal. It was really funny.

2. How did you enjoy coming back to do another comedy sketch for Jimmy Kimmel Live? What do you like most about doing comedy roles?
I love comedy. Jimmy Kimmel is a really fun place to work. It’s fun for me because even though I think I’m really funny most my bookings are more dramatic roles.

3. How different is doing a show like Jimmy Kimmel Live versus General Hospital?
Jimmy Kimmel takes longer to shoot. General Hospital shoots their scenes really fast usually. GH has to shoot a lot of scenes in one day so they are forced to get it done quicker. Jimmy Kimmel takes multiple shoots of each angle in each scene.

4. What is the best part of running into fans while out and about?
That’s the best part about being an actor honestly. I love meeting the fans and getting to know them.

5. What was the experience like working with Coby Ryan McLaughlin?
He is actually really nice. One of my dad’s best friends wife’s sister was dating him when we met. Random.

6. How did you enjoy filming with Erik and Theo Olson?
They are the absolute cutest. We bonded immediately.

7. Did you have a favorite set to film on?
Good question. Henry Danger was really cool because they had a basketball hoop game and I got the high score. I’d love to work on a Nick or Disney show more often.

8. What is your all time favorite General Hospital memory?
Hum… Eating the sundae on Thanksgiving with Kelly and Billy. Having Apple Cider at the wedding. Dressing up like Steve Burton for Halloween. Meeting and working with Hudson. There are so many great memories and scenes. I’ll always miss it.

9. Is there anything you can share about your upcoming episode of Henry Danger?
Not really. I’m not sure how much I’ll even be in it. So often scenes are cut. We’ll see.

10. What are your future plans for acting?
I’m not sure. I don’t audition that much but I have a great team. I love to act but school comes first and I also love to play football and basketball. Sometimes I take breaks because I don’t live in LA where all the auditions are. I guess it will just depend on what happens. I just figure whatever happens is what is meant to be.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Just thank you to Star Kidz for all you do for us young actors.
