2019 – Sienna Mercuri

Sienna Mercuri plays the role of Katie Abbott Newman on The Young and the Restless. This year she has filmed multiple episodes of the soap including her own multi episode storyline when JT made his return to town!

1. What was your favorite part about filming Billy and Victoria’s wedding?
Filming with most of the cast- because they are always loving to the children on the show.

2. Do you like filming big family scenes or ones that are just your on screen parents and brother more?
Both really, but do like the big family scenes.

3. How did you enjoy dressing up as an angel for the Christmas episode last year?
It was fun!- I really liked playing with the real snow they had on the outside set!

4. What is the best part of working on the park set?
I liked being outside –it was a nice change of scenery!

5. How did you enjoy working with Alex Wilson?
Alex was a really nice boy!– and he is cute too!–first day on the set together was really great!

6. What do you like most about working with Joshua Morrow?
Josh is always super personable with the kiddos and cracks jokes!

7. What is your favorite thing to do with Ryan and Holden when you all get to film together?
Go to The Grove next door and ride on the trolley & go to the candy shop!

8. How did you enjoy having a storyline and getting to act it out?
Sienna said she thought it was GREAT! I think she liked the attention!

9. What have been some of your favorite scenes to film on Y&R this year?
When I get to play with dolls on set or chase my brother Johnny!

10. What else have you been up to this year?
Lots of auditions, dance classes– hip hop, ballet & jazz performance(my fave!), soccer & voice lessons.
