Star-Kidz

Scarlett Fernandez plays the role of Scarlett Cassadine on General Hospital. This year she has been busy on the show with weddings, kidnappings, and she was also seen on American Housewife!

1. What was your experience like filming your episodes of American Housewife?
I had fun doing something different than what I normally do. I love every opportunity I get in this business.

2. What was it like to work with Meg Donnelly?
I didn’t work directly with Meg, but she made it a point to introduce herself to me. She was super friendly and welcoming! I’ve love her in Z-O-M-B-I-E-S and I’ve enjoyed watching her music career take off, so meeting her was special!

3. How did you enjoy filming with Julia Butters?
Julia is an amazing actress and a really fun girl to hang out with on and off set.

4. What is your favorite way to pass the time at the GH studio?
Normally I’m not waiting around much because I’m doing school and working, but if we do have down time I love hanging out and taking with any other kids, or the set teacher, Jamie!

5. What has your experience been like working with Cynthia Watros?
It has been great getting to know Cynthia. She had gone out of her way to get to know me personally and I think it makes our chemistry on camera more realistic.

6. How did you like filming Nina’s and Valetin’s wedding that didn’t happen this year?
The first time Nina and Valentin got married, they didn’t invite Charlotte. It was really fun being a part of their wedding, even though they never did “I do”.

7. What’s the best part about working with O’Neill Monohan?
O’Neill has a lot of energy and is a great actor. We always have a lot of fun acting as brother and sister!

8. How did you prepare for filming your scenes on the pier with Jessica Tuck?
I always prepare by running my lines with someone else and memorizing them before I get to work. Jessica helped me prepare by asking me if I wanted to rehearse to make sure I knew what I was doing and to make it more realistic.

9. Is there anything you’d like to see happen for Charlotte next year on the show?
This year has already been so great. I love doing the action scenes with stunts. Frank Valentini, the Executive Producer, and all the writers have given me so many great storylines. I just can’t wait to see what they come up with next…but I do hope I get to snoop around!!

10. What has been your favorite episode(s) you have been a part of this year?
My favorites this year were definitely the kidnapping scenes. I loved working with so many amazing GH actors, working with the stunt coordinator, and being involved in so much action!
