2018 – Leilani Brosnan

Leilani Brosnan did an episode of The Neighbors. This year she has been busy with shoots for Ivivva, Justice, Guess and more!

1. What was your shoot for Ivivva like?
Ivivva was shot in two locations. We started in Venice to do some fun action outdoor summer shots including hopscotch, sidewalk chalk drawing, badminton, and Popsicle eating at the end. Then we had a break for lunch and then met up again in one of LA’s beautiful canyon areas and walked out to a cliff with views of all downtown where we shot a bunch of photos just running around and playing.The girls I shot with were really fun and the crew and photographer were all easy-going Canadians so it was a really nice, fun and relaxed shoot day! Ivivva is the youth brand of Lululemon.

2. Do you prefer to shoot on location or in the studio?
Location for sure! Locations make the shoot more exciting and I love Nature so I always like to be outdoors. Plus then it feels like a vacation and not a job!

3. What was your time on set like shooting for Justice?
I’ve shot for Justice three times now – twice in studios. I really like the props they have on set for the photos! Their themes are really cool also. It’s usually a long shoot day because they have lots of outfits they need photos of and many wardrobe changes but they always have a great lunch, fun kids and crew to work with and I get tons of publicity since they run the photos all over the world.

4. Do you have a favorite outfit you modeled for them?
I loved the summer romper with a pineapple theme shoot sincemy nickname is Pineapple!

5. What is the best part of working on a new Guess campaign?
I love every part of a GUESS shoot! I have worked for them about nine times but now I’m 12 so I don’t think they will be using me anymore since I look like a teenager now! The best part is always playing with the other kids and the food!

6. How do you enjoy shooting with Kymberly Marciano?
Kimberly Marciano is not only a great photographer buta fascinating person and worldwide traveler. My mom shows me some of her Instagram posts from around the world. I think my mom would like to be her friend and visit her in Careyes!She made me feel very comfortable when she was taking photos.

7. What was the best part of shooting for Graffiti Gloss?
I really liked the different poses they asked me to do and I thought the outfits were really cute too.

8. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with recently?
It’s always a blast working with Rachel Images and this last time she was pregnant and now she has a beautiful baby girl. We did a mermaid shoot on the sand in Malibu. She always makes the most creative headpieces for our shoots. I hope she will keep working with me now that I’m getting older! She is really a kid’s photographer.

9. Do you have a favorite project you have done this year?
The Rachel Images shoot!

10. What else have you been up to this year?
I’m animating, just finished a Jr. Lifeguard Program, still playing piano, enjoying second year of Hip Hop at school, doing second year of French at school and getting taller…..I’ll be 5’3” soon!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
I like Thanksgiving and Pie!
