2018 – Bianca and Chiara D’Ambrosio

Bianca and Chiara D’Ambrosio played the role of Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. This year they have been seen on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn, worked for Justice, been busy with their music and vlog, and more!

1. What was your time on set like filming Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn?
Bianca: We had an amazing time on set!! Being able to work with longtime friends like Mace Coronel & Casey Simpson was a blast! The whole cast and crew were incredible.
Chiara: We have worked with the same crew when we worked on See Dad Run, so it was great to work with everyone again.

2. How did you enjoy working with Mace Coronel?
Bianca: We have been friends with Mace since we were 6 yrs old. Getting to work with him again was amazing.
Chiara: Mace is such an amazing actor and good friend. He was in our music video “That’s What Girls Do” a few years ago. We actually will be working with him again…but we cant say on what yet!!!

3. What was the experience like being involved in the We Are Justice campaign?
Bianca: Working with Justice was like our childhood dreams come true. We would wear Justice Clothing EVERYWHERE.
Chiara: Everyone from Justice are very nice to work with. We lived at the Justice stores when we were younger. We still wear their plaid skirts for auditions…love them!

4. How did you enjoy being a part of the Live Justice Awards?
Bianca: Its always nice to be part of something that inspires young girls to go for their dreams. Justice is amazing about recognizing young girls and celebrating them.
Chiara: We had such a great time meeting all the award winners!! Plus we got to see some friends like Casey Simpson, Michael Campion, Emily Skinner, Gem Sisters and Angelic to name a few.

5. What do you like most about acting?
Bianca: I really enjoy playing other people. Bringing the character to life.
Chiara: I love that you get to explore and be a different person than you actually are.

6. Have you ever switched characters while working together after reading the scripts?
Bianca: When we get a twin script/sides, we read through them and see who we feels relates more to that character.
Chiara: Usually when we get twin roles, casting leaves it up to us who reads for what role.

7. What have you been working on music wise recently? Can we expect new music from you soon?
Bianca: Yes, we are practicing our instruments and starting to write new songs. Hopefully have music coming out late next year.

8. Do you have a favorite video you have done for your YouTube channel this year?
Bianca: We recently joined the Youtube channel SQUARED, which was created by Brooklyn and Bailey. My favorite video we did for the SQUARED channel, was recreating Brooklyn and Bailey’s Instagram posts. You can watch our videos on SQUARED every Thursday.
Chiara: I love filming the challenge videos. The emoji challenge videos are really fun to do. We do still post on our channel but more of a vlog.

9. Is there anything you can share about your role in Remnants of the Fallen?
Bianca: We are excited to film this over the summer 2019. There will be a lot of action scenes.
Chiara: They are writing the movie to follow the books a little more but what our characters can do is a secret 😊

10. What are your goals career wise for 2019?
Bianca: To continue to work hard for my dreams. Chiara and I are starting to write a web series and would love to write, direct and edit one this new year. And to continue with our music.
Chiara: Like Bianca mentioned, we have been working on writing this year. So to finish and actually film it would be amazing.
