2016 – Theresa Tovey

 

Theresa Tovey appeared in an episode of The Bold and The Beautiful. This year she released her brand new music video for the song I Love Horses. To keep up to date make sure to visit her official website, like her page on Facebook and follow her on Instagram.

 

1. Where is your favorite place to audition at?

I like to audition in friendly environments.

2. What is one of the coolest things you have gotten to do in an audition this year?

Playing violin and piano.

3. If you had to choose between playing the violin or singing the rest of her life, which would you choose and why?

I would choose both, because I am capable of playing violin and singing at the same time. I also can play piano and sing at the same time.

4. What inspired you to start playing the violin?

I started learning music when I was 9 months old, so I grew up with music and my great uncles played violin. One of them, Farhat Hachem, had his own conservatory and invented the 6th and 7th strings of the lute. My other great uncle, Jim Pokorzynski makes guitars. They inspired me to play the violin.

5. Do you have a favorite song to play?

I like to play and sing Adele’s song Someone Like You on the piano.

On the violin I like to play Star War’s theme song.

6. If you could collaborate with anyone musically who would it be?

I would like to play violin, sing, and play piano with Jacky Evancho, Celine Dion, and Adele.

7. What was it like filming your music video for I Love Horses?

It was an amazing and stinky experience. You won’t believe how smelly horses can be. The horses were very gentle, although in the sunset scene for the music video, the horse kept sneezing on me.

8. How do you choose who else to feature in your music videos?

The producer and director audition talents according to the story board. We then choose from the choices the producer and director give us

9. How long does it take to go from beginning to plan your music videos to filming them?

It takes up to a year.

10. What else have you been up to this year?

I am actually composing and writing my own song at the moment.
