2016 – Megan Flynn

 

Megan Flynn is a young actress from the New York and Philadelphia area. She has recently been seen on Urban Trinity: The Story of Catholic Philadelphia and Monsters and Mysteries in America. To keep up to date make sure to visit our Facebook Page.

 

1. How did you enjoy working on – Monsters and Mysteries in America?

It was amazing! My first “lead” role on a National TV show.

 

2. What was the best part of filming Urban Trinity: The Story of Catholic Philadelphia?

The production was very nice and the filming was pretty quick. It was also nice to learn about the history of Catholic Philadelphia. My role was playing the younger version of Catharine Drexel.

3. What was filming Last Stop on the Line like?

Very emotional. The character I played was on her way to the train station to commit suicide. She met a homeless man who sat down and talked with her. After talking with him she changed her mind. This film shows that everyone is important, even the people that some may look down on. No matter how bad you may think your life is, it is important to someone.

 

4. Do you have a favorite part of working on Evil Kin?

In the beginning it looked as though I would need to look like I was shot and crawling down a wet road while covered in blood. Due to the weather change the director decided to cut the scene. Yes, I was very happy that they were not going to cover me in fake blood. Even though I would have done it.

 

5. What is the best part about being involved with Z Club?

Z Club is all about being positive and kind to others. Great atmosphere.

 

6. What was your time on set like filming Philadelphia: The Great Experiment?

Wonderful. The whole production team was great to work with. A nice plus was my brother and mother were on set the same day for another scene.

 

7. How did you enjoy working on To Earn Love?

Yes, it was a very cute movie. Loved how it ended.

 

8. What has been your most challenging role to play?

Tanna – Monsters & Mysteries In America. It’s not everyday you have an evil doppelganger trying to kill you. Yes, played by my younger sister, Kristin.

 

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?

The team from Monsters & Mysteries in America.

 

10. Do you have any advice for youth interested in acting?

Always give it your best and stay positive.

 

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Also perform in theater. Along with acting I’ve been studying Tae Kwon Do (karate). Currently have my Blue Belt.
