2016 – Jasmine Alveran

1. What was it like filming your episode of The Fosters?

Filming The Fosters was such an inspiring and amazing experience because everyone on set was so welcoming and fun to be around.

2. What was the experience like working with Maia Mitchell?

Maia Mitchell was so sweet and just a humble person. She was absolutely amazing and it was such a pleasure working with her.

3. How did you enjoy filming with David Lambert?

David Lambert was extremely kind and funny! He is such a great actor to shoot with!

4. What was it like working with Makayla Lysiak?

Working with Makayla was so much fun! In between scenes we would make each other laugh.

5. Did you do anything special to prepare for your role?

To prepare for my role, I had to think of something terrifying and sad to make myself cry. So I took deep breaths and thought of some of the saddest and scariest moments of my life.

6. What was the best part of filming your Hasbro/Generation On commercials?

Generation On is such a powerful and caring organization so it was very meaningful to me to be included. The best part for me was filming with the other actors because it made the experience even more fun!

7. How did you enjoy filming your episode of Supergirl?

Supergirl was exciting to shoot. It was filmed in the wilderness and we had to pretend there was a huge explosion.

8. What was it like to see the scene with the special effects once it aired?

Seeing the special effects in the episode was epic! I was in awe of how the whole episode was put together.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with recently?

My favorite people to work with are everyone! I am so blessed that everyone on the sets that I work on are so welcoming and kind!

10. What has been your favorite project to work on recently and why?

The Fosters was my favorite shoot. Everyone on set was so welcoming and Rob Morrow is such a fantastic director. It was such a wonderful experience to work with him.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I recently shot an episode of Workaholics that will be airing in 2017. Blake Anderson, Adam Devine and Anders home were hilarious!!!!
