2015 – Robbie Tucker

 

Robbie Tucker played the role of Fenmore Baldwin on The Young and the Restless. This year he was busy filming the Mtx! pilot and to keep up to date make sure to keep checking back here at the site.

 

 

1. What was it like doing voice over work for Hole?

I really like doing voice over so it was so much fun! There were 3 of us that played friends so I got to meet new people too!

2. How cool was it attending the HaloFest event?

I’m a big gamer so I was really excited that I got invited. My sister Jillian was invited too so we went together and I played a lot of games and got to meet some famous gamers!

3. How did you like working with Steve Byrne on Sullivan & Son?

Steve was hilarious! He made all of us kids feel at home on set. All of the show’s actors were really nice and very funny to be around! It was a cool episode too because I played a hockey player and got to wear all the hockey equipment and actually skate. We were on roller blades!

4. What was your last day on set at See Dad Run like?

I remember being on set one day when everyone had heard the day before that SDR was not getting renewed for a 3rd season. Everyone seemed ok, but sad. And even though I had a few episodes still booked to film it was sad because the cast & crew on SDR was so awesome! My last episode happened to be the final episode of season 2 … The last season. We filmed in front of a live audience so it was a fun time, and afterwards none of us left the stage … Everyone stuck around and hung out for hours! There was also a wrap party a couple of weeks later which was fun & sad at the same time.

5. What was it like working with Jackson Brundage on the series?

Jackson and I got along well. I played Fitzy, his best friend on the show. When we weren’t filming we were mostly in school on set, but when we had some break time we’d play basketball or just goof around. He was fun to hang out with!

6. How did you react when you booked Mtx!?

The audition process for Mtx! Was 4 months long. I found out right before Christmas when I was visiting my home family in my hometown in Michigan. I was so happy the long wait was finally over so I was relieved. That was the longest testing period!

7. What was it like traveling to Vancouver to film the pilot?

My mom and I fell in love with Vancouver! We traveled with the other 3 actors and their moms and when we arrived in Vancouver we had to go through a long line in customs. Our car was waiting when we were done, and we were so happy to get to our hotel after such a long day of traveling. We all stayed in a really awesome hotel suite and for 3 weeks we had a blast on & off set!

8. Did you do anything fun in the city when not on set?

We went out to dinner, saw a movie, hung out and watched movies, baked, and did some sightseeing around Vancouver one day when we had the entire day off! Saw the Olympic torch and went to an indoor aquarium! Hung out in our hotel pool too! Oh, and the show’s execs took us to see Vancouver’s hockey team play … That was a blast! So yea, we had a great time in the city (despite all the rain) between filming!

9. What was your favorite part about your character Spyder?

I loved Spyder … He was just so chill. Kind of the goofy one!

10. What else have you been up to this year?

I’ve been auditioning a lot and really working hard to accelerate ahead in school. I started high school this year so there’s a lot more work this year. I’ve got some great things going on that I hope pan out and I’ll keep you updated when I can.
