Star-Kidz

Ella Resnick is a young actoress/model from the New York City area. Since our Q&A with her last year she has been busy working for Build-A-Bear Workshop, KidCuteTure, and you likely saw her images all over Party City this Halloween! To keep up to date make sure to visit her official website, and like her management’s page on Facebook.

1. What was the experience like filming your Build-A-Bear commercial?

It was so much fun, because I love Build-A-Bear stuff animals anyway.

2. How did you react to seeing it on TV for the first time?

I was so surprised when my Mom and Dad showed it to me.

3. What is your favorite part about working for KidCuteTure?

KidCuteTure is always a fun shoot, the people there are very nice and I get to work with other kids.

4. How did you enjoy your shoot for Keurig?

Keurig was fun, I had fake parents for the shoot.

5. What was it like being on the Rachael Ray Show?

I love Rachel Ray and watching her cook, so when I was asked to be on her show, I was so excited. It was a lot of fun being silly, talking about turkey and Thanksgiving.

6. What was the best part of your Scholastic shoot?

The best part of the Scholastic shoot was working with a bunch of other children I have never worked with before and we actually shot inside a real school.

7. Do you have a favorite costume you shot for Amscan/Party City?

That’s a hard question, because I got to shoot so many costumes, I really liked Minnie and of course I loved being Ana from Frozen.

8. What was it like seeing yourself in signs all over Party City?

I couldn’t believe how many times I saw myself in many different costumes, it was so exciting!

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with this year?

The people at Party City are really nice and I liked working with them a lot. I also liked working with Olivia, the chocolate lab for the shoot I just did.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on this year?

I really like shooting for Nautica, that’s always a fun day and I enjoyed shooting the Build-A-Bear Commercial too.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I just started 2nd grade, I really like my teacher and I have a lot of friends in my class. I’ve also been very involved in USA G gymnastics and I am looking forward to our 8 competitions we have coming up from November to February. I really love gymnastics. I would love to have a modeling shoot where I can use my gymnastics skills. That would be cool!

We’d like to thank Ella for participating in our November Q&A series!
