2014 – Elizabeth and Mariam Tovey

 

Elizabeth and Mariam Tovey appeared on Days of our Lives as Sydney Dimera, and this year have been seen in a commercial for Samsung! To keep up to date make sure to visit their official website and like their page on Facebook.

 

1. What was your shoot with Steven Wetherbee like?

Steven Wetherbee is a great talented photographer and extremely fun and very kind person to work with. Steven is also a music producer and he owns a music studio, so we had our first song recorded in his studio. The song will be out soon.

 

2. What was the girls favorite sets to work on at Days?

The Christmas scene set where we opened gifts and we got to keep them. When we filmed Sydney’s birthday party too.

 

3. How did they like working with Renee Jones?

Working with Renee felt like working with a real aunt. She is really professional and very sweet.

 

4. What was it like to get to work together for their Samsung commercial?

The Samsung Commercial is an international commercial. Everybody on set was great to work with, It felt like family. The shoot was so much fun. It is always great to book a job with a nice crew.

 

5. How did you react when you saw it for the first time?

We were laughing because it is a very funny commercial.

 

6. What is the best thing about seeing yourselves on television?

We love it. We learn to improve our acting in classes to show the best for all of you. We love to share our talent with all of you.

 

7. Elizabeth, how did you enjoy shooting with Jen Pinkston?

It was so much fun I was a fashion designer. Something very funny happened with both of us. I will let Mariam tell you about it.

 

8. Mariam, what was your shoot with Jen Pinkston like?

It was a great shoot; I got to be a Rabbit. I was shooting with a photographer and Elizabeth was shooting with another photographer, so when we finished the shoot, one of the photographers said to me when she saw Elizabeth next to me, “There are 2 of you here.” I smiled and told her yes we are twins, and we took a picture with her.

 

9. How did you enjoy getting to dress up for it?

We love to dress up for Halloween.

 

10. What else have you two been up to this year?

We just recorded our first song in the studio of Steven Wetherbee and we filmed a music video for it. We can’t wait to share it with all of you.

 

Anything else you’d like to add?

We would love to share our movie that it is showing on Lifetime The Nightmare Nanny we had a principle role. So hope you enjoy it. Have a very Merry Christmas everyone.
