2013 – Aiden Medina

 

Aiden Medina is a young actor/model from New Jersey. Since our last Q&A with him he’s gone on to work for Bank of America, Comcast, IBM, and more! He was on Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin Eve at the start of this year and currently can be seen in the commercial for this year’s Radio City Christmas Spectacular! 1. What was the best part about being part of Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin Eve?

It was amazing to be in Time Square on New Year’s Eve with my family! I’m so happy I was interviewed and could share my dreams of being an actor with the world- LIVE!

 

2. Do you have a favorite moment from your 20/20 Magazine shoot?

The 20/20 shoot was a fun day and everyone behind the scenes was super cool. Being on the cover was incredible!

 

3. How did you feel when you saw your Bank of America commercial playing at the branches?

The first time I saw it I was with my Aunt Elizabeth in an NYC branch. It was really, really great to share that moment with her because she helps out and sometimes takes me to my auditions.

 

4. What is your favorite part about doing voice-overs?

Voice-overs are super cool! The recording studios make me feel a little like a rock star with all the equipment and sound systems.

 

5. Do you have a favorite memory from shooting your EpiPen job?

The Epi Pen job was a beautiful sunny day and pretending to be on a baseball team was great. In the spring, I’m on a school baseball team and I love sports.

 

6. What was the best part about working for IBM?

At the end of the shoot day the advertising agency told me the photos would be in airports around the world-so… if anyone spots me sitting around a bunch of IBM technology gadgets let me know!

 

7. How did you feel when you found out you’d be doing a voice over for The Army?

Doing a voice over job for The Army was exciting. It made me proud to be an American.

 

8. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with this year?

Everyone has been so so cool. I’ve been very lucky to work with friends, Elmo, Gordon, Jenny McCarthy, fellow actors, but best of all was my family on New Year’s Eve!

 

9. What was the best part about filming a commercial for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular?

The best part was pretending it was Christmas in the summer! Meeting the Rockettes and Santa while filming in Radio City Music Hall goes down in MY history book!!

 

10. What has been your favorite project to work on this year?

Well, I’ve enjoyed all the jobs I’ve done this year. All the people I’ve met along the way have been FUN, FUN, FUN and proud of my accomplishments. Now, my friends, fans, and teachers see me on TV for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular commercial and it ROCKS! So, I will say I am proud of myself- AKA – The A-man!!!
