Star-Kidz

Claire and Juliette have been seen playing the role of Daniel Morgan on General Hospital. They have several television credits to their name including American Horror Story and Raising Hope!

1. How did the girls get started in the industry?

Our neighbor recommended Zuri Model & Talent when she found out that we had Identical Twin girls. We got in contact with Kathy and the rest is history.

2. What’s it like to be part of General Hospital and share a role?

It has been great working on the set of General Hospital. Everyone has been extremely nice. It is definitely different to share the role (and to play boys) but everything has worked out.

3. How did the girls enjoy working with Robin Mattson?

Robin Mattson was awesome! She took the time to come meet the girls and work through her lines ahead of time so Juliette and Claire could get acquainted with her. She is a professional and is fun to watch!

4. What’s it like filming with Kelly?

Kelly is a natural. So many times you see her making adjustments on the fly while filming because the girls have their own agenda. She pulls it off every time!

5. How did the girls like working with Steve?

Steve was awesome too, until he tried to take away Claire’s pacifier. She didn’t like that! That was the only time that Claire had to be substituted out for Juliette who came in and finished the scene. You can tell though that he is a dad himself, as he was very comfortable holding either of them.

6. Is there someone in the cast you hope Claire and Juliette will get to work with?

From the beginning, I was hoping they would work with Steve (since he was leaving) and Kelly. Mission accomplished!

7. Have the girls had a chance to meet any of the other GH kids?

We did meet the other boys playing Victor (Daniel). The family was very nice and it was interesting to see how they filmed with 2 different sets of twins playing 1 baby.

8. What was it like filming for American Horror Story?

American Horror Story was very interesting and very different from GH. GH has to film a bunch of episodes very fast as they produce 5 one hour shows every week. American Horror Story is able to take a lot more time for each episode so the girls were on set for over 2 hours for a 5 minute scene. It was amazing to watch Jessica Lange in action, as she had to get emotional in the scene that the girls are in and it was probably shot about 10 times over and over again.

9. Is there a way to tell the girls apart on screen?

Juliette has a birth mark over her left temple which is how we tell them apart in real life and on screen.

10. Do you have a favorite GH memory so far?

My favorite moment so far was when Robin was spending time with the girls in the Green room before the scenes were to be shot and Finola Hughes stopped by. She just loved the girls and spent about an hour with us even though we were never going to be in the same scenes as her. She was extremely nice!

We’d like to thank Claire, Juliette, and their family for participating in this year’s Holiday Q&A event!
