Haley Pullos

Haley Pullos took over the role of Molly on General Hospital in 2009 when the character was shown on screen again after a long absence, aging her up from being a toddler. At the start Haley was often seen sharing scenes with Lexi Ainsworth and Aaron Refvem, or other members of Molly’s family, especially for “Davis Girls” scenes. As Haley’s time continued on the show she began being given more to do on the canvas as Molly, getting more involved in storylines, boyfriends, and essentially grew up on screen from a pre-teen into a college student and adult.

Career Highlights
Haley has appeared in multiple films, television shows, and commercials throughout her career. Her first credited television role was an episode of Til’ Death and she has also been seen on Ghost Whisperer, House, and Scorpion to name a few. In 2013 she had a recurring role in the series Instant Mom, appearing across three seasons, and in 2017 she took on a more mature role compared to what she typically played as Molly for the film From Straight A’s to XXX.

Current Updates
Haley continued to play the role of Molly into adulthood however was recast in 2023 and left the industry after facing legal trouble over a DUI and car accident. In May 2026 she made her return to acting with a Lifetime movie.
