Lexi Ainsworth

Lexi Ainsworth took over the role of Kristina Corinthos-Davis on General Hospital in 2009 when the show decided to age the character to a teenager. Lexi’s time on General Hospital began with her quickly being thrown into a storyline, having front burner airtime and working often with Drew Garrett who played Michael at the time. From being the daughrter of a mob boss and a lawyer to an abuse storyline Lexi was busy on the soap and received a Daytime Emmy nomination for her role at seventeen. In 2011 she decided to leave the soap at the end of her contract, looking to pursue other opportunities in the business. The role was recast, however Lexi returned in 2014 for an episode which sparked on and off again appearances over the years before fully returning to the role.

Career Highlights
Lexi got her start at age six beginning her career as a ballet dancer in Oklahoma, doing local performances and playing the role of Scout in a production of To Kill A Mockingbird. Lexi went on to attend a film camp in NY which fuelled her love for acting and it wasn’t long until she found an LA agent. Her first commercial audition was for Barbie, which she booked and soon after got the lead role of Caroline in the short film Caroline Crossing. Lexi has appeared in the films Wild Child, The Gray Man and So This Is Christmas, along with episodes of multiple shows including Gilmore Girls and Criminal Minds.

Current Updates
Lexi has remained in the business through to adulthood, continuing the role of Kristina on General Hospital until 2023 when she was recast when the show opted to go a different direction with the role. Her last on screen appearances in other projects were that same year and her social media has not had any active posts since 2024.
