Unknown Twins

These blonde curly haired twins played the role of Ian Slater on All My Children for a few episodes around the time of the 2008 Tornado, sharing the role with Scott Peck. Their names were never released, but they had a role on Law & Order SVU as well. It is believed they are twins as the baby on All My Children and the one on Law & Order: SVU are identical minus the shape of the ears.
