Hello sir, thank you for all this information. I started an internship. My scholarship is 17500 and my HRA is 9000. But I live with my sister and brother-in-law in a house where my brother-in-law pays the rent, and he asks his employer. But I have to use this HRA to cover my expenses. What can I do? I mean, there`s a possibility that I might continue with my brother-in-law and sister, but I`ll also use this HRA. Is it necessary to present all contractual documents to use this HRA by my employer? If you take the property as a tenant, it is important that you understand that each tenant is jointly responsible for the rental agreement. Therefore, if one of these tenants decides to evacuate the property before the fixed life expires, the other designated tenants remain responsible for the entire rent. In India, the deposit or advance is also paid by the tenant to the landlord who must be reimbursed at the time of termination of the contract. As a general rule, it is charged anywhere from 2 or 3 months to 10 months of rent. The security deposits are made at the time of signing the contract.

I signed a leave and a licensing agreement with my landlord for 11 months and certified notarized in May 2011. We had an automatic renewal clause with mutual agreement on the rent increase. At the end of the initial term, no new vacation and licensing agreements will be signed or notarized, but after 11 months, my landlord will increase the royalties between 5 and 10 per cent. I take the rental receipt every year with its mentioned PAN number. I made all the payments by cheque or NEFT. A tenancy agreement is a legal document that binds the owner of the property and the tenant and preserves the interests of both parties. The owner must be either the owner of the property or a person with the owner`s lawyer. It is important because it protects the rights of a landlord and tenant. It prevents unnecessary migration and evictions without at least a month`s notice. The lease can be made online via legaldesk.com,edrafter.in, nobroker.in. Under this law, self-employed workers cannot be considered exemptions from HRA because they do not earn a salary.

However, they may benefit from home rental benefits under Section 80GG, which are similar to Section 10 (13A), but have certain conditions.
