2018 – Jeremy Maguire

Jeremy Maguire played a young Morgan Corinthos on General Hospital. This year he has been seen on The Last Ship and plays the role of Joe Pritchett on ABC’s Modern Family!

1. What was it like walking the runway at the Rookie USA Kids Rock Fashion Show?
That was my first fashion show. It was awesome being live in front of an audience. Also, it was great to be around so many kids. I hope I get to do it again.

2. How did you enjoy getting to attend the Christopher Robin premiere?
I was excited to attend the Christopher Robin premiere. I promised my sister that I’d ask for her to join me. Winnie the Pooh is her favorite. It is a cute move.

3. What was your time on set like filming The Last Ship?
Working on The Last Ship was fun. We were shooting at a park that had a big playground. So being able to play between takes was a lot of fun. Everyone was super nice!

4. How different was it to work on a guest star episode vs. filming Modern Family?
When I’m on the Modern Family set, it’s like working with family because I know everyone and have seen them for 4 years. On The Last Ship, it was my first time meeting everyone so it was nice making new friends.

5. What was the best part of filming your AT&T commercial?
That Commercial was really cool. My mom was star-struck because I got to work with the REAL Big Bird!! We shot it on a busy street in Downtown LA and it grew a crowd because everyone wanted to see Big Bird.

6. What was your first day on season ten like for Modern Family?
Every time we start the season it’s exciting. We go about 5 months without seeing each other. So many hugs going around! I miss them all so much!

7. How do you enjoy working with Rico Rodriguez?
I don’t have a brother. I always wanted one. He takes the time to joke and play with me. He’s so cool!

8. Do you have a favorite guest star you’ve gotten to work with this year?
I’ve enjoyed having Marcello Reyes (Cal) on set this season. It’s fun having another kid to play with.

9. What has been your favorite episode to film so far for this season?
I really like working on episodes when the whole family gets together. The Christmas episode has been my favorite so far this year

10. Is there anything you can share about what’s coming up for Joe?
I feel like this is the first season that Joe isn’t the baby anymore. This season Joe started the first grade just like I did in real life. With Manny being away at college, Gloria is getting more involved with Joe and they having more adventures.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
This year I’ve started a new YouTube channel called, Adventuring with Jeremy. Also, in March the first movie I ever worked on, I’m Not Here, is coming out! I’m so excited!!!
