2018 – Brooklyn Silzer

Brooklyn Silzer plays the role of Emma Drake on General Hospital. This year her film The Storyteller was released and she also returned to General Hospital to reprise her role.

1. What was the best part of attending the screening for The Storyteller?
Seeing the movie on the big screen and being reunited with the cast after so long! It was great to hear all of the positive feedback too!

2. How did it feel having so many of your GH co-stars out to support the film?
Great, and of course especially sweet having Kristina so proud of our work meant the world.

3. What has been your favorite costume to model for California Costumes?
Rosie the Riveter was my favorite and loved my hair and makeup!

4. What has been the best part of returning to General Hospital this year?
Wow, everything! When I get the call to return it really is special to be a part of this family for so many years.

5. How did it feel to reach 7 years of playing Emma?
For me and my family it is really awesome to see me grow up on the show and every time I am there I am so thankful. It is more than half my life I have spent at General Hospital

6. What was your favorite part about filming this years nurses ball?
Loved trying on all of the beautiful dresses and then the day of taking to see which one they chose

7. What is the best part of working with Tristan Rogers?
He is so funny and watching Finola and him work together is so fun!

8. How did you enjoy attending fan club weekend luncheon?
Every year it is such a fun day to see the fans and really thank them for being on this ride with us. They really are the show and without them we wouldn’t be able to do this.

9. What storyline would you like to see happen next for Emma?
Well of course to move in with my Grandma Anna and have some fun with a tween/teen storyline that is relatable to what my generation goes through!

10. What else have you been up to this year?
A lot of dance and enjoying being a part of my Junior High Dance team and performing a solo next year.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?
Grateful every day for this fun adventure and I love all of the fans and their support is so special and I am always thankful❤️
