(ii) Safe ports. A card issuer may collect a fee for breach of the terms or other requirements of an account if the dollar amount does not exceed the amount of the royalty, if applicable: (B) No dollar amount related to a violation. A card issuer may not collect a fee for breach of conditions or other credit card account requirements under an open consumer credit plan (not insured at home) if no dollar amount is related to the breach. For the purposes of paragraph b) (2) (i) of this section, no dollar amount is related to the following offences: 2. Itemization. The various charges described in points 1026.4 (e) (1) and e (3) can be accounted for and accounted for in total amount, or can be broken down by specific taxes and charges. When a total amount is disclosed, a generic term can be used, such as security or registration fees. C. The cost of a required maintenance or service contract, which is only imposed as part of a credit transaction.

3. Compensation by lenders. The rule requires that all mortgage brokerage fees be included in financing fees. Creditors sometimes compensate mortgage brokers under a separate agreement with these parties. Creditors may use amounts paid by the consumer, such as points or acquisition fees, to finance their payment to the broker. Compensation paid by a creditor to a mortgage broker under an agreement is not included in the total financing costs of a consumer (although this compensation may result in the financing commission if it results from amounts paid by the consumer to the creditor, which are financing costs such as points and interest). 10. Defined single-rate insurance. The concept of individual insurance used in the Regulation applies only to the types of insurance coverage traditionally included in the seller`s single rate insurance (VSI), i.e.

tangible assets protected against normal property damage, concealment, forfeiture, processing, diversion and jumping. Some comprehensive insurance policies may include a large number of additional coverages, for example.B. reinsurance insurance and cash-in insurance. These types of coverage do not constitute single-rate insurance for settlement purposes and premiums are not paid for an exclusion from the financing charge. 1026, paragraph 4, point (d). If a policy, which is primarily VSI, also offers non-VSI or other non-life insurance coverage, a portion of the premiums must be allocated to non-deviant coverage and included in the financing commission. However, such an allowance is not necessary if the total premium, which is actually due to all non-VSI coverage contained in the directive, is less than or equal to USD 1.00 (or USD 5.00 or less in the case of a multi-year policy). Ii. The creditor reviews an additional charge for consumers who do not receive a pension from a specific supplier. 5. Inactivity costs. Section 1026.52 (b) (2) (i) (B) (2) (2) (2) (2) (B) (2) prohibits a card issuer from collecting a fee for a card account as part of an open credit plan (not guaranteed at home) based on the inactivity of that account (including the non-use of the account for a certain number or amount in transaction dollars or certain types of transactions) of the consumer.

In the Z.B. Section 1026.52 b) (b) (b) (B) (2) (2) (2) (2) prohibits a card issuer from paying USD 50 if a credit card account is not used for purchases for a year for at least $2,000 under an open consumer credit plan (not insured at home).
