Zoe Pennington

Zoe Pennington took over the role of Kelly Spencer when the character was slightly aged on The Bold and the Beautiful. She continued to play the role through 2019 however was recast in February of 2020. Zoe has also worked for Carters, Janie and Jack, Rubies Costumes and did a commercial.
