Alyssa, Madison and Rachel Miller

Alyssa, Madison and Rachel Miller were the first babies to portray R.J. Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. They did four episodes, sharing the role with the Sprauge twins for the birth scenes, and doing additional scenes.
