Mckenna Grace

Mckenna Grace took over the role of Faith Newman on The Young and the Restless in 2013 after Alyvia was no longer able to tape due to filming conflicts. Mckenna played Faith in several episodes including a storyline where the character was not happy about her father’s relationship with Avery and would act out on multiple occassions. Mckenna played the role into 2014 however had to exit as she now had filming conflicts. She did return for a couple of episodes in 2015 to fill in for Alyvia.

Career Highlights

The Young and the Restless was not Mckenna’s first recurring role. Prior to joining the soap, she was Jasmine Bernstein on the Disney Channel series Crash & Bernstein. She had also done some commercials and print work.

While still on the soap, she appeared in episodes of The Goodwin Games, Instant Mom, CSI, and The Vampire Diaries.

Mckenna Grace was booked and busy with many film projects and television shows in the years following her departure from Y&R. Between 2015 and 2020 she starred in several films including Mr. Church, Independence Day: Resurgence, Gifted, Amityville: The Awakening and The Bad Seed. She also had recurring roles on CSI: Cyber, Designated Survivor, Fuller House and Young Sheldon. She also became known for playing the younger versions of many different characters including roles in films I, Tonya and Captain Marvel and shows The Haunting of Hill House, Once Upon a Time, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Mckenna has also done voiceover work on several projects.

Current Updates

In more recent years, Mckenna has continued making a name for herself and taking on roles that have expanded her notoriety. In 2021, she was announced as a recurring cast member on season five of The Handmaid’s Tale. She also appeared in Ghostbusters: Afterlife and filmed The Bad Seed Returns. In 2025, her movie Regretting You premiered and she was announced in the role of Maysilee Donner in Sunrise on the Reaping, a story connected to The Hunger Games. The movie premieres in November 2026.
