Tristan Lake Leabu

Tristan Lake Leabu took over the role of Reed Hellstrom on The Young and the Restless at the end of 2016 when the character was aged and returned to the canvas as a teenager. After being raised off screen by his father Reed wanted to move back in with his mother and Tristan soon found his character in several different storylines as Reed adjusted to Genoa City and got a girlfriend. When the Ashby twins were also aged Reed soon fell for Mattie, a romance that not all of their parents were on board with. Reed however found that relationship over after making some poor choices before getting behind the wheel. In 2018 the show decided to write the character out by sending him away to boarding school to escape facing what his father had done to his mother.

Career Highlights

Outside of the soap Tristan has been seen in the film Superman Returns and an episode of Hawaii Five-0. He is also a musician and currently focusing on his music.
