Max Page

Max Page took over the role of Reed Hellstrom in 2009 when the character was aged. He appeared in several episodes of the soap and in 2010 his character was caught up in multiple custody battles after his parents divorce. It was that year that his on screen father and step mother were leaving the show and Reed was written out with them as moving to Washington, DC. Despite being written off the canvas Max continued in the role making multiple appearances a year as Reed visited his mother, his last one being in 2015 as the following year the show decided to recast and age Reed to a teenager.

Career Highlights

Outside of The Young and the Restless Max has done the TV movies Reluctant Nanny and Secret Summer. He has also been in episodes of I Didn’t Do It, Extant and The Bridge. With his extensive resume in television Max is actually best known for playing Little Darth Vader in a Superbowl ad for Volkswagon. The commercial went viral with over twelve million views in just a couple of days and its popularity led to Max appearing on The Talk, The Today Show, and more. This new found talk show circuit gave Max not only a chance to talk about the commercial, but also raise awareness for his heart condition Tetralogy of Fallot and the care he has received at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
