1. How did you get started in the industry?
I started with modeling, editorial photo shoots and runway at age 6.
2. What was the experience like going on your first audition?
It was very exciting since my first audition was for a cat toy and it was fun.
3. How did you enjoy working on The Blacklist?
I worked on The Blacklist season 2, we filmed in a camp in the woods and log cabin, it was something new to me and a great experience.
4. What is the most exciting thing about working on The Mysteries of Laura?
The most exciting thing about filming The Mysteries of Laura was standing next to Laura/Debra Messing during filming.
5. What was your time on set like filming Before the Bomb?
My time on set filming Before The Bomb was fun, I met new friends, I filmed at a school and park for 2 days, the crew was very friendly and since it was one of my first movies I learned a lot.
6. How is filming a television show different from working on a movie for you?
Only difference for me is that I’ve worked on a few episodes of certain shows so I knew what I can expect and each movie was something new to me, as acting a part I follow directions from the director so I don’t see a difference here.
7. What was it like filming for The Knick?
Filming The Knick was greatest experience. Wearing long old fashion dress, filming on a huge boat at the Pier, I had fake parents and a sister, it was the biggest production. I learned a piece of history here.
8. Is there anyone you would love the chance to work with one day?
I would love to work on my favorite channel Nickelodeon, my favorite show is WITS Academy so I would love to be a part of it.
9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with so far?
My favorite people are kids on set, making new friends, favorite actress was Debra Messing, casting directors and the crew.
10. What has been your favorite project to work on?
My favorite project was the commercial” We keep water running” filmed in the playground, we were having fun in the water sprinklers.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
My advice is never give up and keep going, have fun on set and auditions and believe in yourself.
We’d like to thank Simone for participating in our November Q&A series!
