2015 – Lyndsey Bloise

 

Lyndsey Bloise is a young actress/model from the NYC area. She has been seen on The Mysteries of Laura, The Leftovers, taken the runway at LA Style Fashion Week and more! To keep up to date make sure to vist her official website, and like her page on Facebook.

 

1. How did you get started in the industry?

My mom took me to an open audition for a modeling school and right after I started my training in modeling. For acting, I went to a seminar where I got signed by an agency and from there I get booked on major TV projects and attend lots of castings and auditions.

2. What was your first booking?

My first booking was a featured role on the TV show called Law & Order SVU alongside actors Mariska Hargitay and Dan Florek. I didn’t know who they were until I filmed the TV show.

3. What was the experience like working on The Mysteries of Laura?

It was really fun working with other kids, some of them are already friends from other sets. And it was really exciting to work alongside important actors like Debra Messing & Laz Alonso. They are very nice and funny to work with.

4. How did you enjoy filming your episode of The Leftovers?

I enjoyed a lot, but it was during the hottest days of the summer so it was really really hot! But I didn’t mind the hotness because it was fun to film with my acting friends too. We had lots of ice cream to cool off in between breaks.

5. What is the best part about working on television shows?

The best part about working on television shows is that it is really fun to get on set and work with my friends and meeting new ones. It’s also fun to meet big stars and taking your picture with them. They are really funny when off stage.

6. Do you have a favorite moment from working on Chapter & Verse?

My favorite moment was when I was working with my BFF and child actress Helen, we always bump into each other on set and that’s really fun. The director of this movie was really nice and gave us lots of candy!

7. What was your time on set like filming Deliver Us from Evil?

It was really fun because the scene I played was in a park and I got to run around and play all the time during the film.

8. What was it like walking the runway at L.A. Style Fashion Week?

It was exciting! It was my first time flying to LA. I couldn’t believe I was about to walk the runway at the LA Style Fashion Week.

Were you nervous at all?

At first I was nervous backstage, But when I got on the runway I wasn’t nervous at all.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?

My favorite people to work with has been, Debra Messing, Laz Alonso, Jim Caviezel, Ice T, Dan Florek, Gael Garcia, James Spader to name a few and all of the Photographers I’ve done Editorial shoots with.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on so far?

My favorite project to work on so far has been a few: Traveling to Puerto Rico to walk a Fashion Show to benefit “The Saint. George Children’s Hospital”. To shoot a two day Editorial in Miami, One for Tutu Du Monde and the other one for the amazing designer Nancy Vuu. And last, a photoshoot campaign for “Bound by the Crown” Children’s Couture Line and the Btween Apparel Clothing campaign.
