Is there anything else you would like to add?

I am a strong activist against bullying. I am very tiny for my age and I know people like to make remarks on my size and weight to intimidate me. I don’t let that happen! I know I’m strong, smart, and beautiful! I won’t let anyone tear my self confidence apart for their own self esteem issues. F.A.B is to let youth know no matter what your size, ethnicity, religion, or appearance you need to stand strong and not be bullied. We all have a bright and wonderful future and bullying shouldn’t be included in that. YOU ARE F.A.B! Bullying can significantly affect you in so many different ways. You may lose sleep, become depress, lose confidence, feel hopelessness or feel sick. You may want to skip school, activities, events, sports, or family gatherings. Do not let bullying affect or even take control of your life! Stand up and be strong! You are beautiful! Tell an adult, teacher, coach, principal, family member, or older sibling. There are so many preventative measures you can take so you don’t fall victim to bullying. If you are feeling hopeless or helpless or know someone that is, please call the LIFELINE at 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
