Star-Kidz

Mia and Bella Gallizzi are young actors/models from New Jersey. The girls have done work in television, film, print, and more. Mia’s projects include Avon, The Blacklist and Toys R Us, and Bella has worked for companies including Persnickety and Babies R Us. To keep up to date make sure to like the girls management’s page on Facebook!

1. How did Mia and Bella get started in the industry?

When Mia was almost one year old, we were at a family party and a friend told us all about the amazing manager who represented her kids! We had been considering modeling for Mia and with how highly she spoke of Colette, we knew she was our first and only choice. Almost 5 years later and now two kids with CP Talent, we could not be happier! Love being a part of the CP Talent family!

2. What were the girls first bookings?

Mia’s first booking actually came right after her first go see. She booked a job for Avon and then the following week, on her 1st birthday, she booked one for Hasbro, it was so incredible! We were over the moon. Bella’s first booking was for Gap fit when she was only 6 months old. That was so fun, the girls at Gap are wonderful.

3. Does Mia have a favorite moment from the petitePARADE/Vogue Bambini fashion show?

Oh yes she does 🙂 Her favorite moment was walking down the runway with the glitter on it, and when she got to the end seeing all those photographers. She said she was in the spotlight! She had seen a video of Adriana walking in the previous years petitePARADE and when she saw it, she liked it so much, she had said ” I really want to do that someday Mommy” and amazingly enough, she got to!

4. What was the experience like for Bella filming Animals?

We really weren’t sure what to expect considering we had never been involved in a student film before, but we loved it! She filmed her scenes in a beautiful condo in Tribeca. The director and cast we worked with were amazing. Her time filming was so relaxed and comfortable, basically she got to spend all her time on set playing with the lead character, ring around the rosie, leap frog, you name it, they played it! Great fun!

5. How did Mia enjoy filming an episode of The Blacklist?

She had so much fun, she met a new friend Isabella who played her big sister and they got to play tea party and stuffed animals. Her favorite part, when they weren’t filming, but still on set, they held an umbrella over the girls so they wouldn’t be too hot, she got a kick out of that, she called it the royal treatment!

6. What was the best part of Bella’s shoot for Persnickety?

Three perfect days of the beautiful sights of San Francisco, amazing clothing, incredible little models, talented designers, a phenomenal photographer and my Aunt, myself and Bella getting to be there. So hard to pick one moment, but I would have to say it was watching my baby turn into a little super model on the streets of San Francisco, just something!

7. What was Mia’s favorite part of working for Toys R Us?

She said “The toys the toys!” She just got to play with a drawing toy that she absolutely loved! I think she has already put it on her Christmas list.

8. What has been one of the funniest moments to happen on set for one of the girls projects?

Just last week at Toys R Us with Bella, she was shooting on set and when she did what they had asked her to do, the director/wrangler would say ” Bamm” in a very excited tone and Bella would do a little dance (almost like a touchdown dance) and then they would go back and do it again! It was so cute, I couldn’t help but chuckle.

9. Who have been some of the girls favorite people to work with so far?

Mia LOVES getting to work with Katie Chieco! They have been lucky enough to work together twice so far and they had so much fun! Even seeing all the kids at castings and around the city always makes the girls day! We’re lucky to have such wonderful friends in the business!

10. What has been Mia’s favorite job to do to date, and your favorite Bella has done?

Mia’s favorite job was petitePARADE, she really loved walking the runway and she said that she thought it was neat that she wished for it, and it came true. Bella’s favorite job was probably last weeks Toys R us shoot, she had so much fun on that set, she didn’t want to leave!

We’d like to thank Mia, Bella, and their family for participating in this year’s November Q&A series!
