Victoria, Alexandra, Claudia, and Giancarlo are young actors/models from New York. Since getting started in the industry the kids have worked on a variety of projects in film, commercial, print and more. They’ve worked for companies such as American Girl, FEMA, and Kellogg’s, and look forward to seeing what the future brings. To keep up to date make sure to like their management’s page on Facebook!

1. How did the kids get started in the industry?

How we got into the biz happened quite by accident. A friend of mine was a professional model and from the day I met her she would tell me to get the kids involved; “they have a great look”. Almost everywhere I went I got the same reaction but thought nothing of it. To be frank my philosophy has always been “They’re my kids of course I think they are gorgeous”. I finally agreed to take the contact info for the agency she worked with and I gave it a shot. We started originally with just Alexandra after they told me there was a fit job for a size 5 girl. Alexandra was a size 5 so she was submitted & eventually booked it. One day by chance when visiting the agency they saw the rest of my kids and asked why they didn’t have photos of all of them. Needless to say, I sent the photos in and the rest of history.

2. Victoria, what was your favorite part of filming Annie?

I was part of filming the opening scene to the movie Annie which has a modern day twist to it. We were filming a classroom scene with Quvenzhane Wallis (youngest Oscar Nominee) and Taylor Richardson (Annie on Broadway). My favorite part during that scene was when me and some other kids were asked to act like spoiled rich kids. The other thing I really liked about shooting Annie was spending they day with my two other actor friends. We all filmed a movie called “A Little Game” together.

3. Alexandra, what was your American Girl shoot like?

My American Girl shoot was really exciting. We had to go away to Maryland to shoot it because they have the best topiary gardens there. That was cool because I got to go away with just my mom and dad without my other sisters and brother. I even got to stay overnight at a hotel which was fun. It was really fun to meet all the other American Girl models too. The best thing about the shoot was that my American Girl Doll, Rachel and I had matching hair and outfits. We looked like twins. I have been asking for an American Girl Doll for so long. Now that I am an American Girl my mom will have to buy one for me.

4. Giancarlo, what was the best part about working for FEMA?

Since I have three sisters and no brother the best part about working for FEMA was that I had a brother, even if he was only a fake one. It was fun hanging out and working with him. I really liked the shirt and sweater they picked for me to wear in the shoot too.

5. Claudia, what was your favorite part of filming your Kellogg’s commercial?

Filming the Cafe Mom/Kellogg’s Commercial was great. Not only did my two other sisters Victoria and Alexandra book that commercial but our friend Adriana did also. This commercial was all about how to have family fun day activities for everyone in the family to enjoy. The two families in the commercial had a contest of who could win. We had a tug of war, balloon toss, and wheel barrow race. My sisters and I were the yellow team family and we were the winners of the family fun day. The best part of all had to be when we got to play jump rope while singing songs in Spanish.

6. What was the best thing about filming the I ♥ NY Commercial?

The best thing about filming the I ♥ NY Commercial was that we got to do the shoot on a boat out on Long Island with our dad. We all went out to Captree State Park in Babylon where we boarded the Capt. Gillen. Our family had a private boat tour and got to fish for the first time with real fishing rods.

7. Alexandra, what was your favorite part about walking the runway at petitePARADE?

I have walked many times for Vogue Bambini petitePARADE Fashion show. It is my most favorite booking of all. My favorite part about being in the petitePARADE is going through hair and makeup, even though all the brushing, teasing, & braiding they do hurts. I love when they do all the crazy high fashion looks. The makeup they do is cool too. They put long feathery eyelashes on one time and they use sparkles all over even on our feet. I hope to continue to walk the petitePARADE as I get older. My dream is to walk for Bonnie Young.

8. Victoria, what was the shoot like for your Nickelodeon/Hasbro Commercial?

The Nickelodeon/Hasbro Commerical was shot in a park in Brooklyn, NY. They featured kids playing with the Furby Boom, BeyBlade, Twister Dance Rave, and other Hasbro toys. It was cool because I got to sit at a picnic table playing with a pinwheel while my friend played with a hula hoop.

9. Who have been some of their favorite people to work with?

All four kids have met and come across so many great people on the various jobs they have booked. They have truly enjoyed working with all of the casting directors, directions, fellow actors/models, hair, makeup, stylists, and crew people. However, they always have something memorable to take away from each job.

Victoria’s favorite person to work with was Ralph Macchio on set of “A Little Game”. She got to work very closely with him and even sat next to him while taking the van to a location change. She was very excited to talk to the original Karate Kid and hear about his experiences from that movie. He was really friendly and even took a picture with her.

Alexandra’s favorite people to work with has to be the designers and her model friends from the Vogue Bambini petitePARADE. She has a great time walking in the show and is so proud that all the designs look amazing on her. She hopes to continue walking.

Claudia’s favorite person to work with was Christine Jeffs, the director from her Panadol commerical. She is best known for directing Sylvia starring Gweneth Paltrow & Daniel Craig as well as Sunshine Cleaning starring Amy Adams & Emily Blunt. Claudia spent three days filming the commercial and learned so much from her. She encouraged and empowered Claudia to perform her best. She was so proud when Christine Jeffs said she was a very professional talented actor who she would love to work with again.

Giancarlo’s favorite person to work with was Danny Pino, Det. Nick Amaro, of Law & Order SVU. He was really great with Giancarlo, but what made him his favorite person was that he gave him his detective badge to hold on to. It made him feel really cool and special.

10. What have been their favorite projects to do so far?

Victoria’s favorite project was the music video she shot for her friend named Liam Lis. It was great because he decided to shoot the video at Victoria Gardens in New York City’s Central Park. Victoria Gardens is a really beautiful amusement park in the center of the park. We spent the entire day on rides and just hanging out with each other. I met many cool friends that day too.

Alexandra’s favorite job was the American Girl job. She liked that one becasue she got to see the topiary gardens and got to stay at a hotel in Maryland. Most of all what really made it her favorite was spending the entire day holding her American Girl doll.

Claudia’s favorite job was the AT&T tooth fairy commercial she did. It was a cool shoot because she got her very own cell phone. She had to use the cell phone to send a picture of her tooth to the Tooth Fairy. When she woke up she had a message from the Tooth Fairy and a picture of the money she sent.

Giancarlo’s favorite job was the I Love New York Commercial Campaign. It was the first time he went fishing and got to learn how to use fishing rods. He thought it was the best to have the whole boat just for him.

11. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Since starting in the industry all four kids have had experiences they may not have otherwise had. They are acquriring skills that can be taken out into the real world. While they were always very personable & outgoing kids now they are more confident and self assured. They are extremely comfortable speaking to both small or large groups of people. I have seen imporvement in their reading skills with every script they prepare and the more expressive they become. With every audition they learn to think on their feet and take risks. With every set they are on they have improved on their listening and interaction skills. Overall the industry has helped shape them into more independent responsible people.
