1. Do you remember what your first audition was? And how did you prepare?
The first audition I remember is when I was 7 years old. It was a payless shoe store commercial and I did not do any preparation I just acted as myself.
2. What was your time on set like filming for All My Children?
Since I was so young I did not know what was going on. I had never seen the show, however my mom and grandma came with me and they were excited. They knew all of the characters.
3. What was the experience like filming Grace and Frankie?
It was super fun, everyone loved me because I had the best role. I had to step outside the box. I also met some new people that became my friends.
4. How did you enjoy working on Sam & Cat?
I loved the experience, I watched the show so meeting all of the cast was like a dream come true. It was weird because Goomer threw a flaming burger at our table, but it was okay.
5. What was the best part of filming for Funny or Die?
Funny or die you had to be real silly and it was like that on set, but I was young at the time so I did not really remember that experience. I did like basketball so hearing that metta world peace was in it made me happy.
6. How did you react when you found out you were cast on Fresh Off the Boat?
I had biggest frozen smile on my face, I was pumped my first time I had a speaking part on a T.V show. I did not know what to say, it was amazing.
7. What was the first day on set like?
It was really the cast and crew getting to know each other, everyone was excited.
8. How do you enjoy working with Hudson Yang?
Over the years Hudson and I became like best friends, we go over to each others house and our parents are also good friends with each other.
9. What was it like returning to set for season two?
Returning to set for season 2 for me was exciting, it had been a while since we had all had seen each other so we just rekindled the friendships.
10. Do you have a favorite episode you’ve worked on so far?
I would have to say Dribbling Tiger, Bounce pass dragon. Mostly because we played basketball.
