2014 – Aileen Davila

 

Aileen Davila appeared in an episode of The Neighbors back in 2012. This year she has been seen on Gang Related, and you may have seen her Nestle Crunch commercial airing once again! To keep up to date make sure to follow her on Twitter.

 

1. How did you get started in the industry?

When I was three years old I would cry and tell my mom that I really wanted to be on TV every day. A year later she submitted my pictures to agents in Dallas where we lived at the time. Got called to meet with them and signed with one and started modeling and then doing commercials.

2. What was your day on set like working on Gang Related?

Working on Gang Related was so much fun. The cast was so welcoming I felt like part of the family. It was very cool having a stunt double and getting to be a part of the action.

3. What was it like filming your Nestle Crunch commercial?

Working on the Nestle Girl Scout Candy Bar commercial was cool because I got to try the candy bars before they were released. They also had a huge poster of me at Dylan’s Candy store in New York it was the size of the whole wall!

4. How did you enjoy working for AT&T?

Working for AT&T was lots of fun. It was a fun photo shoot. We did the shoot in a beautiful house and we had to eat lots of cereal.

5. What was it like working on Revolution?

Working on Revolution was an amazing experience. I got to go to North Carolina for two weeks which was awesome since I had never been there before. They got me all dirty and I had to wear a huge coat on the beach and it was very hot and humid. But I still loved every minute of it.

6. What was the experience like working on The Neighbors?

It was fun being on set of The Neighbors because there were so many kids and we got to hang out. It was also cool because I got to work with my friend Ian who I know from back home in Dallas. I made lots of new friends that day. 🙂

7. Have you gotten a chance to work with your younger sister?

I have not gotten a chance to work with my sister yet. But I would love to one day.

8. What was your time on set like filming Smashed?

I loved working on Smashed. Mary Elizabeth Winstead was super nice I loved working with her. I learned so much from her.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?
Some of my favorite people I have worked with are: The director of Revolution Guy Norman Bee he was super nice and funny. Ramon Rodriguez, Inbar Lavi, and RZA who told me to call him Uncle Bobby, Mary Elizabeth Weinstead and Director Guy Malim.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on so far?

My favorite project I have worked on so far is Gang Related. I learned so much and loved all the action and running around and shooting that was going on.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I have a new movie that will come out next year called Medicine Men.
