1. What was your experience like filming for The Neighbors?
Wow! That was so long ago! It was so fun to work with Max Charles again. We played brother and sister on Hot in Cleveland a few years before that. It was kind weird to go from playing his sister to playing his crush, though haha!! I had a blast in hair and makeup on The Neighbors for our Halloween episode. That was actually my real hair that they teased to make it zombie-fied. I also met one of my closest friends, Kyla-Drew Simmons, on set of that episode! It’s always fun to meet and work with friends on set, especially in awesome Halloween costumes!
2. What was the best part of filming Operation: Neighborhood Watch!?
The best part of filming Operation: Neighborhood Watch are the friendships I’ve made with Tyree, Luke, and Jacob on set. I’m an only child, so it’s really cool to have three sort-of “brothers!” I really hope the four of us can work together again. We got along so well, which made playing best friends much easier. We’re basically family now.
3. What was it like working with Denise Richards?
She is so beautiful!!!! Denise was so nice to film with. She was very very personable. She told me all about how her daughters compete in horseback riding champion-ships and how she has given so many dogs an amazing family and home. I really look up to her!!
4. How did you enjoy filming with Tyree Brown?
Oh my… where do I start?? We have become such friends since set. Over the weeks we filmed, we became literally inseparable, on and off set. We would even carpool to set together so we could watch movies in the car. On set, they gave us phones to take behind the scenes pictures and after one day we had taken so many goofy pictures of each other that there was no memory left on our phones! I’m super bummed that he and his family moved to Sacramento, but it’s so fun when they come down to visit us. My mom and I are planning to road-trip to see them soon!!
5. How did you feel returning as Bridget in Wiener Dog Internationals?
Julian Feder and I became best friends while filming Wiener Dog Nationals when we were eight. So, I’m really lucky to have gotten to film another movie with my best friend! We didn’t even have to try to act like brother and sister. We got to eat tons of candy and jump on lots of hotel beds, play dress-up,and hang out with puppies! Couldn’t of asked for a better summer.
6. What was it like working on Grace Stirs Up Success?
Grace Stirs Up Success was one of the most amazing set experiences I’ve ever had. We filmed for five weeks in Europe. I was exposed to so many new cultures, traditions, foods, and languages. I will forever be grateful for the friendships and memories I made. We traveled to Budapest, Vienna, and Rome. Olivia Rodrigo (Bizaardvark), Notlim Taylor (Marlon on NBC), Eloise Webb (Cinderella), and I became sisters ♥
7. What was your experience like working on the movie Martyrs?
You have no idea how much I admire Troian Bellisario. Can’t believe she just got married!!!!! I truly believe booking Martyrs was God’s way of telling me to watch Pretty Little Liars. It was awesome to hang with with Troian with all her prosthetics on during breaks. I love filming and watching horror so Martyrs was a super fascinating set for me.
8. How do you prepare yourself to film such dark scary emotional scenes?
I love LOVE LOOOVVVEEE horror movies. I started acting in scary movies when I was 4. I’ve grown up always knowing all of the behind the scenes tricks and understanding all the effects were just pretend. Therefore it’s easy to just act scared. It’s really fun to watch how a crew plays tricks with their special effects.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your Q&A!! Happy Holidays!! XOXOX ♥ ♥
