2016 – McKenna Roberts

1. What was your time on set like for American Girl?

I really liked working with American Girl, I actually photographed in the kitchen and I you know how just love cooking.

2. How did you enjoy shooting for Nevada Health Link?

It was exciting I felt like I was a stunt person. Even though I didn’t really get to go down those stairs. But I wanted to!

3. What did it feel like to see your photo up on a billboard?

I was shocked! I didn’t know that I was gonna be on a billboard. And my Mom stopped on the side of the freeway and said OMG that is you!

4. What was it like running into Randall Smith at an audition?

It’s was really nice to see Randall he’s so funny.

5. How did you enjoy attending the CBS Daytime party to celebrate 30 Years at #1?

It was fun because I met Sheryl Underwood from The Talk, she was super nice to me! And I got to walk the red carpet with her.

6. How do you like filming with Camryn Grimes?

I really like Camryn, she helped me to bring the sassy out in my character.

7. What is the best part of working with Jess Walton?

Jess is thoughtful and funny. She brings good energy to set. And bought us all pizza one day.

8. How has the experience changed being on The Young and the Restless over the years?

It’s like my second family. I’ve learned and grown so much as an actor. And always I’m looking forward to filming the next episode.

9. Is there anyone you hope to work with more next year on the show?

I’d like work with Alyvia Alyn Lind. We have become friends and I think that would be fun.

10. Do you have a favorite scene that you did for 2016?

My fav scene for 2016 was when we got to play basketball ball on set. And I actually shot a 3 pointer.
