2021 – Blake Ceppaglia

Blake Ceppaglia is the older brother of Angelina Ceppaglia who appeared on General Hospital. He has done work for Mattel, Lake Shore and Abercrombie Kids.

1. How did you get started in the industry?
I was scouted at The Grove at the age of three years old but at the time I was not ready so my mom took a 4 year break.

2. Do you remember what your first audition was like?
I can’t remember my first audition there’s been so many.

3. What was your experience like working for Lakeshore Learning?
Lakeshore Learning they have cool toys and they always have the best snacks, it’s a very laid-back setting.

4. How did you enjoy working for Mattel?
It was an interesting time. It was the first day of school was officially closed because of COVID-19.

5. Do you have a favorite toy you’ve shot for them?
The Bowser racer set was so fun because you can play with a friend.

6. If you could work on any project with your siblings what would it be and why?
It would have to be somewhere in nature cause it gets wild with all three of us together. So the best shoot for me and my siblings will be in the forest, at a lake, at the beach, in the mountains, anywhere outdoors.

7. What is the craziest thing you have done for an audition?
I haven’t really done anything crazy and any auditions. I once had an audition where the casting directors stopped the tape and we talked about reptiles for 30 minutes.

8. What do you like most about shooting with Lydia Canbakal?
Lydia Canbakal is one of the best photographers in the industry, she is very patient and kind her photography is timeless.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?
I had a lot of fun working with Neiman Marcus, they let me choose the music I was into at the time and it was the Jurassic Park soundtrack.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on so far?
I had a lot of fun working with Johnny O, it was an amazing house in the Santa Barbara hills. During my downtime I tried catching lizards and when the shoot was finished the producer jumped in the pool and we all had a race.
