Jimmy Deshler

Jimm Deshler began playing the role of Rafe Kovich when the character was introduced in 2013 during a crossover story involving characters of the cancelled soap opera Port Charles. Jimmy was involved in multiple storylines during his time on the show as his character quickly befriended Molly Lansing (Haley Pullos) and was interested in her romantically despite her being in a relationship already. After a long period of little to no airtime, Jimmy was back on screen as Rafe in mid-2014, but it ended up leading to his character being killed off in an accident after doing drugs and driving with Molly in the car.

Career Highlights
Jimmy Deshler began his acting career at age 14, taking part in local theatere productions, short films, and commercials. He was later discovered at IMTA in NYC in 2008 and moved to Los Angeles shortly afterwards. Jimmy has appeared in episodes of Criminal Minds, NCIS, and Kickin’ It, and along with multiple films and commercials.

Current Updates
Jimmy continued acting after wrapping his run on General Hospital, working on multiple films and television shows, last appearing in the film Riding Faith in 2020. He has daughter Luna born in April 2020, and has been pursuing boxing.
