Eden McCoy plays the role of Josslyn Jacks on General Hospital. This year she has been seen on Game Shakers, in a music video for Maitre Gims and Sia, and more! To keep up to date make sure to like her page on Facebook, follow her on Twitter and follow her on Instagram.

1. What was the experience like filming a music video for Maitre Gims and Sia?

Shooting that video is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! The location on the beach in Malibu was beyond gorgeous, and the director and crew were awesome. It was super fun to wear the Sia wig (I played Sia as a young girl), and the song for the video J’Te Pardonne is beautiful! This is the link to the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QguoUKqFVo

2. How did you enjoy seeing yourself on Game Shakers?

I loved meeting and working with the Game Shakers cast on The Girl Power Awards episode – we worked together for a week and are all still good friends!! We had a blast on set and I think the episode turned out really funny! We were cracking up the whole time that Kel Mitchell was on. He is hilarious!

3. Do you have a favorite commercial you’ve gotten to work on?

I did a commercial for Exede Internet a few years ago, and I got to work with a basket full of kittens! They were so soft and cuddly – I could not believe how lucky I was to get that job and hold kittens all day!

4. What has it been like getting to work with Ingo Rademacher?

Ingo is a dream t.v. dad! Literally the nicest guy and a great actor, super fun and cute and he has an awesome real-life family. It’s really easy and comfortable to play his daughter.

5. How do you like working with Ava and Grace Scarola?

They are the CUTEST babies ever!! Their personalities are so different from each other, and whenever I get to be on set with them I know it’s going to be a fun day of filming! Picking them up and carrying them on screen is my favorite. They have a great acting future ahead of them!

6. What is it like filming with Chad Duell?

Chad is super professional and I’m so happy he plays my big brother. He is always prepared and he nails his scenes, and he brings out the best in the actors around him. I hope we have more scenes together in 2017!

7. How did you enjoy attending your first GH Fan Weekend?

I was thrilled to see how many incredible fans the show has! Everyone I met was really knowledgeable about the stories and the characters throughout the years, and it really touched my heart to see how big a part of their lives General Hospital is! It made me feel even more honored to play Josslyn and it inspired me to bring everything I have to the character, because I want to make the fans proud!

8. What’s it like to be part of major storyline revolving around your character on a soap?

Josslyn’s storyline about her kidney was really emotional for me – I loved my scenes with Laura (Carly) so much – she made me really comfortable when I had to fight with her or cry. And Chloe (Nelle) is just incredible – I love every scene I get to shoot with her. She’s so beautiful and smart and a very powerful actress.

9. What was the experience like singing on the show?

I was SO nervous! Amazing Grace is a beautiful song but it is so sad, and then to sing it at a funeral made it even more emotional! Everyone on set was crying that day, and I was honored to be a part of the tribute to Morgan.

10. What has been your favorite scene to film this year?

I think the scene were I found out that Nelle was my kidney donor. I got to be in the scene with Maurice, Ingo, Laura, Chloe and Chad, so that was really special. It was beautifully written, and it actually didn’t even feel like acting because in that moment everyone was so committed to their characters and to making Josslyn’s discovery and reaction as real and heart-felt as possible. I am so blessed to work with these amazing people!

We’d like to thank Eden for participating in our Holiday Q&A Event!
