Vivienne Rutherford played older Arianna on Days of Our Lives and this year filmed a commercial for Best Buy! To keep up to date make sure to keep checking back here at the site.
1. What was the experience like filming your Bank of Montreal commercial?
It was great – I made friends with a girl named Angelisa, and she was so much fun.
2. How did you enjoy going to Chicago to film it?
Amazing, it was so cool. I’d never been there and I’d really like to go back again. I made new friends, I went swimming in our hotel – we stayed in an awesome hotel.
3. What was the best part of working on your Sleep Number commercial?
I got jelly in my hair from having my face on the sandwich – that’s what I remember! That and pretending to sleep on the sandwich – that’s all I remember.
4. What was your shoot for Best Buy like?
It was pretty good. I had to wear a funny costume. It was cool to be surrounded by dolls and in a fort. I had to leave school early – at recess – and I hugged my teacher Mr. Hassan goodbye and he wished me luck.
5. Do you have a favorite part of working on commercials?
I really like that there’s a lot of nice people on set and you get to do different scenes – and you get to go to different places, so it’s pretty cool to be in a commercial.
6. How do you feel when you see them airing on television?
EXCITED – I’m like YES!! THAT’S ME!! I’m so excited!
7. What was your time on set like working on Days of Our Lives?
I remember saying “sorry mommy” and walking away with the actors.
8. How did you enjoy working with Camila Banus?
She was very nice. She was so great – I loved working with her. She was so sweet to me.
9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?
Angelisa was my favorite – because I was so excited to meet another kid – and I didn’t know if she would be nice – but then she turned out to be good. She came to my birthday party!
10. Do you have a favorite project that you have done?
Bank of Montreal. Because I met a friend there! I was worried about it and then it turned out to be so fun!
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Well, my friends always want to know about my auditions and what I have to do there. It’s cool to be an actress because at auditions people ask you questions and you get to tell them a lot of stuff. And you get to go all over the place!
We’d like to thank Vivienne for participating in this year’s Holiday Q&A Event!
