Kayla Madison

Kayla Madison took over the role of Lila Rae Alcazar on General Hospital in November 2012 when the character and her mother returned to Port Charles for the Thanksgiving holiday at the Quartermaine Mansion. Unfortunately Kayla’s role on the soap only lasted for the Thanksgiving episode and Lila Rae Alcazar has not been seen in Port Charles since.

Career Highlights
Kayla made her television debut in 2011 with episodes of Choo Choo Soul and Parenthood, however got her start in the industry with modelling and commercial work. She has been seen on episodes of Bones, Children’s Hospital, and Grey’s Anatomy, and played a Young Elena (Nina Dobrev) on The Vampire Diaries. Her film credits include Lawless Range, Case 347 and the TV movie Win, Lose or Love. Kayla has also had recurring roles on the ABC comedy The Middle and the Showcase drama Masters of Sex.

Current Updates
Kayla’s last on screen appearances were in 2020 and she has moved towards focusing on music. She released her first single “Kissing Addict” in 2025 and continues to perform and release singles on all music platforms,.
