Gianna Marie Crane

Gianna Marie Crane joined the cast of General Hospital in 2006 as Lila Rae Alcazar. She got the role as her mother Robin Christopher also played Lila Rae’s mother Skye on the show. She filmed multiple episodes through to the following year, however there came the time her parents decided that there needed to be better separation between work and home for Gianna. Even though she left the role at that point, the character wasn’t seen on screen until Thanksgiving and Gianna was back to film that episode as well, making it her last appearance on the show.
