Kara and Shelby Hoffman

Kara and Shelby Hoffman took over the role of Kristina Corinthos-Davis on General Hospital in 2003 when the role was aged up slightly. The girls filmed multiple episodes of the soap before leaving the soap to take a movie role.

Career Highlights
While General Hospital was Kara and Shelby’s first theatrical credit, the girls biggest project was playing the role of Sunny in the film adaptation of Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events, starring Jim Carrey. The film brought a lot of buzz and attention for the girls, and the filming schedule meant they had to leave their role on the soap to film.

Current Updates
It was believed that after Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events released the girls ended up leaving the industry. However, in 2015 Kara and Shelby resurfaced with episodes of the Kroll Show. They appeared together in five episodes of the series, and nothing has been made public on them since
