Spencer, Garrett and Mitchell Fraye

Garrett and Spencer Fraye began portraying Isaac Carver on Days of Our Lives in mid-2001 as back ups for the Christy twins. In August 2001, they took over the role completely and the character’s name was later changed to Zack Brady. Fraternal triplet Mitchell appeared in hospital Christmas scenes in December of 2005. Their time on Days of Our Lives came to an abrupt halt, however, when the character was tragically killed off in early 2006. They did continue to make appearances on the show through dreams and visions over the years until the soap decided to hire new actors to play what a teenage Zack would look like.

Career Highlights

Garrett, Spencer and Mitchell Fraye have been on television since before they were born. Their birth was documented by the Discovery Health Channel and they found themselves working in the industry soon after. As infants, they shot scenes for the 2001 movie I Am Sam, but unfortunately their scenes did not make it into the final production.

In 2004, whilst working on Days, they booked a pilot: Big Love. The show was picked up by HBO shortly after their Days of Our Lives run ended. Spencer and Garrett played the role of Raymond Henrickson, one of Bill Paxton’s many children on the show while Mitchell also made appearances as Wayne Henrickson in the first season. The show ran for five seasons and Spencer and Garrett were seen throughout.

Post-Acting Career

After Big Love ended, they began focusing their attention on their music career, creating their band March 4th with a friend, and later joined by their big sister Lynnzee when the dynamics changed. After March 4th came to an end, the boys created their band My Native Tongue and released more of their own music under the name.
