2019 – Devin Weaver

Devin Weaver is the older sister of TK Weaver who played Daniel Morgan on General Hospital. This year she has been busy with an episode of Criminal Minds and commercial work. Look for her in the new year in her second episode of American Housewife!

1. What was the experience like meeting Abby Lee Miller?
I fanned out. I adore her and she was so sweet.

2. How fun was it to do Jimmy Kimmel Live with your brother?
Really fun. We like working together. This one was a little gross, but super funny. We have a Bank of America commercial airing soon.

3. What was the experience like working on Criminal Minds?
Amazing!! I didn’t want it to end. I was tearing up when I had to say goodbye.

4. Did you do anything special to prepare for the role?
I had to be possessed. I had to perfect staring without blinking. Then I was trying to help the other kids do the same. It was scary. I also had to walk on a roof. It was super cool and super scary at the same time.

5. Were you nervous at all filming on the roof?
YES!! I was super nervous. I had tons of wires and harnesses. It was crazy. I loved it though. Cool experience.

6. Did you do anything special to watch the episode when it aired?
I stayed up late!! It was fun to watch. It was a little scary for kids so not many of my friends were allowed to watch it.

7. What has been the best advice you have ever been given by another actor?
It is normal to get frustrated. If you do get emotional or frustrated, walk away, pull yourself together and come back strong. That’s what good actors and actresses have to sometimes do. That’s what makes them great.

8. With all of the roles you have done, which would you say is the most like you?
I bring a little bit of me to all my roles. They kind of wrote Katie Linz on Criminal Minds to be like me so that character was the most like me.

9. Have you ever been star struck when meeting a co-star?
I get star struck when I see my YouTubers out and about. I always post about seeing them on IG. I do get star struck by people on the shows that I work on but I don’t always get to work with them.

10. What are your goals for 2020?
Just to keep having fun and being a kid. Keep my grades up and work hard.
