Jophielle Love

Jophielle Love was cast in the role of Violet Barnes on General Hospital when the character came to town with her on-screen mother. At first she was a hospital patient as the truth began to come out that Violet was not only Hayden’s (Rebecca Budig) daughter, but Finn’s (Michael Easton) as well. This gave her ties to the canvas which when her on-screen mother exited the show, allowed Jophielle to remain. Violet quickly became a featured younger character, working often with some of the legendary cast members including Jane Elliot and Finola Hughes. She was involved in multiple storylines such as her father’s relationships, and the story of her grandfather’s battle with ALS. After her on-screen father left the show Jophielle remained on the show for a few months before Violet was written off screen to join him in Seattle, ending her five year run.

Career Highlights
Jophielle has guest starred on series including Grey’s Anatomy, FBI: International, and the Supernatural prequel The Winchesters. She has appeared in the Five Nights at Freddy’s film franchise, and done some commercial work as well.

Current Updates
Jophielle continued to act after her General Hospital exit. She currently has a recurring role on the ABC series Will Trent as Cooper Ormewood.
