2018 – AJ Hudson

AJ Hudson did an episode of The Neighbors back in 2013. This year he was seen in Ready Player One, filmed an episode of Coop and Cami Ask the World and more!

1. What was the best part of filming for The Good Place?
My favorite part of filming The Good Place was being with my friend Dallas Young, and the rest of the kids filming that day. It was just us since it was a flashback scene. The episode though is hilarious!

2. What was your shoot for your Great Wolf Lodge commercial like?
It was so much fun being in the water and riding all the rides.

3. How do you enjoy getting to go on location for a project like that?
It was a lot of fun, because I got to fly to Texas, and I got to enjoy the water park and hotel in my free time. My dad upgraded us to the biggest room so I got to sleep in 3 different bunks while there.

4. What is your favorite type of project to work on and why?
Definitely comedy because I love making people laugh.

5. How did you enjoy filming for Ready Player One?
I really liked it. It was fun playing soccer with the other kids, and I was so excited to meet Mr. Spielberg.

6. What was the experience like filming Brooklyn Nine-Nine?
I loved my role, especially my interactions with Terry Crews and Andre Braugher. They kept trying to make me laugh during the scene.

7.What was it like filming with Terry Crews?
It was sooooo much fun. I was trying so hard not to laugh while shooting.

8. Do you do anything special to watch when any of your television episodes air?
Not anything super special. We usually go get some dessert and watch it at home with my immediate family.

9. Do you have a favorite person you’ve gotten to work with this year?
For this one it’s multiple people. Definitely the cast from Coop and Cami. They were a total blast. The director had us cracking up.

10. Can you tell us anything about your upcoming episode of Coop and Cami Ask the World?
I can’t say much, but I can say that it’s going to be an amazing episode, and I had a great time filming it. I have two words for you…. CAAAANNON BAAAALLL!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
I really am grateful to be on Motown Magic. It is a family friendly cartoon and I am the voice of Hunter, the coolest kid in the school. You can currently find season 1 on Netflix. You guys should check it out. You will love hearing , singing, and dancing to some of the classic hits from Motown.
