1 Day ‘Til Christmas!

Pressly James Crosby plays the role of Leo Falconeri on General Hospital. This is his first big booking and he cannot wait to work more with the cast and crew!

1. How did you get started with acting?

He got started with acting of course from his mama. He watches me practice for all my animation voiceover projects/auditions and is like “I wanna do that mama!” So I got him an awesome manager and great headshots and literally his 4th audition EVER was GH and he BOOKS IT! Amazing.

2. What is one of your favorite things you’ve gotten do do this year at an audition?

His favorite thing at an audition…umm he’s not a fan of the waiting game (mommy isn’t either lol) but I would say his Least favorite was eating old cold soup for a Campbell’s soup commercial! Favorite would probably be when he auditioned for the son of Sandra Bullocks in the new film Bird Box. It was his very first time he went upstairs and did it all on his own… he came downstairs and had this amazing look of confidence and independence and said “I did GREAT mama!”

3. How did you enjoy doing your first voice over project?

He was recently signed with my VO agent Arlene Thornton and Associates and had his very first BIG VO audition for Doc McStuffins a couple weeks ago! Hasn’t booked any VO jobs as of yet but fingers crossed!

4. How did you react when you found out you booked General Hospital?

When I told him he booked Leo on General Hospital he was like “so I’m gonna be on TV!” He watches Ricky Dicky Nicky and Dawn and loves it…

5. What was your first day on set like?

First day on set he was so calm and collected you would think I was hangin with a 7 year old lol. He was a little nervous because the sets were sooo big…. but LOVED the fake snow because it never snows here.

6. Who was the first person at the studio you got to meet?

First person we met was Billy!! His wardrobe assistant! And HE LOVES BILLY! He rocks.

7. What was the best part of filming with Lisa LoCicero?

He kept saying how pretty his fake mom was (Lisa) really pretty and super nice.

8. How did you like working with Wally Kurth?

Wally and Pressly took to eachother right off the bat… Pressly said “he soooo nice mom”

9. What was it like to see your scenes on TV for the first time?

We watched it all together on Hulu… He LOVED IT!

10. Is there anyone on the show you hope to get to work with next year?

He always says he wants to meet and work with the kids from Ricky Nicky Dicky and Dawn.

Christian Ganiere plays the role Parker Jonas on Days of Our Lives. This year he has been seen in Darkness Rising, and has multiple films in the works!

1. How did you enjoy working on your film Darkness Rising?

It was cool. I really liked having the prosthetics on. I loved how scary I looked in them.

2. What was your time on set like filming The Bay?

Cold and windy. Haha. It ended up being a really windy day. We had to put a hat on my head to try and keep my hair down. I loved the opportunity.

3. How did you enjoy filming with James Nigbor?

He was so fun. It was like having a real brother which I’ve always wanted. He’s super nice.

4. What was the experience like working with Gregori J. Martin?

Gregori is nice and I loved working with him. He’s been great to me and inviting me to the premier and everything for this season. It was fun watching how the episodes turned out.

5. How does it feel to continue to be brought back to Days of Our Lives to film?

I love Days. It’s my favorite. Nadia is so sweet to work with. Everyone is so nice. The directors and producers and crew, it’s like a big family.

6. How do you feel when you get to see your scenes air?

It makes me smile. It’s fun to see myself on TV or Netflix or the Internet or even a movie screen. Sometimes I look at myself and think, wow! I look so young. Or man I look so creepy. It makes me laugh.

7. Do any of your friends or family get to see your episodes of the soap?

My mom finds out when my episodes will air and she watches them. Then she shows them to me. A lot of my friends parents watch them online. Or fans will contact me and say, I saw you! It’s kind of funny.

8. If the writers wrote a storyline for Parker what would you like it to be?

Not where I die. I die in a lot of stuff. Haha. I don’t know. It would be fun to have a storyline with Holly. I’ve always wanted a little sister.

9. Do you have a favorite event you have attended this year?

My favorite event has come up yet. There’s a big Christmas party I’m going to at the Science Center that I’m pretty excited about.

10. Can you share anything about your role in Wish Man?

I play the Michael he’s based on the first child that inspired Frank to make the Make a Wish Foundation. Michael loved motorcycle cops and gum. I am so honored to be able to play the role of such an inspirational kid. And to have gotten to work with and spend time with Frank Shankwitz he’s just a great human being.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Christmas.

Bianca and Chiara D’Ambrosio played the role of Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. This past year the girls have been busy working on their music, web series and attending events. They also already have an episode of a popular Nickelodeon series set to air next year!

1. How do you choose what gets filmed for your Day in the Life episodes?

Our schedules can get so crazy after we do school and on the weekends that we just look and see what fun stuff we have planned to share with everyone. Sometimes it’s an event we are invited to, sometimes it’s something we have scheduled (like recording a song) or just hanging out with friends going somewhere fun. The Museum of Ice Cream is a perfect example. Who doesn’t like ice cream???

2. Which has been your favorite episode to release this year and why?

We are so lucky to have so many amazing opportunities to share. I have to say The Museum Of Ice Cream and the day we all went to Beautycon was super fun.

3. How did you come up with your Twin Talk series?

Twin Talk was something that we started doing because we love talking and sharing things we love like Stranger Things. We could do an entire series just on Stranger Things. Lol. But we also are really into doing challenges. I think one of the best ones was the Egg challenge, because our dad joined us and he’s just awesome. Watch that one and you can see him crack eggs on our heads. Lol.

4. What was it like meeting Britney Spears?

That show was so amazing. Getting to meet and greet someone we have grown up loving was so cool to be able to meet her and get a photo with her. The show is great. She has so many songs that are just incredible and she’s such a pro.

5. What was the experience like collaborating with Hayden Summerall for Young and Free?

Hayden is a great guy and a friend. It’s funny, the video is a lot like Hayden. We wanted someone to be in the video with us and he came in and saved the day. Lol. We had so much fun doing that shoot with him.

6. If you had to choose between acting or singing, which would you choose and why?

Hmmm. That’s such a hard question because we love both. Music is around all day long (just watch us on musical.ly and you’ll see!). We both love playing our instruments and learning covers to do, but we have recently been focusing on originals too. So that’s something we can always do on our own whenever we want. Performing is so much fun too, especially when we go to schools and see other kids just having such a great time. It’s so immediately rewarding.

Acting is such a passion and we have been so fortunate to work on so many different shows. We just did a guest star role in Ricky, Nicky, Dicky and Dawn which was so much fun. We actually worked with the same crew we worked in See Dad Run with as well, so that made it bonus special.

Have we answered yet? Lol. I guess it’s both!

7. Do prefer working together in the same scenes or sharing a part?

We were just talking about this and being twins, we love working together, but if one of us gets an acting job, we are happy and excited for the other because in the end, it benefits both of us!

8. How did you enjoy attending the Mattel Party on the Pier event?

Oh yes! Giving back is such a huge part of our lives. So being a part of the Mattel event with so many other friends is so rewarding and we are always thankful to be asked to be a part of events like that.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with this year?

Hayden, the cast and crew of R,N,D and D, Paul Boyd (who directs all the music videos we have made) and all of our teachers!

10. Can you tell us anything about your upcoming episode of Nicky Ricky Dicky & Dawn?

We play twins! Spoiler alert! Lol. It’s a really funny episode and we were so happy to be a part of it! Now if we only knew when it airs! Lol.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Watch Stranger Things. If you ever meet us and want to talk for hours… mention Stranger Things! Lol!

2 Days ‘Til Christmas!

Declan Mueller played the role of Joseph Gaffigan in season two of The Jim Gaffigan Show. This year he has been seen in an episode of Odd Mom Out, and did shoots for KidBox and Target!

1. What was Declan’s first day on set for The Jim Gaffigan Show like?

Declan’s first day ever working with the Gaffigans was on location; all outdoors: stills and a time-lapse sequence. it was freezing out! It was a neat day and everyone was wonderful. His first day at the studio was pretty thrilling, too. Just an overall outstanding experience from first day to last, mainly because of great people, from Jeannie and Jim on down the line.

2. How did he enjoy filming with Caitlin Moeller?

Caitlin’s sweet! She was very kind to Declan- all of the children were most welcoming to Declan.

3. What was it like to film on location for the show?

One of the great things about The Jim Gaffigan Show is that it is authentic New York, so every little street scene, restaurant scene, you name it…it’s all the real deal. It was fun for Declan to see some new places but also fun to visit some familiar places in a more official capacity.

4. How did Declan enjoy shooting for Target?

Declan’s been lucky enough to have been asked to shoot as the principal for some pretty high-profile campaigns for some famous brands (Gap, Adidas, etc.). However, his recent small role for Target may actually be what has most resonated with him- due to the fact that it is the first thing that actually came out since he started school and also since he shops at Target at all the time!

5. What was Declan’s shoot for Kidbox like?

Kidbox is the best! Great company doing good things. That was a very busy time for Declan as they shot their back-to-school, fall and winter campaigns in one week! It was a really outstanding crew and the other models were really cool so the time went quickly.

6. How does it feel seeing his photos popping up all over their website?

Seeing a new image of Declan pop up unexpectedly in an advertisement is certainly a great way to start a day. Kidbox definitely got bang for their buck with Declan; he’s a principal in their advertisements, their mailers, their website, their social media and even their app. It’s a lot of fun.

7. What was the experience like filming his episode of Odd Mom Out?

Odd Mom Out was a great experience! Jill Kargman is awesome. The stars of the show were hilarious and very kind, the other kids were sweet and, coincidentally, it was a simple commute because that episode just happened to be shot on location in Declan’s very small, very out-of-the-way hometown!

8. Has he seen his part of the episode on TV? If so how did he react?

Declan does enjoy checking out the work he’s done and enjoyed that episode a great deal.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people that Declan has worked with this year?

Declan appears in the pilot for the new Tracy Morgan show that will air next spring and it was neat to get to see him work.

A huge thrill for Declan was getting to spend time on set with his older brother Dylan as they filmed for The Land of Steady Habits. They’re best friends and great brothers to one another so it was a total joy to be on camera together in a major motion picture. They’re bit players, but both brothers were most flattered to have been asked to appear together and are really grateful for that unique opportunity.

10. Is there anything you can share about Declan’s role in the film A Kid Like Jake?

It isn’t major, but it’s an important film for a variety of reasons so he’s proud to be a part of it and, as his family, we’re really proud of that fact, too.

11. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone and thanks to the good folks at Star-Kidz for always being so good to Declan!

Quinn Friedman played the role of Alec Barrett on General Hospital. This year he has been seen on Teachers, in a commercial for Motel 6, and more!

1. What inspired you to start your YouTube series The Science Kid?

My inspiration for my Science Kid Youtube Channel, all started last year. My teacher saw how great I am at editing and filming videos, and she suggested to make videos for school. So, I found a perfect way to make videos, and that’s when The Science Kid was born.

2. How long does it take to make an episode?

It takes me about 3 hours to write, film, and edit an episode of the Science KID from start to finish. I first write a script, then film the video, and finally edit it.

3. Do you have a favorite episode you have worked on so far?

My favorite episode of the Science KID, was the video about SPACE! It was really fun to film, had lots of special effects, and had some great fun facts.

4. What was the experience like walking the runway at LA Fashion Week?

It was a great experience! I’ve never ever walked any fashion show, so it was really fun trying something new.

5. How did you enjoy attending the Skechers Friendship Walk event?

The Skechers Friendship Walk event was awesome! I got to walk for a great charity, and see a bunch of my friends!

6. What was your time on set like filming your Motel 6 commercial?

The Motel 6 commercial was really fun to film! I got to work with some great people, and got to improve and have a lot of fun!

7. How did it feel to return for another episode of Teachers?

My second Teachers Episode was a great experience. I got to work with the same crew and met some new friends. It was really fun!

8. What was the biggest difference in filming your second episode compared to your first?

The biggest difference is that I had a different teacher. Between the first ep. and the second, I went up a grade in a school. I got to meet a new teacher that was super funny and great to work with.

9. If they wrote your character George into a third episode of the series what would you like to see happen?

I would love to see more of Georgie’s Dad. The story line for Georgie’s Dad is really funny.

10. What else have you been up to this year?

I’ve done a lot of things this year. Besides Acting, I’ve been swimming a lot, attending two different types of Karate, hanging out with a lot of friends, and doing a lot of….. sleepovers! So far, this year has been a blast!

London and Sedona Fuller played the role of Nora Braverman on Parenthood. This year the girls have been seen on Modern Family, The Orville, and more!

1. How did London and Sedona get started in the industry?

Their mom was a pregnancy model when she was pregnant with the girls. When her agent found out she had twins, she asked for the girls’ photos and they booked their first job on a Lifetime movie when we were 3 months old.

2. What was their time on set like filming for Parenthood?

Monica Potter and Peter Krause were so nice and kind. Sedona especially loved the day she shot a scene with a puppy. She giggled so hard when it kept licking her.

3. What was the experience like working on the Baby Daddy pilot?

Amazing. Everyone from Dan Berendsen, Michael Lembeck and the cast were all amazing. It was a lot of work, but they went above and beyond to make sure the girls had everything they possibly needed. Both girls really enjoyed the night they shot the pilot in front of a live studio audience!

4. How did you enjoy filming your episode of The Orville?

London: Everyone was so nice. It was the third job I got to have ice cream on camera! Once I was there I felt happy and proud. There were lots and lots of people in the background in my scene so I had to focus to do a good job.

5. What was the experience like working on Modern Family?

Sedona: I was a little scared because there were lots of people standing in the pretend kitchen, but all the actors and crew were nice. I also really liked making funny faces at my pretend dad [Ty Burrell].

London: I was also a little scared, but it was actually really nice. After we finished shooting I got some yummy treats from craft services. I hope we come back.

6. How did you enjoy filming with Ty Burrell?

Sedona: It was really fun making faces at him. He was very funny in his underwear!

London: Yes because he was really nice to work with and he was eating popcorn in a bathrobe. He made us laugh.

Sedona: I liked when I was trick or treating to get candy. I also liked how creepy the dinosaur looked.

London: I liked all the Halloween decorations, our unicorn costumes and eating the candy!

Sedona: It made me laugh so hard when I saw us scream.

London: It made me feel proud and royal and proud of my own self.

London: I like acting because it’s like playing or make-believe.

Jared Breeze played the role of Max Rayburn on The Young and the Restless. This year he has been busy working on Critical Mass and Another Period!

1. What was it like working on a project with your younger brother?

Of course working with my brother was fun, but there was always a little competitive feeling in the air, as we both tried to out do each other.

2. Do you have a favorite location you got to film at for your film The Boy?

I loved filming in Medellin, Columbia but around the motel set, which was a three hour car drive to the north in the idyllic town of Antioquia, my favorite place was the small hut with Sammy the bunny (named by yours truly).

3. What was your first day at Y&R like?

Honestly the first day I was really only feeling ecstatic and then on the second day I started felling a little intimidated because all the actors there were so talented and established.

4. What was the best part of filming with Aidan Clark?

It was really cool having another kid on the set. Most of the other actors were adults. So we got to play around a bit. Much to the dismay of the adults.

5. How did you enjoy working with Michael E. Knight?

He was such a funny and enthusiastic dude and I think that his personality carried over onto everyone working with him.

6. What was your time on set like filming Feud?

It was as if I had stepped into a time machine. Every actor was wearing something from the 1930s and it was so fun just to look in the mirror and see myself wearing mustered colored pants.

7. What was the experience like working with Susan Sarandon?

It was a learning experience because she was such a good actress just being in her presence helped me get better. Kiernan Shipka was really nice, too. Very fun to work with.

8. Do you have a favorite part of attending the YEA Awards?

Since I didn’t win, the best thing was going to the Universal Park afterwards. But seriously, I really had fun doing all the interviews on the red carpet.

9. How did it feel to be nominated?

I felt really exited I got nominated and it warmed me up inside.

10. What else have you been up to this year?

You mentioned the pilot for the National Geographic channel “Critical Mass” and FEUD. In addition I also filmed an episode for Another Period on Comedy Central, which will air early next year. You will not guess, which historical figure I played!

Olivia Trujillo filmed multiple episodes of General Hospital. This year she been seen on Little Big Shots and you may recognize her as a judge from season two of The Toy Box!

1. What was your time on set like filming #REALITYHIGH?

I had a blast. Everyone was so much fun and wonderful to be around. Tatiana Lett (young Dani) and I really bonded and spent a lot of time together. Even today I am still friends and in contact with many members of the cast.

2. What was the best part of filming your Walmart commercial?

Working with the remarkable Wonder Woman, totally awesome!

3. How did you enjoy your summer shoot for Target?

Target is always a blast! Who could ever complain about being at the beach and getting paid for it?

4. What was the experience like working on Little Big Shots?

It is a crazy good time. You get to meet so many talented kids from all over the world. The time goes by so fast when you are there.

5. What was it like filming with Steve Harvey?

Steve Harvey is hilarious! I have to say it is live TV, so I was nervous at first. Translating instantaneously is never easy and you have so many dialects in Spanish. None of it was rehearsed or scripted, I get asked that a lot. Some words just do not translate in English, so I was really worried. But then you get on stage and you start laughing because Steve really is that funny and you forget about everything else.

6. How different is it to work on a show like The Toy Box?

The Toy Box is different because you are working with a lot of other kids who have a different perspective on every toy. You are mainly judging adults and their perception of toys they think kids will find fun, outrageous right? But that is what makes it so unique.

7. What is it like filming with Eric Stonestreet?

Eric is like a big kid. I don’t think everyone gets to see how much fun he is on the The Toy Box, but we had a fantastic time. Think of playing with toys all day with your parents. Crazy fun!!!

8. How long did the season take to film?

It went by really fast, we filmed in just under 3 weeks.

9. What is the toughest part of being a judge?

The toughest part of being a judge is you have to tell someone you did not like his or her creation. It’s not personal. You are trying to pick one toy for kids all over the US. It needs to be universal, unique and be the best toy ever. Then as kids we have different interests and that can be challenging when having to make collective choices. I looked for a toy that could be around for an endless amount of time, that was fun for everyone and all ages could play.

10. Do you have a favorite toy you’ve gotten to see on the Toy Box that didn’t make it to the finale?

Yes, but we are still under contract and not allowed to share just yet.

Paige Ollivier played the role of Josslyn Jacks on General Hospital. This year she has been busy working for Crazy 8 and GAP!

1. What was the coolest thing you got to do at an audition this year?

I got to do tumbling for Crazy 8 and shoot photos as the photographer. I like to learn how all the equipment works and sometimes Crazy 8 even lets me choose my poses.

2. Do you help your brothers prepare for their auditions too?

They aren’t doing much acting right now but when they do audition I help them remember to look in the camera and speak loud and clearly. My little sister is getting started in acting and we practice with her a lot because she needs more help.

3. What was the experience like doing voiceover work?

It was really fun because you get to wear headphones as you speak into the microphone. Seeing myself as a character was really cool too. The singing was really hard but they worked to make sure I sounded great!

4. What was your time on set like shooting for GAP?

I met lots of new friends and it was fun seeing old friends again too! GAP is a great company to work for and I love all their new clothes!

5. Do you have a company you would love to shoot for one day?

I’d love to work with Justice one day! I really like their clothes and style. I also love Target and American Girl.

6. What has been the best part about shooting for Crazy 8?

Seeing all the friends each time! We are like a family! Plus they have the best snacks! The breakfast tacos are my favorite! Their wardrobe and hair stylists are so cool and they always create amazing looks.

7. What does it feel like to be brought back for multiple shoots with them all year?

It is very special and I am very thankful that they keep asking me back! I hope it continues forever.

8. Do you have a favorite outfit you have modeled for them?

Crazy 8 had a shirt made especially for me and I loved that! I also loved the more grown up looking outfits…I got to dress up like I was going to work. I love all the soft cozy clothes.

9. How did you react seeing your images up in their stores for the first time?

Some of them are so big! They are even bigger than my dad! They look really cool and I like it when my friends find me in the stores.

10. What else have you been up to this year?

I just got my roundoff back handspring and have been working on that all year! Also my soccer and basketball teams kept me busy.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I hope to do a TV show or movie this next year because its been awhile since I’ve focused on that.

3 Days ‘Til Christmas!

Vivienne Rutherford played Older Arianna on Days of Our Lives. This year she has been seen in commercials for Turbo Tax, Tile, Visit California, and voiced her first animated role!

1. What was your time on set like filming your Turbo Tax commercial?

Well, it was fun! Probably the most fun I had on a set because I met Alana and Connor (two of the other haunted kids) and we played a lot while we waited!

2. What was the experience like filming with Kathy Bates?
I didn’t get to see her a lot, it was kind of all about just scaring her, but she was nice to me when I met her. She said “Are you gonna scare me!?” Then, in one of the scenes where I was shooting with her, she had to drop plates because she was scared of me, because I was a ghost in the window, and I had to keep my eyes open the whole time. I couldn’t blink, because I was a ghost, and ghosts do not blink! And it was really hard, because when she dropped those plates on the ground, it was VERY loud!

3. How did you enjoy filming your Visit California commercial?

They were really nice to me – everybody was nice. But I had to swing around the whole time, and sometimes the waves would crash into me while I upside down. One time, the director said “Action!” and I could see a wave coming at me, but I just went ahead and started saying my lines – and the wave hit me right in the face! And nobody noticed for a moment because they were all concentrating on the camera – but my pretend dad saw what happened, and he pulled me up out of the water IMMEDIATELY!

4. How did you like voicing Waddles the Puffin for Disney Jr?

That was my first animated role! I was in a little studio, and they played the lines from the other kids, so I could hear how everyone sounded and roll right into my lines. They showed me on the computer what Waddles looked like, so I got a sneak peek!

5. What was the process like shooting your commercial for Honda?

I had to wear a big blue cape because they were only filming my head. And I had to sing while this little light went around and around my head. They told me, “Don’t be scared, but the camera is going to go right by your face.” But it wasn’t too scary, I honestly wasn’t afraid of it, even though it did come really close.

6. How did you react to seeing the final cut for it and special effects?

It was weird for me because everybody at school saw it, and everyone kept saying “I saw your head!” or “I recognize that head!”

7. What was the experience like going to Romania to film a commercial?

It was weird having to travel so far to shoot, but I got to fly in the top level of the plane, which was really cool! When I was on set, people would talk to me in Romanian, and I didn’t really know what they were saying, but luckily, my pretend dad spoke English and Romanian, so he would translate for me. We went to a tea shop that had all different kinds of teas, and there was a restaurant that had a kitten who lived in there. He was really cute, but he liked to bite people as they came in! It was August, so it was really hot, and my costume was a long sleeved red shirt with flannel pajamas AND a flannel coat over that. So even though it was night-time, I was still boiling hot!

8. What was the best part of working on your set of Tile commercials?

The best part of the Romanian shoot was having the experience of traveling, and I loved working with my director Mark.

The best part of the Los Angeles shoot was getting to hold Panda Ernie and spending so much time with the crew.

9. How did you prepare all of your lines?

I worked on them at home, and then on set the director would take time to talk me through the lines I was about to say – and then that would echo through my head as we started rolling.

10. Do you have a favorite commercial you have done?

Tile! It’s my favorite because the crew in both Romania & LA – they were so nice (even though sometimes I couldn’t understand them sometimes.) I just loved them!

3 Days ‘Til Christmas!

Dax Randall played the role of Moses Winters on The Young and the Restless in 2016. This year he has been busy working for Walmart, Hollar, Fotex, and more!

1. What was your time on set like shooting for Hollar?

It was so fun because they were super nice and let me pick out three of the costumes I wore for the shoot.

2. Do you have a favorite costume you got to model?

Yes. I loved modeling the Superman one because he’s one of my favorite characters.

3. What was your shoot for Fotex like?

That shoot was really cool because it was on the beach and I love being outside. I just couldn’t understand most of what they were saying because they were from the Scandinavian area of the world.

4. How did you like shooting at the Santa Monica Pier?

Nothing beats being at the ocean for me. It my most favorite place of all.

5. What is the best part of auditioning?

Oh… probably using my imagination since I don’t get to do that at school.

6. How did you enjoy working on your Walmart commercial?

That was very fun and we had our own trailer and everything. I loved playing around with my brother when we filmed.

7. What was it like filming with your brother?

The best. We never, ever got to do anything together and we’re best friends so it was a dream come true.

8. How did you feel seeing it on TV for the first time?

Is it on TV yet? I didn’t even know that. I’m going to have to watch for it and tell you later.

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with this year?

My brother of course and the dog I got to work with. He was very sweet.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on this year?

The Walmart commercial with my bro. That’s what I call him sometimes.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Yes. Thanks for checking in with me and I can’t wait to have more to share with you.

Teo Briones played Timmy Bernardi on Days of Our Lives. This year he was seen in the film Wind River and he starred in the Amazon pilot Will vs. The Future!

1. What was it like working on the film Wind River?

It was great. We filmed in Park City, Utah and I had never been there before. It’s a cool place. I was there for about 4 weeks all together. I had a lot of scenes to shoot, most of them didn’t make it into the final edit though. The director, Taylor Sheridan, is so wonderful to work with. He made me feel really comfortable around all those amazing actors. The whole cast and crew were really nice. It was such a great experience.

2. How did you enjoy working with Jeremy Renner?

I loved it! He is such a great actor and inspiration. He was always very serious on set. I think this film was very important to him, and you could see that on set, and it shows in the film as well.

3. How did you react when you heard you booked Lethal Weapon?

I was very excited! It was such a great part and I felt a connection to it already through the audition process. Once you start to do something so many times for auditions, callback after callback, it starts to be a part of you already.

4. What was it like working with Clayne Crawford?

He Is an awesome guy! I learned so much from him. They do a lot of improv on set, if you have seen the show you have probably guessed that. It is really fun and also challenging. Trying to keep up with it, and also trying not to laugh when it is funny are both hard, but when you feel like you really nailed it and can fit in with the adults, it feels good. I think it was probably one of my favorite acting experiences in my life so far, probably because of how Clayne and I got along, (and all of my scenes were with him). But also because of the awesome crew and other cast members-even ones I had no scenes with. Everyone is just so nice over there, and seemed like they really were enjoying what they were doing, and everyone wanted to be there and make a good show.

5. How did you prepare for the role and the action?

Well, there really wasn’t too much action for me, just a lot of running and I guess a little jumping. But, I do gymnastics and XMA, so I am pretty athletic in that way. As far as preparing for the role, I just study my lines and try to figure out who the character is. What his motivations are. Things like that.

6. What was the casting process like for Will vs. the Future?

It was pretty short for me, I sent in a tape and then a while later I got a call to come in to audition. I did not realize the audition I was going to was already the final callback, and some people already had contracts! There were a bunch of people there, a few of each of the main 3 characters. They kept mixing and matching people, but throughout the time I did keep going back in with either Lexi or Ashlyn, until it ended up being just the 3 of us a lot.

7. What is the best part of filming with Lexi Underwood?

I don’t know if I can name a best part, it was just fun! We just really hit it off and became good friends through the process. Obviously we were together a lot of the time, so it’s a good thing we get along!

8. How do you enjoy working with Ashlyn Faith Williams?

She is so nice and has such a bubbly personality. Even though she wasn’t on set as much as Lexi and I, the 3 of us grew very close.

9. What was your favorite scene to film?

I think the scene in the teacher’s lounge was my favorite. I like doing action and I did all of my own stunts, so that was cool.

10. What else have you been up to this year?

Well, I have spent a lot of time in New York. My dad is in Miss Saigon on Broadway at the moment, so my mom and I travel back and forth all the time. Luckily I am homeschooled, so it is not too hard. It does make auditions difficult sometimes. I do a lot of taping of auditions while I am there. Other than New York it has just been schoolwork and auditions!

9. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with this year?

Sarifka definitely, Elizabeth Pettey, and last but DEFINITELY not least – Ricky Gervais! I loved working with him – we were always laughing!!

10. What has been your favorite project to work on this year?

That’s a tough one because each one was a new adventure with new friends. But if I had to decide, my favorite project was the ABC Game Show I filmed this year! I made a ton of new friends! We all had so much fun on and off set- exploring NYC and having lunch together, playing games and dance parties!! The crew was a ton of fun to work with. I was sad to say good bye to Sage, Sabrina & Rane, but hope to see them again! Optional #11 – Is there anything else you would like to add? Thanks so much for having me as a part of this years Holiday Q&A! I loved the questions and am so grateful for your continued support!

Jonathan Tysor did an episode of Days of Our Lives for the carnival. This year he has been seen for Old Navy, Skittles, and has been busy working on A Doggone Adventure!

1. What was the experience been like doing a live theater production of Beauty and the Beast?

It was so much fun to perform in front of a live audience! I also loved being super dramatic and singing/dancing. I played Mr. Bundles, Wacky (had a great time learning the basics of being a ventriloquist!) and Eddie.

2. What was opening night like?

Everyone was super nervous before opening night because if you mess up on stage are no redo’s, however we all worked together and it turned out to be a huge success!

Doing Old Navy shoots is so fun because I get to travel to San Francisco and sometimes I have time to explore and do fun things there! Everybody on the shoot is also very nice and fun too.

4. What is the most challenging part of working with a green screen?

I love working on green screen. The most challenging part though is to look at the same things as everyone else when there’s nothing there. I have a vivid imagination and have no problem pretending to see things but coordinating with everybody else is can be a challenge.

5. What was the best part of being on a game show for Totally TV?

Being part of “What’s the Word” on TotallyTV was a blast. It’s unscripted and we just had fun. Smoochie the Clown was definitely a highlight too.

6. If you could film a project anywhere in the world where would it be and why?

I love to film in LA because I am closest to my friends and family. If I had to choose another place it would probably be somewhere in Scandinavia or Britain. Of course I really enjoyed eating a lot of Skittles but I also got to work with Ashley and Edward (of Winterstone Pictures) who did my first ever commercial and they are the BEST!

The Doggone team has become family by now. A Doggone Adventure was directed by Tony Randel (the first two were directed by Jim Wynorski). We all know each other well. This is the last movie in the trilogy and will be out very soon. It should be a fun one!

9. What is it like to return to your third film with the same cast and crew?

This cast has become so close and I have made great friends so returning to another film is great because we have so much fun and hang out together! In between takes on A Doggone Adventure my friend Walker (who plays David Hill) and I got to go explore an area with lots of rocks and our cast mate, Kurt (Yaeger), told us a lot about the different kinds of rocks and how to find gold!

10. Is there anything you can share about the documentary you have been filming?

I play the role of an astounding scientist as a child escaping Iran. He has an amazing story (and some incredible theories). We filmed out in Johnson Valley at a place called Dry Soggy Lake with an award-winning European film team. I got to meet the scientist I’m playing (hoping to take him up on the offer to visit him at Princeton one day!) and feel very lucky to have been part of this project. The documentary should be out sometime next year.

Makayla Lysiak was seen in a 2014 episode of Parenthood. This year she has been busy with guest starring roles on New Girl, Speechless, The Last Ship, and you may recognize her as “Barbara” on the Audience series Mr. Mercedes!

1. What was the experience like filming an episode of New Girl?

Filming on the set of New Girl was one of the best experiences in my career. I got to work along side two insanely hilarious actors that I admire so much, Zoey Deschanel and Jake Johnson. All the scenes we shot were so funny! I tried not to laugh during takes. Zoey and Jake are comedic geniuses. Plus, I got to meet Olivia Rodrigo and Saylor Bell who made filming really fun. We talked a lot and got to know each other on set. The whole cast of this episode didn’t make my experience feel like work, they made it fun and exciting everyday.

2. Do you get nervous at all going into your first day on set for a new project?

Of course I get nervous! I feel like every actor does. When its my first day on a set sometimes I get scared I’m gonna forget my lines in front of big name actors, or look into the camera while filming. But, when I’m actually there in the moment, all my anxiousness and worry fades away. When I’m in front of the camera preforming, I feel free.

3. What was your time on set like filming for Speechless?

Filming Speechless was pretty cool. It was a one day shoot and I got to film at Fox Studios for the second time. It was quick shooting day but hey, work is work!

4. What was it like filming with Kyla Kenedy?

Filming with Kyla Kenedy was awesome. She was super nice and we talked in between takes. You could tell she was very professional. Kyla could always take direction really well and she knew her lines like the back of her hand.

5. How did you enjoy working with Alina Foley?

Alina Foley was great to work with. We would make small talk when the crew was setting up the shots.

6. What was the best part of filming for The Last Ship?

The best part about filming The Last Ship was definitely getting to go to an actual Naval ship base. The ships were HUGE, larger than you could even imagine. And I thought it was so cool that some of the extras were real life service members. I got to meet the people that serve our country and thank them for all they’ve done.

7. What was your first day on set like for Mr. Mercedes?

My first day shooting on Mr. Mercedes was SO AWESOME! This show was by far my favorite show I’ve ever worked on. I got to meet Jack Bender and Jharrel Jerome who made me feel at home right when I walked on the set. Though it was kind of intimidating working alongside an Oscar winning actor and such an iconic director. Both of them are so brilliant and talented. Plus I got to meet Emma Rayne Lyle which was a blessing in itself. She is such a sweet person that I had a great time getting to know better in between takes.

8. How did you enjoy getting to film the show in South Carolina?

I loved shooting in South Carolina. This was my first time shooting out of state, so it was very exciting. The show got us first class seats from LA to the south. When we got to South Carolina I saw that it was a lot different than LA. There were miles and miles of trees, all on flat land, no hills or mountains. And the food there is AMAZING! The next time I’m craving a barbecue sandwich, I will fly out to South Carolina for my meal.

9. How would you describe your character Barbara?

My character Barbara is always very busy. She likes organizing and planning things but sometimes get overwhelmed. She is very smart and shows it. And Barbara is strong but sometimes she can get insecure about herself. All will be revealed in episodes to come. Stay tuned!

10. Do you have a favorite episode you have filmed?

My favorite episode that I filmed on Mr. Mercedes was certainly the finale episode. They dressed the set like an art center. There was color and movement everywhere. It was indescribably beautiful. There was even some art work that came from the director, Jack Bender. I got to celebrate all the hard work the cast and crew did that season. Plus, I got free Mr. Mercedes merch!

She was great. I had to cry in the scene so she gave me some advice which was really nice.

8. What was your time on set like working on the film?

Amazing! The other actors were so talented and I learned a lot. To get to be a lead in a film at my age felt really incredible.

Brian is smart, curious and he loves his family. He was also very conflicted in the film because he was learning about God and became a Christian but his father didn’t support it.

10. Is there anything you can share about your role in Saturday at the Starlight?

I’m not sure what I am allowed to share but I can say it was fun filming and will be a funny movie.

Belle Smith was seen in a season one episode of The Jim Gaffigan Show. This year she has been seen in episodes of Bull, I Witness, and you may recognize her from her recurring role on Vinyl!

1. What was it like filming your episode of I, Witness?

It was great! We all had fun! We filmed in a big office with my Latino family and Kai who is the lead role. They were all fun to be with. The production staff gave me and my TV brother toys to play with on set. In my scene, Kai handed me the stuffed dog. I played with that stuffed dog on and off camera and almost took it home with me.

2. What was the experience like working on Law & Order: SVU?

It was all fun for me. We went to this beautiful big building in New York City near the water and a park. We meet some of the cast there like Ice -T and Kelli Giddish. The filming was on the playground and I got to play with the other kids. It did not feel like working at all. My favorite part is playing on the swing.

3. How did you enjoy filming the movie Rough Night?

I had the best time filming Rough Night because I was with my friend Callie and we both had so much fun playing in the playground, running around, playing in the swing and slides both on and off camera. We also had fun going to the crafty services with all the candies and sweets they had. I feel that the only time I had to do acting was when I run to our pretend teacher played by Jilliann Bell. There was another scene when Jillian Bell picked me up and carried me on her arms but that part did not make the cut. The best part also was that some of the production staff were the same people I worked with on VINYL.

4. What was your time on set like filming Bull?

It was awesome! We filmed on the roof top of the building overlooking Central Park. The scene was my birthday party. The place was so beautiful and the decorations were fascinating. I love the light blue and white unicorn cake and also the unicorn cookies. There were so many balloons, gifts, and so many kids too! During breaks, I played with Lori and the other kids. We played with my ipad. I love and enjoyed my time on set filming BULL.

5. How did you enjoy having your Mom play your Mom?

I love it! It feels so natural acting my part having my real mom played my TV mom. It is unforgettable to me because I was the one who convinced my mom to do it. I asked her to audition with me. She didn’t want to do it at first. I’m very happy she did it.

6. What was it like to work on a NYC rooftop for the scene?

It was magical! You look down and everything looks small. The people and the cars look very small. When you look straight, you see the beautiful buildings of NYC and when you look up, it feels like you can touch the sky.

7. How did you enjoy working with Bobby Cannavale on Vinyl?

I love working with Bobby Cannavale . He was very nice to me and always talk to me when I was on set. As soon as he sees me, he calls my name “Belle” and always talk to me for a minute or two. He made me feel important and comfortable on set. I played his daughter and that was an amazing experience for me. In 1 of the episode which my mom said was a very emotional one, I saw him preparing for it while I’m on my way to the door after filming my part. Bobby saw me, he stopped what he was doing and talk to me before I left. It’s so awesome working with him. He is kind and nice to everyone. Before we finish filming, he wrote me a note on my diary and he also signed my pink guitar.

8. What was it like filming with Olivia Wilde?

I love working with Olivia Wilde. She was nice and friendly. I believe she likes carrying me on her arms. She did it on couple of our scenes and also when we took pictures together . Since I played her daughter, most of my scenes were with her. We always sit next to each other during hair and make up. It was a nice experience working with her.

9. Do you have a favorite scene you filmed for the series?

I filmed 8 out of 10 episodes and I love them all because each one is a unique experience but my favorite one is the first episode when I was sleeping on Olivia Wilde’s lap. That is so special because that was my very first acting experience on TV.

10. What has been your favorite project to work on this year?

Bull is a favorite because my TV mom was my real mom and because I got to celebrate my 8th birthday on TV. I also love my Print booking for Boscov’s because it was on my birthday. Thanks to my awesome Agent Renee Lauren.

I have a new Honda Clarity commercial airing this month. My movie “Broken Memories” is out on VOD. It’s a heartfelt movie about a father and son who are dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease. The late Rance Howard stars in the movie.

6 Days ‘Til Christmas!

Laura Krystine was seen in a 2012 episode of The Neighbors. This year she has been busy working on her films To The Beat! and The League of Legend Keepers: Shadows, both of which are due out next year!

1. What was your time on set like filming your episode of Teens Wanna Know?

Filming for Teens Wanna Know was a quick and fun experience. I enjoyed doing the interview very much.

2. What was it like attending the Indie series Awards?

Attending the Indie Series awards was amazing and so much fun. The Producer, “Susan Bernhardt” and her production company, “Leonian Pictures” is also the producer of To The Beat So Susan asked Brisa and I if we wanted to attend and present the awards. I met so many amazing actors and got to be included in honoring them for their hard work! By the end of the night Brisa and I were exhausted! Hahaha!!! But it was so much fun!! I would do it again in a heartbeat ♥

3. How did you enjoy attending the Time Toys premiere?

The Time Toys premiere was a fun experience. I always enjoy supporting fellow actors and being able to attend with friends makes it so much fun!

4. What was the best part of having a recurring role on 100 Things to Do Before High School?

My recurring role on 100 Things was absolutely amazing! I have kept my friends I made working on that show and love them all! I really miss Scott Fellows(The creator) he was amazing and really pushed my character to the max! Playing Lori Loudly was so fun and very loud!! Hahaha

5. Do you have a favorite episode that you filmed?

My favorite episode is, “Halloween Thing”! My friend Jaheem(Fenwick) was hilarious in that episode and I loved that I got to shoot all my scenes with him.

6. How did you react when you found out you booked the role in To the Beat?

My reaction to finding out I was going to play one of my best friends twins was actually kinda weird?!! I was like, “wait, what”! The whole thing was very surreal! I felt like it wasn’t going to actually happen or as if it was a joke!! Haha!! But once I got the full script and we had our first table read I was SO EXCITED!! It was real, it was happening!!! And honestly finding out that, Jaheem Toombs(who I worked with on 100 Things) and Trevor Larcom(who I worked with on Fresh Off The Boat) and Jake Brennan(who I worked with on Richie Rich AND The League Of Legend Keepers) plus so many other friends was the icing on the cake!!! It felt like a party every time we set foot on set AND we got to DANCE!!! I mean it was a dream come true!!!!!!

7. How would you describe your character Mackie?

My character Mackie is someone who has experienced some pain in her life by loosing her father. She really looks up to her older sister and counts on her for almost everything. Mackie is fun and definitely wants to do the right thing.

8. What was it like filming with Brisa Lalich and playing a twin?

OK, so, filming with Brisa was literally like everything else we do! It felt like another sleepover or hangout. It was truly amazing. I’ve known Brisa since I was 7 and feel 100% comfortable around her! I consider Brisa my best friend not only in this crazy Hollywood life, but in my real everyday life. So every scene felt easy and real to me.

9. What was the experience like attending the premiere for the film?

Attending the Screening of TTB was again, “surreal”. There I was watching this film that I’m starring in along side my BFF playing her twin?! It was crazy!! I remember after the film they had myself, Brisa and Jayden Bartels up on the stage for Q&A. As we answered questions with the Director(Jillian Clare) I felt so thrilled and so happy for everyone who worked so hard on the film.

10. Is there anything you can share about your film The League of Legend Keepers: Shadows?

My film TLOLK is such a cool movie!!! It was beyond anything I’ve ever done!! There was a scene where Jake Brennan and I had to go underground in these tunnels at a military base. It was so creepy yet soooo fun!!!!! The film gets released Oct. 2018 and let me just say it’s an action packed fun thriller for all ages. I loved working with Elizabeth(the director) and helping make her vision come to life! The film is going to be epic!

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I do! I just worked on a new Netflix series staring Justin Willman. The show is untitled right now, but I’m really excited to see how everything turns out. Justin is so talented and it was soooo much fun working with him!!
