Happy New Year!

Okay, okay. So I say every year that I don't know how I can top last year's message. I really don't this year. I was just reading last year's message and thinking "There's nothing to say that I haven't already said in the past."

I guess I should start by saying: Wow. 2011, you really threw in some twists and turns not only for the site but in our own personal lives. Gee, thanks for that. It's been a rough year and while we had many "downs," we had tons of fun, exciting moments as well!

From the addition of Young and the Restless & Bold and the Beautiful (which alone led to dozens of new kids) to the announced cancellations of Big Love, All My Children and One Life to Live, we certainly had mixed emotions about this year.

We now have FOUR Disney Channel stars covered on the site with the addition of Peyton List and Cameron Boyce to a new Disney show earlier this year. All of the kids were super busy and I can't describe how busy my fellow co-webs and I were this year trying to keep up with everyone.

We had a recording setting turn-out for this year's Holiday Q&A event! Over 34 different families answered questions submitted by the fans!

We are working on bringing some changes to the site but at this moment, those changes do not involve a new show. Some big stuff is coming up in February as we celebrate four years online! (technically, it's five but this anniversary coming up is only four years)

And without further adieu, what you've REALLY been reading this message for, the 4th Annual "This Year at Star-Kidz" video! No technical difficulties like last year, thankfully! (though I did have a tricky time getting it uploaded...I even got my dad to take the wrapping off a collector's edition dvd so that he would get off Netflix!)

Happy New Year 2012 from Heaven, Toni, Susan & Lisa!

Screencaps for the episode of Days of our Lives that aired on May 19, 2006 have now been added. If some may recall, even right after this episode aired, we were never ever able to find even a picture from this episode. I was beyond thrilled to find it by chance a few months back! I call it the elusive episode. It was one that I was always able to recall clearly in my head but was never able to find. A video clip will be up soon.

It's Christmas!
Danielle Parker began playing the role of Emma Lavery on AMC mid-2010. Earlier this year, Danielle was apart of a big storyline as Emma was kidnapped by her mother and began to hate her dad and Greenlee. Most recently, Danielle has appeared in Love's Christmas Journey and aired in an episode of CSI: Miami!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What do you like most about playing Emma?

My favorite part of playing Emma is that I got to work with Melissa Claire Egan and Cameron Mathison. I also loved that Emma had such wide range of feelings. I am very blessed to have gotten to play such a wonderful character.

2. How do you like working with Stephanie?

I LOVED working with Stephanie! Stephanie is an amazing actress and a great scene partner. She is my good friend and she even came to see me play soccer!

3. What's your favorite part of working with each of the AMC kids?

It was always extra fun day on set when I got to work with the other kids!

Tate (AJ) is a funny guy who always keeps me laughing, we still hanging out together.

Mackenzie (Miranda) has become one of my best friends.

Jake (Spike) is the little brother I have always wanted.

Britton (Ian) was such a cutie.

Ellah (Gabbie) so very sweet.

Dannika(Kathy) always ready to be silly.

Darby Jo (Jenny) always has a smile.

I was so lucky to be one of the Children of All My Children!

4. What was your favorite AMC Wedding to film/be in?

The Rylee wedding where Emma gets kidnapped is my favorite. I got so much great work from that story line.

5. What is your favorite AMC Fan Weekend moment?

My favorite moment was the Karaoke Fan Event. I loved getting to sing with the fans and all my friends from AMC, OLTL, and GH. It was wonderful to get to meet so many of the AMC fans. I continue to stay in touch with many of the fans on Facebook and Twitter.

6. How did you like filming Love's Christmas Journey? and how cool was it is to have so many people from AMC be part of it?

I really enjoyed working on LCJ. I only got to work with Natalie. Natalie is always very sweet. Dannika and I worked on different days. It was so much fun to dress in clothes and work on sets from a different era in time. I even got to meet my new best friend actor Gabriel Suttle who played the Wiseman!

7. Has snow ever been "brought in" on any film or TV set that you have worked on, if so, what was that like?

I have worked with snow, but not real snow. It was Show Snow. That is what they used at All My Children to make it look like it was winter in Pine Valley.

8. What was it like filming CSI: Miami?

I had the best time working at CSI Miami. I got to meet amazing people like Eva La Rue, Emily Proctor and Meredith Hagner. The cast and crew were so good to me too. It was great to get to be a very different character then I have ever gotten to play before.

9. How did you like getting to work with Melissa again?

I was so happy that Missy came back and we got to work together one last time on AMC. It was so wonderful to get to work with Melissa and Cameron all together as a family. I am still very close to Missy and we will always keep in touch.

10. What is your favorite AMC memory?

My very first day and my last day on the set of AMC are my favorite memories. On my first day, I was so excited to be a part of such amazing show. I worked with Melissa Claire Egan, Brittany Allen and Tate Berney. They were all so wonderful to work with and showed me some new TV tricks. The last day was so very sad, but it was so special to be a part of 41 years of TV history. To be a witness to the final scenes and hear that All My Children was a wrap will always be a moment I you will never forget.

Thank you STAR KIDZ, AMC and my fans for everything you have done for me. I really cherish your love and support that you have given me. I am wishing everyone HAPPY HOLIDAYS and the best NEW YEARS!

It's Christmas!

STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How do you like working with Savannah and Max?

Well, Max is really funny and Savannah is really nice and funny too. They are really good listeners and they both like to play with me. It would be so fun if we could all do a movie together. They are awesome actors and good friends to me.

2. What was it like to film the big fight scene from this season?

Max did a really good job and the first time we did it, it was the most fun. When he pushed me down, it felt like he actually pushed me and he was my cousin so it kinda felt weird. It was hard to for me to get mad at him because he is my best friend. I really loved doing that scene and the director (Adam) was awesome!

3. Do you think that your "mom" and "dad" on the show will get back together?

No because they told me the truth that they were never ever getting married.

4. What was the best part of filming the school play?

That was so much fun because Savannah was in it and she is one of my best friends and I met another little dude, Anthony and he was really awesome too. Also, when we got to shake our pans and gold was in them. It made a lot of noise.

5. What are some of the funniest things to happen on set?

Well Dax is really funny all the time. One time we went to our great grandma's house (on the show) and Dax had a remote control car and it was awesome. He ran it on mountains and into walls and it didnt break. Dylan (the producer) and Matt (2nd AD) always chase me around and play with me. One time Dylan chased me and he tripped over a chair.

6. How do you like working with Dax and Joy?

Dax and Joy (my mom and dad on the show) always sing songs when we are about to film and I join in even though I dont know the songs. I also like to make silly faces at the cameras when they are "rolling". I love Joy's laugh and she always gives me hugs. Dax always jokes around with me and he improvs a lot and I just go with it. I like the improving.

7. What is the best part of filming the big Braverman family scenes?

Everybody is talking and all the kids play around with each other and have fun. One time we were playing hide and go seek in the dining room. All my family is nice and I like to see everybody and grandpa Zeek always tells jokes.

8. How do you like working with Cole and Jadon?

Cole and Jadon are like my best best friends. They are funny and we like to play together. Jadon looks like my twin brother because he has curly hair like me, but Cole's hair is way different, but they are twins for real. They are really good actors so I like doing scenes with them.

9. Do you have a favorite set to film on?

My favorite set is the recording studio (the luncheonette). I like to play with Dax and the keyboards like we are actually making sounds with them. We pretend that there is a person singing and we tell them what to do.

10. What has been your favorite scene to film?

This year, my favorite scene to film was when Savannah and I got to ride a razor scooter. It was awesome. We rode all day.

Do you like learning you lines for your scenes?

Yes because it is fun and I get them done in 5 minutes. I dont get nervous doing my lines cuz the directors let us improv a lot.

We'd like to thank Tyree and his family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

1 Day Til' Christmas
Karleigh and McKenna Larson have been playing Josslyn Jacks on General Hospital for the past two years. It's been great to watch the girls grow before our eyes.

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did Karleigh like getting to work with Haley?

She loves her. Haley is just so good with her and always comes in the green room to hang out and get friendly so the scenes look really honest and true .. that the two girls do know each other and love each other.

2. How does Karleigh enjoy working with Sean Blakemore?

Can I just say ... LOVE HIM! Karleigh says he is her boyfriend and that she loves him. I even have it on video. When she is watching the scene play out in the green room and he goes off screen, she completely melts into tears and is pleading with everyone "where did Sean go." Every scene she does with him, she just walks right onto set and into his arms. She adores him, and I think he likes her too. : ) They have great chemistry and it shows.

3. Do the girls add in their own lines or is what Josslyn says
scripted?

Oh no totally ad libbed and egged on by the other actors.... i.e. "say thank you," and she does. But the producers and directors love it, and it adds realism to the scene.

4. How's James Franco with the girls?

Great. He introduces himself to them, and just knocks out the scene. He pays attention to them and they just eat that up!

5. What was the experience like for Karleigh's first fan event?

OVERWHELMING! It was fantastic. Everyone was so excited to see her. We barely got through the main doors before people were lining up for photos with her. Thank goodness they did let her eat and talk a "break," before more photo opportunities. But she was very well received and we had a great time. I didn't think they would know who she was .. but I was SOOOO wrong.

6. Does McKenna come to set with Karleigh still? Who is her favorite to spend time with?

McKenna does come to set just to keep us all entertained. She is a ham! And both girls love spending time in the school room with the most amazing "teacher" Leslie drawing, learning letters, and playing with puzzles.

7. How does Karleigh like working with Kelly?

Kelly is great. We were told when we first started that Kelly didn't have kids and to be aware how everyone was handling the baby. You would never know Kelly she didn't have kids ... she is such a pro and is so relaxed. When they did the "sleeping scene on the couch" Kelly just told Karleigh to close her eyes and ... the toddler listened ... who knew??? She is fantastic and really a sweet sweet lady!

8. Does Karleigh miss working with Ingo?

YES! We even got a plasma-car just for the memories of scooting around the set on his. But we follow him on twitter and wish him all the best! Gracious and lovely man.

9. Is there a favorite set to film on?

Karleigh really loved the Hawaii scene set up .... guess that means she wants to go there ... "for real." She also enjoyed all the rain scenes and I was terrified we were going to have a melt down. But Ingo just played with her in the rain and she was perfect! Those are some fun scenes to watch and film but also sad because of the story line.

10. What has been your favorite GH memory so far?

Oh boy ... there are just too many to count. Some of the fun ones are seeing the montages that the fans do on Youtube ... would love to see more. Crazy to see my little ones grow up so fast but so grateful to have it all on tape. The holidays scenes are always fun cause everyone is in a great mood and festive! And any time she does scenes with the kids are just fun and adorable. They all work so well together. It's a great cast of kids!
I just wonder what else they have in store for us.

Thank you to all the fans for all your love and support and for being so open and welcoming for the girls playing this role. We have been recognized in the pumpkin patch, Gymboree play and music, and Ralphs, and every time the fans are so respectful before they whip out the camera or ask questions. And they always want to see both girls .. not just Karleigh so that is really nice for mom. Here's to a fantastic 2012 - and keep watching ... It's getting goood!!!! : ) It's just been a blast and we are so grateful for this amazing opportunity.

We'd like to thank the Larson family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

I remember flying on a candy cane in one of the Christmas episodes.

Tate Berney began playing the role of AJ Chandler in early 2010. This year Tate won a Young Artist Award for his work on AMC and has recently been spotted in ads for GAP, Target and Tom's Shoes!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How do you like working with Sarah and Christina?

It's really fun to work with them cause I like them and they are really funny! They are really good actors!

2. How did you like working with Jacob?

I loved how he called me "Grand Master Tate" all the time! He always made it easy and fun to work with him. In the last scene when I worked with him for the last time, I saw a tear coming down his cheek and I really cried because I felt like I was saying goodbye to him in real life too. I REALLY miss him.

3. What's your favorite part of working with each of the AMC kids?

Mackenzie (we call her Mackie) is awesome because she likes to do a lot of things I like to do. We loved getting fake scabs put on together in the make-up room.

Jake is just a funny 4 year old who likes to have fun. He is a good actor and is just funny! He is my buddy in real life too!

Britton always wanted me to give him a piggy back ride. I loved playing with him!

The McMackin twins were really fun to play with too! They loved playing around with me in the dressing rooms.

Danielle is fun to work with and hang out with in the school room.

I didn't get to work a lot with Dannika and Darby, but when I did they were really nice!

The best part about getting to work with all the kids is that we could laugh together, run around the dressing rooms, and we always had lunch at Subway together!

4. How do you like working with Michael E Knight and Cady McClain?

I really liked working with Michael. He is REALLY funny because he has an awesome accent (he tries to sound Brittish or something). He always made me feel comfortable on set. Every time I worked with him I knew it was going to be a fun day because he always teased me and made fun of me. He would pick me up, turn me upside down and always goof around with me! I would always check on him when he was outside to see if he was smoking. I always gave him a hard time when I caught him smoking!

I didn't get to work with Cady that much, but when I finally got to spend some time with her she was really nice to me.

5. What is your favorite memory from this year's AMC weekend?

I have a bunch! One is when Rodney (a AMC fan) was asking me questions at the Chandler Breakfast, he was so funny!

I loved the Kareoke night singing with J.R. Martinez. We sang "Billy Jean" and did all the Michael Jackson moves!

Breakdancing at Krystals BBQ

And most of all meeting all the AMC fans!

6. What are some of the funniest things to happen on set?

I was doing a scene with Michael and Jacob and we were playing a board game, and I kept messing up the spaces I was suppose to move...Michael kept making me laugh and then when I won the game I swung my hand in the air and hit him in the face! It was really funny!

During the Easter episode Daniel Cosgrove made all of the kids laugh so hard because he was singing a really funny made up song about the Easter Bunny and chocolate. We were all dancing and laughing!

7. How did you like shooting your Target in-store posters?

I liked doing the Target job. The photographer was really funny and nice! It was cool to see myself on the posters in the store!

8. What is your favorite AMC set to work on?

I have a few of those too! i loved when we were on location at one of the producers houses, because I got to swim in the pool!

I loved working in "Krystals" because I always go to eat good food like ice cream, cookies and fries...no matter what time of day it was. I would always finish it and they would have to give me more!

I also liked running up the fake stairs in the Chandler Mansion.

9. What was it like to be on set for the taping of the final ABC
week of AMC?

It was really sad because I had to say goodbye to everyone and I didn't like it.

10. What is your favorite memory from AMC?

That's really hard, I have a lot of favorite memories.

Going to the Emmy's with everyone was pretty awesome!

One day I got to be the director and I got to use the walkie talkie and stuff and talk to the people in the control room. I got to tell Susan and Julia what to do!

The very last day was probably one of the coolest because everyone was there all at once, the cast and the crew. Even Agnes Nixon!

Being able to be a part of All My Children has probably been one of the best things to ever happen to me in my life! I REALLY miss EVERYONE so much!

We'd like to thank Tate and his family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Michael and Brody McMackin began playing the role of Trevor in early 2011. The boys have also appeared on Mad Men and attended the AMC Kids Scoop's event during fan weekend!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did the boys like working with Chrishell?

Chrishell is an absolute doll. She was so sweet and loving to the boys from the moment she met them. They are both shy, but she did such a good job getting them to warm up to her. I felt she was very fond of them and always took care of them on set. Whenever they see her on television they point to the screen and get super excited. She will make an amazing Mom one day!

2. What was it like working with Ricky?

Ricky has a little boy of his own, so he was really good with the Michael and Brody too.Whenever they would get shy or nervous about doing a scene, he really knew how to calm them and make them comfortable. They called him "The Daddy." He always interacted and played with the boys between takes too.

3. What was the first day on set like?

The boys were a little nervous when they went on set for the first time.. It can be a little intimidating because it is such a huge building and there are tons of people and lights. Brody filmed the first scene where he goes to the hospital to visit Jake. They let him hold his little car for comfort. He ended up doing a great job in the scene! He was smiling because Ricky kept throwing him up into the air. He was also surprised that he was done in one take because Mad Men always took multiple takes and he was used to shooting scenes for 20 or 30 minutes at a time.

4. What was the best part of working with Jill Larson?

Jill was so nice. I grew up watching "Opal" and she didn't disappoint. Even though Michael's first scene with her was the last one of the day, she took the time to talk with him and make him comfortable around her. He really liked her and loved all her jewelry too.

5. How did the boys like attending their first fan event?

They loved it! They didn't realize it was a fan event. To them, it was just an ice cream party. They had fun playing with the other kids and of course, eating two helpings of vanilla ice cream topped with Gummy Bears.

6. Did the boys get to play with the other kids between takes?

Yes, they did! We often filmed on the same days as Tate (A.J). He was so great with the boys. They often played catch in the dressing room hallways and Tate taught them how to climb the tree outside of the business offices.

7. What are some of the funniest things to have happened on set/backstage?

One funny thing happened during a scene with Chrishell. She is talking to Brody and he looks up and blurts out, "Where is my Mommy?" Chrishell started laughing and said, "I am your Mommy." Needless to say, they had to reshoot the scene.

8. What was it like shooting on location?

The boys preferred shooting on location. They loved taking the van to the Gardens where we would film. It was also a lot of fun for them in between takes. They could run around outside and check out all the plants, flowers, creeks and ponds. It was a boys' dream.

9. How did the boys like working on Mad Men?

Mad Men was their first ever acting job. They were nervous at first when they were separated from me (Mom), but the on set teacher was really great about letting me hide out of camera range so they could always see me. They really started enjoying filming as the season progressed. They loved playing with the old fashioned toys and really bonded with their t.v. siblings. They also loved all the Skittles from Kraft Services.

10. What is the best memory of being part of AMC?

The best memory is all the great people we met. I cannot get over how genuinely kind and unassuming these actors and actresses were. Working on All my Children was an amazing experience we will never forget!

10 Questions with THE MIDDLE Star Atticus Shaffer
When your parents name you after a character in To a Kill a Mockingbird, a passion for reading probably shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. What should come as a surprise though is that Atticus Shaffer’s love of the printed word is partially responsible for where he finds himself today, playing Brick Heck, the hilarious youngest child on THE MIDDLE. We recently had the pleasure of catching up with the incredibly well-spoken young actor to find out what he’s reading now, which big-time movie star he’d next like to see play his teacher, and the fringe benefits that come with being one of the break-out stars of a hit ABC series.

1. Was acting something you always wanted to do?
What it was is that my Mom and I really loved to read. We’d always read out loud, make character voices and I was an above age reader at the time. And because of that my Mom — who saw one of my Dad’s co-worker’s son in a magazine — thought maybe I could do voice over. But the multiple people we met to try and get me in the business all thought I should try being in movies. So I kind of tried it and the first audition I went on I booked and it kind of just snowballed from there.

2. One of our favorite things about THE MIDDLE is how well the family interacts with each other. Do you have a favorite person to work with on set?
You know in my opinion we all just work so well with each other that whenever we’re paired up we’re kind of able to play off each other in such a neat way. We feed off each other so well that I really can’t say there is one person in particular that I love to work with because I love working with all of them.

3. Which family member are you paired up with in tonight’s episode?
For my storyline, tonight’s episode is another Brick and Sue one. Aunt Edie gives us a collection of old items that she doesn’t care for and among them is a cell phone, so Sue and Brick go on a texting spree and rack up a giant phone bill. So the episode is really about them trying to fix that.

4. Like Harry Potter’s Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Brick can’t ever seem to keep a teacher around for more than a year. Is there any actor you’d like to see play your teacher?
I really wouldn’t know because there have been such a wide variety of them. Doris Roberts, Chord Overstreet and Betty White as the Librarian have all been great. But maybe.. maybe Tom Cruise could guest star?

5. Much like your character Brick, you love to read. What are you reading right now?
I’m a huge nerd! I admit to that and am proud of that and I love to read Star Wars books. I also love to read the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, I’m loving that series and I also love to read history books about World War II.

6. Since reading and writing go hand-in-hand, do you like to write creatively? And have you ever pitched any story ideas to THE MIDDLE writers?
I don’t pitch ideas to them but my dream is to be able to go to College and take a course in directing because I want to become a director/writer. I love to write. Right now I’m even making a little stop-motion animation with my Legos where I’ll write little scripts or shorts that are usually historically or military scenes.

7. Aside from THE MIDDLE, do you have any favorite TV shows?
Again, as I said before, I’m a nerd. I love to watch the animated STAR WARS: CLONE WARS show on TV. Along with that, and this maybe weird, but I love to watch History Channel’s PAWN STARS, AMERICAN PICKERS and STORAGE WARS. I love those shows.

8. According to your bio, you’re a huge lover of animals and are the proud owner of a small menagerie of pets which include five cats, two dogs, birds, fish and a large flock of chickens. Is there any animal that you don’t own that you’d like to?
We did have a rabbit and we loved having a rabbit, unfortunately he recently passed away. But not to replace him or anything but as another animal that follows in that sort of family it might be cool to have a Chinchillas. I definitely need to do a little more research on that but probably another animal in that sort of family.

9. As the star of one of ABC’s funniest and popular sitcoms, what kind of reaction do you get you from people on the street?
People come up to me and most of the time ask me to do the ‘Brick Whisper’ and what’s weird is that I’m not used to it yet. I’ll be out shopping with my Mom or something and people will turn to me and kind of point and whisper and I’m always thinking to myself, “Did I do something wrong? I blew my nose, is there a booger on my face?” And then it’s like, oh wait… that’s why! So I’m not used to it yet.

10. What is the coolest thing that being the star of a popular TV show has allowed you to do that you might not have otherwise been able to?
I think definitely this wouldn’t have been able to happen, over the summer I went to Florida to visit the new Lego Land that has opened there. It was still under construction, but I was able to go there, look around and be able to go into the secret warehouse where they build all the sculptures. I was able to build with a master Lego builder and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that just being a regular kid.

3 Days 'Til Christmas
Haley Pullos has been portraying Molly Lansing on General Hospital since July 2009. This year, she has appeared on the show House and in a series of Staples commercials as well as some big storylines on GH!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did you like filming the Morgan, Molly & Josslyn take off scenes?
It was really fun! Karleigh (Josslyn) seemed to really take to me. There were times while we were shooting those scenes that Karleigh wanted to go to her mom, but she let me comfort her instead. Love that!!

2. What's the best thing about playing a character like Molly?
There are two great things about getting to play Molly. The first is that I learn a lot from her. She gets great lines with some really big words and I have to know them to be able to say them convincingly. She also introduces me to books that I might never have known about that I've since read and loved. The second thing is that Molly is kinda nerdy -- she makes it okay to be smart. And I love that so many young people can identify with that.

3. What is your favorite scene to have filmed with Lexi?
There are so many, it's hard to pick just one. But, if I had to choose, I'd say the scene where Kristina takes the blame for Molly breaking their mother's vase. It was a really sweet moment and I felt like it was exactly what sisters would do for each other.

4. How do you like working with Sean Blakemore?
Sean is AMAZING!! I feel really honored that the writers let Molly be the one who introduced Shawn to the audience. We got to see what a wonderful person he is when he helped Molly understand and cope with her PTSD. Off stage, Sean is just as wonderful: always smiling, always interested in what's happened to me since the last time we chatted. He's really special.

5. What was the best part of filming your Staples commercials?
I got to be me. The girl in those commercials -- at least the ones on the internet (the girl in the TV commercial is kinda bratty) -- is the real Haley Pullos. So, it was nice getting to reveal myself to the audience.

6. How do you like working with Andrea Boggart and Kelly Sullivan?
Well, I haven't gotten to do a scene with Kelly Sullivan yet. But she was on stage while I was working. She came over and introduced herself to me -- which is so sweet because she's an adult and I'm just a kid, but that didn't matter to her, she just wanted us to be friends. She's so nice!! Andrea is such a sweetheart too. Between scenes while we were filming Sonny's and Brenda's wedding, Andrea helped me with ballet. She used to be a ballet instructor and she's REALLY good!!

7. What is it like working with Maurice?
Maurice is so cool. He may seem intimidating on screen, but he's the biggest teddy-bear in real life. Whenever I do a scene with Maurice, I get enveloped in the moment -- his eyes just draw you in and make you forget that there are cameras and crew watching you. And, I helped him with his ballet too :)

8. What has been your favorite GH wedding to film?
Sonny's and Brenda's -- I got so caught up in it. I was crying through the whole thing because, like Molly, I'm a hopeless romantic!

9. What is it like working with John J York?
HE IS SO FUNNY!! He's always telling jokes and goofing around between scenes. I'm an easy target, I think, because he always has me laughing :)

10. What have been your favorite scenes to film this year?
I got do some pretty emotional stuff with Sean and Lexi related to Molly's PTSD -- that was cool. And I LOVED when Molly was the first to learn the identity of the Balkan. But I'll never forget my last scene with Lexi.

General Hospital fans are the GREATEST!!! :D

We'd like to thank Haley and her family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Ellie and Rose Karchmer played Parker Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives. The girls were also in in shows House and How I Met Your Mother. Most recently the girls have shot a commercial for Genworth.

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What was it like to be involved in a major storyline on a
soap opera?

We didn’t know what to expect from the role. Most people told me that it would likely only last a short time before they aged the character. It was a very interesting storyline and I was anxious to get the scripts each week to seewhere the writers were going with it! It was emotional to watch the actors filming their scenes near the end. I think many moms can identify with experiencing post partum depression…although not quite to the level that Chloe did!

2. What's the biggest different between filming a project like Days and House?

When Ellie & Rose are extras on prime time show, it is usually waiting in a dressing room or trailer, a quick visit to set to get the scene and then they get to go home. On Days we actually got a chance to get to know the cast and crew because they were in so many episodes which was an amazing experience.

3. What was the experience like filming How I Met Your Mother?

The episode of How I Met Your Mother was a really fun episode with a wedding reception. There were a lot of actors and extras, and several other babies involved. Ellie and Rose are more mobile now, so they liked crawling and walking around to the different dressing rooms to meet people. Even with so many people and an elaborate setting, the set was very down-to-earth and relaxed.

4. Is there a particular actor the girls really liked to be around on set of How I Met Your Mother?

They got to work with both Jason Segel and Alyson Hannigan, which was a real treat!

5. Have the girls had the chance to see Jay or Nadia since leaving Days?

No, we haven’t been in touch with any of the actors from Days.

6. Do the girls get recognized by Days fans?

No, the girls haven’t been recognized, although most people comment when seeing identical twins!

7. Who have been some of your favorite people the girls have worked with?

I think our favorite people have been the studio teachers and baby nurses because the girls actually spend more time with them than with the actors on set.

8. Have the girls ever done Print work?

They haven’t done any print work, but they did shoot a TV commercial for Genworth that should be airing soon.

9. What has been your favorite show that the girls have done?

I think my favorite show was How I Met Your Mother because I’m a fan of the show.

10. What is your favorite Days of Our Lives memory with the girls?

I think the last day was probably my favorite. The cast and crew were sorry to see us go and most of them stopped by to say good-bye and took pictures with Ellie & Rose. There was also a scene that never aired with Nadia singing a lullaby while Rose slept in her arms. I wish we all had been able to see that!

We'd like to thank the Karchmer family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Samantha Bailey Holiday Interview
Y&R sat down with 10 year old Samantha Bailey who plays Summer, the daughter of Phyllis, on the show. We asked her a few fun questions about what she loves about the holidays, and here is what she has to say.

What gift would you love to receive this holiday?
I would love to receive a teacup, chihuahua puppy, or a pixie pig.

In one sentence, how would you describe the perfect holiday?
The perfect holiday is going to my great grandma's and hanging out with all of my family on Christmas day.

What's the best gift you ever received during the holiday?
The best gift I have received was our Kinect. It is so much fun to play!

What are your three favorite things about the holidays?
My three favorite things about the holidays are spending time with my family and friends, driving around looking at all of the Christmas lights, and singing Christmas songs.

What are your three must haves for the holiday?
My three must haves for the holiday are candy canes, the pine cones that smell like cinnamon, and light up reindeer ears.

What is your favorite childhood memory of the holiday season?
My favorite memory is waking up really early on Christmas morning, then waking up my little sister and sneaking out into the living room to see what Santa left for us, then running in to jump on my mom and dad to wake them up.

What is your favorite holiday song?
My favorite holiday song is Rocking Around the Christmas Tree.

If you could spend the holiday any place in the world, where would you go and why?
I would get all of my family together and get a cabin in Aspen, Colorado and go skiing and drink hot chocolate and just have fun in the snow. I think it would be really cool to have everyone together and actually have snow on Christmas day since we don't get snow in LA and Aspen is really really pretty.

Do you have any special holiday traditions?
Santa's elves always leave us new pajamas on Christmas Eve when we go out looking at Christmas lights. Then we leave cookies and hot chocolate with extra marshmallows for Santa and carrots and reindeer food on the front lawn for all his reindeer.

If you could give the fans a gift this holiday, what would it be?
If I could give them anything, I would give them all treats from Carlo's Bakery because I think the Cake Boss is awesome and the cakes and treats that Buddy makes are amazing!

What is your New Year's resolution?
My New Year's resolution is to keep my room clean.

What do you have planned for New Year's Eve?
Probably going to my Great Grandma's house and just hanging out with family watching the countdown shows on TV.

What is your funniest New Year's Eve moment?
My uncle brought over 200 confetti poppers and at midnight, we shot them all over my great grandma's house. We were all covered in confetti strings! It took a long time to clean up but it was really fun and totally worth it!

4 Days Til' Christmas
Monte, James and Viviana share the role of Lucy Abbott on The Young and The Restless. They have been pretty busy on the show in the middle of a custody battle and being kidnapped.

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did the triplets like working with Billy Miller and Amelia Heinle?

The triplets LOVED working with Billy and Amelia. Amelia is a natural mother as well as an incredibly sweet natured person. She was so loving and kind with the babies, they responded exceptionally well to her. Billy has such charisma and when the babies were with him they were always smiling and having fun. Also, the chemistry between Billy and Amelia is palpable and I think the babies picked up on that and were always very comfortable around them.

2. How did the kids like working with Alix/Madeline and
Max?

All the kids on the show were great and their parents, too! It was really fun seeing the kids interacting together. The older kids would always stop by to say hi and play with the babies.

3. What's it like working with Michelle Stafford?

Michelle has a wonderful spirit and a great way with kids. She’s super playful and fun and all the babies love her! Being a mom, she always puts the welfare of the babies first and worries if she is feeling sick and has a scene with the baby.

4. What's it like to be part of a major storyline on a soap?
It was so exiting! I looked forward to reading the scripts each week because there were so many twists and turns with the plot! Abandonment, black market adoption, kidnapping, foster care, Lucy went through it all! It was also fun to have a story line that involved so many of the lead actors on the show!

5. Do they share equal time on set or does one of the kids film more?

In the beginning, Viviana did the bulk of the work, and then she started to get scared going on set and James started working the most. The cast nicknamed him “Big Game James” because he was so easy to work with and never cried. But recently James has had some stranger anxiety, so we’ve been using Monte the most!

6. How do the triplets like working with Jessica Collins?

Jessica is so sweet – she always stops by the baby room to say hi to the triplets before filming.

7. What is it like working with Michael Graziadei?

Michael is always smiling and having fun on set. Our first episode was the birthing scene when he delivers Lucy in the car – they babies were so tiny and I was a little worried about letting someone I didn’t know handle them. Michael has such a positive, easygoing energy – he put me and the babies totally at ease!

8. How did the triplets get into the business?

I belong to a multiples group and shortly after I gave birth to the triplets there was a posting that an agent was looking for newborn twins or triplets for a recurring role on a soap. Since I wasn’t working I thought it was worth it to go on the audition – it was our first one and we got it! They told us it would be for six episodes and we’ve now filmed over 50!

9. Have the kids done any projects outside of the soap?

We have been so busy with the filming of Y&R we haven’t taken on anything else. We feel so lucky to have gotten this role because the cast and crew of Y&R are so fantastic to work with – it doesn’t get any better than this!

10. What is your favorite YR memory so far?

The first episode we filmed was the birth scene. Viviana was covered in warmed mixture of cream cheese, cherry jelly and cherry yogurt. Even after a bath, she still smelled like a bagel! I also loved the Christening episode. The babies looked so precious and loved all the attention. Little Monte kept sucking his thumb – he only did that for a few weeks but it was so cute and I’m so happy it was captured on film! Also, the filming of the episode when Lucy was taken away from Billy and Amelia was so dramatic it made me cry. Billy was so into the role he actually broke his hand when he slammed it on the desk during the scene!

We'd like to thank the Monte, James, Viviana and their family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Quin and Reed Baron played the role of Reed Hellstrom on The Young and the Restless! The boys had a recurring role on Heroes and you can catch them in the upcoming season of Californication!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did the boys like working with Amelia (Victoria)?

The boys loved working with Amelia...she is a lovely person...and always hung out in our dressing room before scenes. She would hold Quin and Reed, play with them...she made them feel very comfortable working with her.

2. How did they like working with That (J.T.)?

Again, working with Thad was great...he was very playful with the boys...very respectful of the whole process.

3. Did the boys get to spend time with any of the other Y&R children backstage?

We were always in our own dressing room...so the amount of time that the boys spent with other kids on the Y&R set was limited to shooting.

4. How did you feel learning the boys booked Y&R?

We were very excited about it...Quin and Reed were only 1 month old...and were preemies...so, they were very small but healthy. We had to get their doctor to sign off on letting them 'work'. Just FYI...the show was very good about making sure that anyone who held or even were going to touch the boys in a scene, used hand sanitizer. This was initially a concern for us because the boys were preemies.

5. What was it like to be part of Heroes?

Heroes was a very exciting set to work on. It was so much fun to see my little guys who couldn't even talk yet take direction so easily. I was amazed. Of course them having a power...was just so much fun as well.

6. What has been some of the funniest things to happen behind the scenes?

Not really funny per say...but, Reed took his first walk across the room on the set of Heroes. It between takes we were waiting in a side room and he started to walk across the floor to get to a toy he liked on the other side.

7. Have you and the boys kept in touch with any of the YR cast?

We were not able to keep in touch with the Y& R cast...although, I'm sure that if we ran into them again...we would all be very happy to see one another.

8. What has been your favorite scenes the boys filmed for Y&R?

I think I may have like the Halloween episode that we shot...but, it may have been because of the adorable pirate costumes that the boys had on.

9. What has the set of Californication been like?

Califonication has been a very fun set. They had never worked with children before, so this was really a big deal for them. The episodes that were written with the boys new character "Little Stuart' have all been very ambitious for a child of 3 to do...and I am very happy to say that Quin and Reed have been wonderful. The new season is airing in January and Quin and Reed will be in the first 2 and the last 2 episodes of the season.

10. Do you have a favorite Y&R memory with the boys?

I think just going to set and having everyone be so warm with the children...and with us, (the parents). A show like Y & R has worked with so many children in the past...they are very good at getting them in and out.

What is important advise you would give to other parents?

Make sure your child is having fun! Also, trust your instincts...as a parent, if you feel that something on set is not safe for your child to do...speak up. It is the set teachers job to make sure rules are being followed on set...but, remember, you are the parent...you are inevitably responsible for your child. Working on set can be very fun...and a great way to save money for college!

We'd like to thank the Baron family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Bailey and Rowan portrayed Parker on Days of our Lives for a few episodes last year. The girls have also appeared on shows such as Private Practice, CSI: Miami and United States of Tara.

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What was the experience like working on Days?
It was really fun and exciting!

2. What was it like working with Nadia Bjorlin?
She seemed very nice and was great with the babies.

3. What's the biggest different between filming a project like Days and United States of Tara?
Its hard to compare because we worked so much more regularly on Tara. On Tara we had our own dressing room, our own nurses and teachers, craft services, etc.

4. What was filming Private Practice like?
We had a great time on Private Practice. It was only one day for us but our girls had great screen time in the end and had a great day on set.

5. What was the first day on set for Days like?
It was very exciting because it was the first day for the girls working at all. We were put in John Aniston's dressing room which was fun and both girls got to work.

6. What has been your favorite show that the girls have done?
We really had fun doing all of the shows but I guess our favorite would have to be United States of Tara because we worked so regularly there and got to know everyone. 90210 was also great.

7. Are there any funny behind the scenes stories from any of the shows they've done?
I think dressing the girls in baby leather pants for their role on 90210 might have been one of the funnier experiences.

8. What was the girls' first role?
Their first day of work was on Days but the first show that aired was House.

9. How did the girls get into the business?
Both their father and I are in the entertainment business. I saw a listing for an audition when the girls were a few weeks old which was for Days. Through that they got an agent.

10. What is your favorite Days memory with the girls?
I think changing a poopy diaper in John Aniston's dressing room bathroom and having my jewish daughters baptized on national television tie for my favorite memories.

11. Anything else you'd like to add?
Nothing to add except what a great experience this whole thing has been. We've made some great friends and had alot of great times!

We'd like to thank Bailey and Rowan's family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Top 10 List
Emily recently sat down with Monsters and Critics to share her 2011 'Ten List', check it out:

1. Tom's Shoes

I LOVE Tom's because they're cute and so comfortable - but I especially like them because they give back to children in need. I want them in every style and color!!!

2. REVENGE on ABC!

OK, maybe I'm a little partial, but I really am addicted to the show! It just keeps getting better and juicier! - is it OK for me to say that? I am so lucky to be on the show!

3. Chick Fil A opening in Hollywood

Finally! My sister works at CBS, so we always beg to go with her so we can stop on Highland for a Grilled Chicken and Waffle Fries and Diet Lemonade...It's the BEST!

4. My Baby Sister, Aly, getting her first big job!

I know Young and the Restless has been on for so long - but with so many soap operas going off the air in 2011 (All My Children - boo)...Y&R is still going strong! And my sis, Aly gets to be a part of it. So exciting!

5. J.R. Martinez winning Dancing With the Stars

My sisters and Mom and I watched the whole season and rooted for JR - I was so lucky to know him during All My Children - he is so nice and talented - I had no idea he was such a great dancer!

6. J. Edgar

Sorry a little partial again! But I think Leonardo should win an Oscar for this! He was so great to work with - so funny and sweet (and cute)...He's such a good actor and I think everyone will always remember him in this movie.

7. Knee Socks!!!!

I am so happy that knee socks are in! Knee socks with boots, sneakers, Tom's, dresses, shorts...colored knee socks, black knee socks....LOVE knee socks!!!

8. Saying good bye to Bin Laden

I was learning about 9/11 in school, and then heard that he was killed. I know it's probably not a good thing to be happy about someone dying...but after what he did, I couldn't help it. The world is a better place now.

9. Flowers by Zoe getting even cuter in 2011!

They were always my favorite designer - but their clothes keep getting better and better - they have the BEST fur vests!

10. ADELE...my favorite singer

Someone Like You - The BEST song of the year! I hope I can meet her to tell her in person how great she is!

2011 WAS AN AWESOME YEAR - BUT 2012 IS GOING TO BE EVEN BETTER!!!!!!!!!

6 Days Til' Christmas
Andrew Trischitta began playing Jack Manning earlier this year on One Life to Live. He was immediately invovled in a huge bullying storyline alongside Austin Williams. Andrew has attended many OLTL related events and loves meeting the fans!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did you get started in the industry?

I started modeling when I was in fourth grade.

2. What's it like to be part of a major storyline on a soap?

Working on OLTL as Jack Manning was an incredible experience. Bullying andcyberbullying is, unfortunately, affecting too many kids’ lives. I think the storyline brought awareness to the situation. Maybe parents will be more vigilant, and maybe kids will think twice before making bad choices.

3. How did you like working with Trevor?

Trevor is incredibly talented. I learned so much just from watching him, from the dry rehearsal to the camera blocking, tothe actual filming. Trevor was always consistent with his work. His character perspective and the way he delivered his lines is amazing. He is talented beyond words.

4. What is it like working with Kassie, Roger and Florencia?

Kassie literally became my second mother on set, good enough to replace my real mother. She is so genuine and kind. I’m going to miss working with her.

Roger, unlike Kassie, did not take on the role of a secondary off-set father. I’m not saying he’s a bad person! We had plenty of long talks about many of things, especially soccer.

Florencia is a fantastic woman overall. I don’t know how she manages to do everything she does. Writing plays and going in to film every day for One Life at the same time just sounds exhausting. A great step-mom and person on/off set.

5. How do you like working with Kristen, Kelley and Patrick?

I have two real-life brothers, not much experience with sisters. But from my point of view, Kelley, Kristen and I formed the perfect brother-sister relationship. Kristen has such a good work ethic, and respect for the show, but we’d still find time to goof around. I especially liked it when she brought Pookah to the set… Kelley is just Kelley, enough said.

I could take Patrick in as my own brother. He’s the cutest little kid, and he’s very smart. We had an awesome nerf gun war once at the studio with JQ(Kassie’s real son), and it was hysterical. It was when we were in suits, probably for Victor’s funeral or something, and we’re running around the dressing rooms pretending to be James Bond. Patrick had the best time when we “ambushed” Kassie.

6. How do you like working with Austin?

Austin has been in the business a long time, and I learned a lot from him, especially how you have to separate your character from your true self. I’m nothing like Jack Manning, and I know Austin knows that, but it was weird in the beginning, because I had to be so mean right away. Fortunately, we became friends.

7. What was the experience like filming your Ring Pop commercial?

Filming the Ring Pop commercial was crazy and awesome. It took two complete days, and I don’t think I sat down once! The scenes were much longer, from being in a rock band, to the DJ, being a star soccer player, and walking the red carpet. Sound familiar? I got to walk the red carpet at the ‘Vickerman’ premiere. And I do recall wearing a LLanview Varsity soccer jacket!

8. What is your favorite OLTL Fan Club Weekend memory?

It’s been such a wild eleven months. I’ve been fortunately to attend so many fan events. I think my favorite events are the ones for charity. I loved helping raise money for AIDS/HIV, the Red Cross, or the American Cancer Society. I really enjoy meeting fans, and usually one of the last things people say to me is something like, “I’m so glad I met you, you really are nothing like Jack” which makes me laugh. Soap fans are the greatest. They have been so supportive.

9. Is there someone you haven't gotten to work yet and would like to?

I would have enjoyed working more with Eddie, but he was in a coma for a few months, which didn’t really help! I actually think Matthew and Jack could have had some interesting twistedadventures. Like his sister, he is a greatguy, too.

10. What have been your favorite scenes to film so far for OLTL?

Everyone on the cast and crew made every day I was at the studio special. I took up tips here and there from basically everyone, from camera guys to directors! It was a fabulous learning experience. Each director had their own vision and methods, and I will always rememberwhat I learned from them.

At first, I was thrilled that OLTL would be continuing, and that so many talented, experienced OLTL actors would be joining the new venture online. It was disappointing to read the statement by Prospect Park on the news. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been given this opportunity. Even though we had the Wrap Party, it just didn’t seem like the show was over. At the time, we all thought OLTL 2.0 was continuing. Now that it’s not, it doesn’t seem as if we had appropriate closure.

We'd like to thank Andrew for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Mitchell was also backup as Wayne Henrickson on Big Love. STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did the March Forth come together?

S: Well, it started off where it was just me and my brothers taking music lessons.

G: Yeah I was learning bass.

M: I was taking drum lessons.

S: And I was taking guitar. Then we decided to become a band at our music school. The teachers put us together with Carson and it was cool because we all have the same birthday – March 4th. We didn’t even know until we were trying to name our band!

2. Do the boys ever get recognized for Days or Big Love?

S: Sometimes we do.

G: Yea, one time in front of Albertsons. That was funny.

M: It’s cool when fans come up to us. We love meeting new people that liked us on Days or Big love or even our music.

3. Do they watch their old Days episodes?

S: We don’t have them on DVD!

G: We’ve seen a lot of YouTube thought.

S: I still remember the backstage playroom and everything.

M: We had a lot of toys in there! Legos and the rescue heros were our favorite.

S: Peter and his wife got us a bucket full of legos one time. For Christmas!

4. When they were on Days, who was their favorite person to shoot scenes with?

G: Peter and Christian were so nice. But everyone made it really fun.

5. Who appeared as Zack more often or did they share the role equally?

S: Me and Garrett shared a lot.

M: I was like the stunt man! That’s what Peter called me.

G: Playing Zack was so fun though. Our mom had to mouse our hair brown everyday. It's kinda like dye but it washes out.

S: We liked the food on set. Bagels mmmmm!

6. Is there any way to tell the boys apart in past episodes?

M: We all looked really similar when we were younger.

S: It was hard to tell the difference back then. Its easier now that we are older.

G: Yeah we look a little different now and we have different personalities.

S: I have a freckle on my left cheek. They call me Spencer Spot so I guess that’s one way to tell us apart.

7. How was shooting Big Love different from Days?

S: Big love had full set houses instead of the 3 walls like Days. And Big Love would shoot with film, not videotape. We were on location a lot for Big Love. With Days, almost everything was on set.

G: On days, we were there for like 4 or 6 hours because there were more cameras filming at the same time. So we would film one episode a day on Days.

M: Big love was like one episode every two weeks. They had lots of "turn-arounds" to re-light and shoot from different angles. One scene could take all day!

8. How did the boys enjoy the Day of Days event?

M: The Days event was fun. People remember us with Brown hair.

G: They kept saying how much they loved Zack and that they were so sad when Zack died.

M: The fans were awesome! We signed a lot of autographs and took pictures with people too!

9. Do the boys keep in touch with their Big Love siblings?

G: Actually yeah. We saw Hayden and Christian (Erin) at Boy Scout camp. Our moms talk to each other on Facebook too.

10. What is the boys favorite Days memory? Big Love?

S: Coming back as a ghost was so cool. We got to help Theo Carver (Terrell Ransom Jr.) find his way back to his parents. Zack’s ghost was nice.

G: Filming the Christmas scene. We got to dress up like a little Santa.

Our band March Forth has a free song download up on soundcloud.com. (http://soundcloud.com/marchforthband/1-audio-track) And we have a video with behind the scenes of recording and even some Days footage. (http://www.youtube.com/marchforthband) We really would like to mix both music and acting in the future. Please add us to your newsfeed on facebook at www.facebook.com/marchforthband ! :)

1. How do you like working with Christina and Sarah?

I loved working with both of them. Christina was so sweet and Sarah was so funny!

2. What is your favorite part of working with Alicia?

She loves kids. She is the sweetest person! She is so talented in both comedy and drama. I learned alot from her.

3. How do you like working with each of the AMC kids?

We had so much fun together.Ellah is so cute-she felt like a real little sister to me. Jake is just so funny and cute. Tate, Danielle and I always had a great time. Tate and I had a lot of fun in hair and make-up. We would take turns announcing things over the speaker throughout the studio. They are really good friends. When we all worked together we would go out to lunch to Subway or McDonalds (not al lot of choices near by). They even came to my birthday party!

4. What is your favorite set to film on?

My favorite set was AMC because everyone (cast and crew) were like family. Although, I have had a great time on everything I've worked on.

5. What was your favorite part of AMC Fan Weekend?

I loved meeting all the fans and spending time with other cast members that I didn't get to see that often on set.

6. How do you like working with Peter Facinelli?

I don't get to work with Peter too often, but when we were at the studio at the same time-he is crazy!

7. What has been your favorite scene to film for Nurse Jackie?

My favorite scene happened in Season 2. It was when I had a cast on my arm and in the scene I was running and my cast hit my face and split my lip. It was a fake cast and stitches, but it was a great scene to film. I even worked with a stunt guy!

8. What was the best part of filming Workaholics?

Meeting the three wacky guys from the show. I also had a fun time with the girls who were in the scenes with me.

I loved the Bokini shoot. I shot it on my 9th birthday. They were so nice-they gave me some of the dance clothes as a present.

10. What has been your favorite moment at AMC?

It is hard to pick one because there were so many great times. I think one of my favorites was my first day on set when I got to meet everyone for the first time. It was really really fun because when I first started they dyed my a little darker-I loved the color.

Now that it looks like AMC may not be going online-is there anything else coming your way?

I just wrapped Season 4 of Nurse Jackie and I am heading back to LA to film the Lifetime movie "Of Two Minds". After the holidays it will be back to auditioning and then in the spring I will find out if there will be a 5th season of Nurse Jackie.

We'd like to thank Mackenzie and her family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

3. How did the girls like working with Max Page (Reed) and the

I was very excited when the girls were cast.

Yes the girls did see themselves on TV the first few episodes as it was so novel. But after that it sort of wore off as they could watch the other one filming when they worked.

7. Did the girls film equally or did one film more often?

The did work pretty evenly......they switched every other episode unless it was a long one and then they'd both work on the same one.

8. Did the girls meet any of the other kids from set they didn't share a scene with?

There were hardly ever any other kids around so not really.

9. Have the girls done any projects outside of YR?

The girls did 2 episodes of ER and played Terri Hatcher's newborn on the season finale of Desperate Housewives in 2008, and have done one AFLAC commercial.

Our most memorable day was last years Christmas episodes as the kids were mesmerized by the trees and lights and their frosty costume.

Anything else you'd like to add?

While my twins feel sad about not playing Delia any longer, they have just expressed interest in working again so that is exciting.

Ava and Kyra filmed an episode of All My Children playing babies in the nursery during a Madison/David scene last spring. The girls have done print campaigns for companies such as The Children's Place and you've probably spotted them in their commercial for Infiniti!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did the girls get into the business?

We had just had our Twin girls and one of our friends from church came to me and said her sons agent was looking for twins . So we said what the heck lets try it.

2. How did you feel learning the girls were going to be on AMC?

We were totally excited. A lot of our friends love that soap opera.

3. What was the day on set like for AMC?

The day on set was pretty crazy. Everyone was going in every direction when the babies were up for their little scene.

4. Did the girls get to meet Vincent or Stephanie (David and Madison)?

After the girls scene, in the dressing room Madison came over and talked to the girls and played with them. It was a great moment. She is a very sweet person. Didn't get a chance to meet David.

5. Did the girls get to meet any other members of the AMC cast?

Unfortunately no .

6. Were both Ava and Kyra used for the scene or which one of the girls did we see?

Yes both girls were used. It was a nursery scene where they were both in bassinets.

7. What was the best part of filming the Infiniti commercial?

Just meeting all the behind the scene crews. They are so great knowing there is a baby on set. Very considerate especially since it was a sleeping scene and the girls were 4 months at the time. Very hard scene to do but they did it.

8. What was the shoot like for The Children's Place?

It was their first print job and Kyra made the cut. Very fun.

9. What has been one of the funniest things to happen on set/behind the scenes for one of the girls projects?

On the set of "Up All Night" we were on set with one of the girls and Christina Applegate was sitting right next to us and we had no idea. We were talking with her then totally realized who she was after a few min. Its like it just clicked in our heads. Very funny moment.

10. Do you have a favorite memory within the industry so far with the girls?

Just watching our girls on TV for the first time was a very fun feeling and having all our family and friends so excited for the girls.

We'd like to thank Ava and Kyra's family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Liam and Quinn play the role of Nora Braverman on Parenthood. The boys have appeared in several episodes and love working with the cast of the show. Recently, you have probably spotted them in a commercial for Microsoft!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What was the first day on set like?

Well the first day the babies were born on the show so that was a lot of fun! We shot on location where NBC films other hospital shows like ER and it was was pretty bare bones working, like camping! They covered Liam with goo and he just smiled and cooed the whole time...it was so cute. He took two baths when we got home!

2. How do the boys like working with Peter and Monica?

The boys love their set parents, Peter has a great sense of humor and it is fun watching him work with the babies. TV mommy Monica really has a wonderful way with them. She is a lovely person and I think the boys really pick up on that.

3. What is it like working with Sarah and Max?

In a lot of ways there is a dynamic between the Braverman kids that is very much like the real thing, they are very sweet with the boys. Max especially loves babies.

4. Are one of the boys used more or do we see them equally?

They switch places during filming, Liam is usually awake and ready to go more often the Quinn so he is probably seen more often.

5. What is it like working with Craig T. Nelson?

He is really fun to watch, he is a very talented actor and it is always interesting to see what improvisations he comes up with. He adds a lot to any scene that he is in.

6. What was it like filming in the car for the Mini Golf trip scenes?
That was a funny day, it is generally very calm around our house, Quinn was working that day and he was really surprised by the exchange in the car. He kept looking at the camera like...can somebody get me outta here...cut...cut please!!

7. Is there any way to tell the boys apart?

Liam is chubbier and Quinn has lighter eyes.

8. How did the boys get into the business?

Just by chance, we contacted a friend's agent and she had a job for the boys when they were about 9 weeks. They hadn't seem much of life before they were in their first movie!

9. Have the boys done any projects outside of Parenthood?

Yes, a movie for Lifetime and a Microsoft commercial which should be airing anytime. Quinn cries in that one, they didn't hurt him, he is a very vocal baby and it turns out rubbing a babies feet is annoying to them. He let them know.

10. What has been your favorite Parenthood memory so far?

Behind the scenes, working with all the cast and crew in-general, it is a really nice group of people. Finished product, watching the "Nora" episode and finding out why in the world Peter Krause was dressed like that when Nora was born!

How do the boys handle all the attention?

The boys are already very social babies, they enjoy all of the genuine care people have shown. We really appreciate how excited and supportive people have been about the boys work already.

We'd like to thank Liam & Quinn's family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

It was fun because they really interacted with me. But, they acted as if they weren't acting and it was real. Plus, Lindsay is really pretty.

2. How do you like working with Dannika?

We had a lot of fun playing between scenes and it was fun pretending I was really her younger sister.

3. Is there anyone on set you wish you got the chance to work with more?

I wish I could have worked with Mackenzie and Danielle more

4. What has been your favorite commercial to film?

My favorite was Dunkin Donuts because I got to fly in the scene. My next favorite was The Scooter Store having a tea party with my "pretend" Grandpa.

5. What is your favorite memory from the AMC Fan Club Weekend?

The Ice Cream "Scoop" party

6. What was your first day on set like?

Really funny because some people actually thought I was Devon Woods.

7. Are there any funny moments to happen on set/backstage you can share?

Doing funny face photos backstage

8. What was it like doing the voice over for your Purina commercial?

Fun because I really put it out there like I had a soccer playing dog

9. How did you like getting to film at Descanso Gardens?

They were beautiful and it had a fun maze.

10. What is your favorite AMC memory?

Filming outside on location at Descanso Gardens and Tad & Cara's wedding.

What would be the best job ever?

I would love to do a job as a soccer player!

Zach and Chris Randazzo played the role of Joey Jr on Big Love! The boys have also had a recurring role on Cougar Town, appeared in such shows as 90210 and in numerous print campaigns. This year they were spotted working alongside Jason Biggs in Mad Love!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What was the best part of filming Mad Love?

The entire cast and crew were so welcoming and sweet with the boys.

2. How was it getting to work with Jason Biggs?

Jason had a great sense of humor and was really fun to work with. He filmed primarily with Christopher and made jokes the entire time.

3. What was it like working with Judy Greer?

Judy was also very sweet with the boys.

4. How did the boys like working with Ian Gomez for Cougar Town?

Ian Gomez was fantastic with them! He really treated them like a daddy. He is a very warm and caring person and genuinely enjoyed working with Chris and Zach - and they loved working with him.

5. Did the boys have a favorite cast member to work with for Cougar Town?

Definitely Ian. He was so sweet with the boys. Courtney was also very kind to them.

6. What is your favorite print job that the boys have done?

My favorite is the Crazy 8 campaign. Seeing Chris and Zach dressed as a boy/girl combination was just too cute. The entire crew at Gymboree/Crazy 8 were fabulous with them.

7. Do you and the boys keep in touch with anyone from Big Love or Cougar Town?

No, but the boys and I are good friends with the O’Connor family (Ailish and Julia).

8. What was your favorite scene the boys filmed for Cougar Town?

My favorite scene was when Ian (their dad) wrapped a cord around Christopher and dragged him across the kitchen when he was charged with “babysitting.” What you didn’t see was the preparation that went into creating a safe and comfortable scene. Wardrobe styled the boys with custom-made hoodies with a hidden child-safe harness and layers and layers of padding.

9. What is your favorite Big Love memory with the boys?

My favorite memory was how wonderful everyone treated Chris and Zach. The entire cast and crew welcomed them and treated them as part of their Big Love family. Chloe, Bill, Melora and Shawn were so kind and down to earth. Lois gave us her much larger, location trailer to ensure the boys were comfortable. It was a pleasure getting to know all of them.

Chris and Zach continue to audition on a regular basis. We are so proud of them and excited to see what the next few years holds for them!

We'd like to thank the Randazzo family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Britton Reeder played the role of Ian Slater starting in 2010. Britton has appeared in both theatrical productions and print campaigns, he also attended his very first AMC fan weekend this year!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How does Britton like working with Alicia and Thorsten?

um, I played with toys. Yeah, I liked them.

2. How does Britton like working with Jake?

I like Jake. He's fun. (They are great friends. They loved playing during down time)

3. What was it like working with Eddie?

He was very nice.

4. How does Britton like working with Mackenzie and Ellah?

I like them. We had a picnic. We were very busy playing.

5. What was your favorite moment with Britton at AMC Fan Weekend?

I really loved when he was signing autographs for people and acted so grown up introducing himself and talking to the fans.

6. Do you have a favorite scene that Britton has filmed?

My favorites are the ones when he inserted his own lines or copied others. One of the best was with Reverend Ricky while they were at the hotel. I also like the ones when he has to greet Kendall. He got so excited.

7. Is there anyone in particular at AMC you wish there was a chance to work with more?

If you mean in the future, we really love Alicia and Christina. He worked with them the most, so we got to know them the best. They're just great people and he loves them. If you mean that we didn't work with much but really would like to, it would be Rebecca Budig. She's great, but we weren't with her much.

8. How did Britton get into the business?

We decided to get him an agent when he was about 9 months old just to see what would happen. We thought it would be a good way for him to build up his college savings account while we lived in LA.

9. Has Britton done any projects outside of AMC?

A couple. He was in the movie "Growth" that came out last year. He was called in to do reshoots because the first baby was on the East Coast. And, he was "Baby Stan" on the Pilot of Cougar Town. He also has done print work for Rocker Roos and Sprout Shell.

10. What is your favorite AMC memory with Britton?

I don't know that I have a favorite. Here's a couple: Whenever we'd return to set after a while and he would see Alicia he would get so excited to see "Mommy Kendall" and run and give her hugs. I loved that he was so comfortable with her, and that she was so good with him. And, I really liked the times he had with the other kids. They became a group of little friends and looked out for each other--well, the older ones mostly looked out for him--and it was really sweet to see.

Natalie Alyn Lind (Older sister of Emily Alyn Lind) has appeared in numerous Television shows and movies. She's appeared in iCarly, Wizard's of Waverly Place, November Christmas and more! Currently, Natalie can be seen in a commercial for Lexus!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did you enjoy filming iCarly?

Working on iCarly was amazing! The cast was the nicest ever. Miranda and Jeanette just hung out with us - They have so much work to do on every show - You don't realize it until you're there during rehearsals. They're really good actors.

2. Where has been your favorite place to travel to to film?

I loved working in Nova Scotia - We have relatives there who we had never met so my Grandparents came out to visit and we did a lot of sightseeing. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. They sell lobster on the streets! One of the best parts of acting is finding out where you'll be shooting your next job. I LOVE to travel! I would go anywhere!

3. What was the best part of filming Wizard's of Waverly Place?

Once again, the cast was great. Selena Gomez is so sweet and even prettier in person. The script was a lot of fun - My character turned into an old man....and then a piece of fruit.

4. How did you like working with Jennifer Stone?

Jennifer is one of the funniest actresses I've ever seen. It was cool to hang out with her and watch her rehearse. She comes up with crazy ideas, and her wardrobe was out of this world, amazing.

5. If you can remake any kids movie and be the lead actor what movie would it be?

I would love to be the little girl in Paranormal Activity 3....I'm an enormous scary movie fan - It's definitely my genre. Not only are they thrilling, they are usually jampacked with stunts - I hope to do as many of my own stunts as possible in my career...

6. Do you have a favorite event/premiere that you've attended?

I just rode in the Hollywood Christmas parade with my Mom and sisters. We're all working right now, so we all sat in a baby blue vintage convertible and rode around Hollywood waving and screaming "Merry Christmas"...It was great doing such a big event as a family and all as actors. We're pretty lucky.

7. Have you ever gotten the chance to work with your mom?

Well, I worked on "One Tree Hill" but we didn't have scenes together. But of course she was right off stage cheering me on! I would love for my Mom to play my Mom - That would be so awesome! If we work together, we get to see each other! With my Mom back on her show, and with both of my sisters working too, we have to share her!

8. What was the day was like on set for your first project?

My first show was "One Tree Hill" and I absolutely knew that this was what I wanted to do. My mom said that it's something that you just know...well, I knew! From my trailer, to hair and makeup, to meeting the director, to the on set teacher...to actually shooting..ALL of it - I loved every minute.

9. Have you had the opportunity to do any commercials or print work?

I've kept very busy doing commercials and print. I just like to work.. Right now I have a Lexus Christmas commercial running. They created snow which was kind of fun - living in LA, I don't get to see snow very often!

10. What has been your favorite project to work on?

I am shooting a Lifetime movie right now called "Playdate"....It's a scary movie (of course I'm thrilled!)...I play a little girl named, Olive who makes friends with a little boy whose family is a little...um...strange. And I had a few stunts! Yea! I'm having so much fun working on it. I don't want it to end!

We'd like to thank Natalie and her family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How did you like working with Kamar?

I LOVED working with Kamar. He was always very sweet to me.

2. What was it like working with Bree?

Working with Bree was always great. She helped me a lot on set.

3. Is there anyone you wish you got the chance to work with more at OLTL?

I think it would have been fun to work with "Destiny" (Shenell Edmonds). Shenell is very sweet and I like her a lot.

4. How did you enjoy attending your first OLTL Luncheon?

OMG....I had so much fun ! It's great meeting fans of the show and seeing how much they enjoy the show. It's fun signing autographs too.

5. What was your favorite part of this year's Stars and Strikes event?

Well the bowling was fun and of course meeting fans but it was nice to see actors that I hadn't seen in a long time especially Bree and BethAnn. It is nice to be included in such a great charity event.

6. What was the shoot like for your Chevron commercial?

It was a very quick project to shoot. It will only be shown in Africa so I wont get to see it.

7. Do you have a favorite memory from shooting your Dell print job?

We shot the scenes in a very cool school in Manhattan. It was fun looking in the different classrooms.

8. If you can remake any kids movie and be the lead actor what movie would it be?

High School Musical .....I'd like to be Gabriella or Sharpay (being a meanie looks like fun )

9. Other than OLTL, what has been your favorite project to work on?

I had the most fun working on The Naked Brothers Band Movie. Everyone was really cool and a lot of fun to hang out with. I LOVED hanging with Allie ("Rosalina") and Grace("Little Grace") even though I was younger than them they let me hang out with them. The boys were all very sweet to me especially Nat & Alex.

10. What is your favorite OLTL memory?

I loved shooting Rex and Adriana's wedding. It was a really, really LONG day but Ms. Robin Strasser ("Dorian") bought the cast and crew the best cup cakes and brownies I had ever tasted. My Mom was worried I was going to ruin my dress !!

I had a lot of fun working on OLTL and hopefully I can use the things I learned there in the future as I hope I can continue to work as an actor.

We'd like to thank Saoirse and her family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

14 Days Til' Christmas
Terrell Ransom Jr. has portrayed Theo Carver on Days of our Lives for almost 4 years now. This year he has done quite a bit of print work and commercials as well as a second episode of The Middle and a voiceover for General Hospital.

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What's it like to film scenes with Lauren?
Lauren is my good friend, so it’s always fun to film scenes with her. We get to talk and laugh in between scenes. I think we really work good as a team, like the time Theo and Ciara ran away together.

2. How did you like working with Tamara Braun (Taylor)?
I only got to work with Ms. Braun a few times, but she was really nice to me.

3. What was the best part of filming the Halloween episode?
The best part was getting to wear the Indian costume. I loved it. Plus I got to work with all of the other Days kids at one time. We got to run around the pub and play on camera. That doesn’t happen a lot, so it was really fun.

4. What was filming for the spoof episode of Days like?
It was different from playing Theo who usually doesn’t talk that much. I got to be a little businessman, and wear a suit and shades. And I was able to put my feet up on the table. Filming that episode was super cool.

5. Do you have a favorite memory for this year's Day of Days event?
Day of Days is awesome! For the past three years I’ve got to sing Happy Birthday to Days of Our Lives in front of all the fans, because it’s always close to the Anniversary. That is my favorite memory of all. And I love hanging with the cast all day, and meeting the fans, walking the red carpet, signing autographs, taking pictures, doing the Q&A and interviews. I would never want to miss a Day of Days event.

6. What was it like working on Detroit 1-8-7?
Awesome! I got to go back home and spend time with my family and friends when I wasn’t working. That was special! It was kind of like a vacation and work. And it was different than a lot of the other stuff I’ve done, because one of the scenes was at a real restaurant and we were outside at night. People were on the streets watching. A couple ladies asked if I was Theo from Days, and when my mom told them yes, they wanted a picture. That was really cool!

7. How was it going to a different soap set when you did your voiceover for General Hospital?
It was cool working in the sound booth. I got to walk through their sets, it was kind of like Days set, just different houses and stuff.

8. How did you get into the business?
Terrell: I was 3, I told my mom I wanted to be in movies, on TV and in magazines. She didn’t believe me at first because I was only 3, but a few months later when I turned 4, we moved to California.

Mom: The writer’s strike was in full effect when we moved, so it was a waiting game for a while. I sent out pictures to the agents that were accepting submissions at the time because a lot of them weren’t. We met with a few and decided on the one we really liked. A few months later, he got his very first audition which was Days of Our Lives. He booked the role, which turned out to be an opportunity of a lifetime, because the writers decided to introduce a powerful autism storyline. Terrell has been apart of the cast for the past 3-1/2 years, which is such a blessing. We are thankful! He’s been fortunate to book other things and stay busy over the past few years as well.

9. Other than Days, what has been your absolute favorite job to work on?
Hmmm…I’ve love every job. I love doing TV, movies, commercials, and print stuff. But I do have two favorites, which is Detroit 1-8-7 because I got to go home to Detroit for 10 days to shoot. It was awesome that I got to do what I really love in the place where I was born.

My second favorite was filming a project under Bad Robot Productions. It was awesome, because the crew was so nice. And the girl that played my sister was awesome. We are really good friends now and text all the time. Plus I got to meet Mr. J.J. Abrams who told us he saw our work and we were doing a really great job.

10. What is your favorite Days memory so far?
Every time I go to Days it is a memory because I love hanging out with the cast. Everyone is so nice. They’re like my second family. It’s so fun sometimes I hate to leave the set. And my TV parents Abe and Lexie, my Grandpa Stefano, Uncle EJ are the greatest! I could not have asked for a better TV family.

I just recently booked a lead role in a movie that I can’t talk about right now, but I’ll be filming on location for three weeks soon. I’m super excited about it!

Be sure to look out for my McDonald’s Alvin and the Chipmunks commercial. It should be airing soon!

We'd like to thank Terrell and his family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What's it like to film a soap like The Bold and the Beautiful?

Filming B&B was super fun, everyone was so nice and helpful! I have some great memories from that show that I will have forever!

2. How did you get into the business?

I got into the buisness when I was about 4, my parents took me to John Robert Powers where they teach acting and modeling. I went to a big convention where there were tons of agents and I found an agent there.

3. What was it like working with Susan Flannery?

Working with Susan Flannery was fun, she was super nice and was always really helpful on set, she is just like the character she plays.

4. How did you like working with Rachel and Amanda Pace?

Working with Rachel and Amanda was really fun, they had worked on the show long before I did so when I had my first scenes with them they helped me relax and have fun. At first it was really hard to tell them apart, but after awhile I could tell them apart.

5. What was your first day on set like?

My first day on set was easy, all I had to do was act like I was sleeping on the couch so I didn't have to learn any lines.

6. Are there any funny backstage moments you can share?

My funniset backstage moment was on my first day when I met KKL and Ronn Moss for the first time. They asked me what my name was and I told them "Ridge", they both looked at me funny and said "no, your real name", and I told them Ridge was my real name, they thought that I was telling them the name of the character I was playing, they didn't realize that my real name was Ridge. When I told them that my name really was Ridge they thought it was so funny that my name was Ridge and I was playing Ridge Jr. (RJ).

7. Did you have a favorite B&B set to film on?

My favorite sets on B&B were the Big Bear cabin (cuz, it really felt like we were in a cabin) and when they set up the backyard pool, cuz it was really only about a foot deep!

8. What was it like filming Cold Case?

Cold Case was sooo fun, it was much different than B&B because it was filmed outside. Danny Pino was such a good friend to me on set, he played frisbee with me between takes.

9. Has you ever had the chance to do any commercials or print work?

I originally got into the buisness as a model, but never did any modeling actually. I did do a national Dodge commercal shortly after I landed the role of RJ on B&B.

10. What's your favorite B&B memory?

My favorite B&B memories are just about everyday on set, it was always so fun to be on set and the actors are all so nice. Also, the Christmas scenes were sooo fun, the set always looked sooo pretty. I also like going to the Christmas parties that Mr. Bell had for the actors, they were alot of fun!

Merit Leighton (older sister of Marlowe Peyton) has appeared in numerous films and commercials! You've probably seen her in commercials for companies such as K-Mart, Microsoft and Target! Recently, Merit has been working on her film Grooming Giselle!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What was the best part of filming your National Realtors commercial?

LOTS OF FUN! I got to have my second fake brother, and my father was Timothy Hornor -the guy who never blinks from iCarly. I also got my first high heel shoes EVER, it felt really wobbly, but really cool..I also felt pretty tall!

2. Do you have a favorite memory from filming Grooming Giselle?

Grooming Giselle was my first feature film it was really special. Clark Koelsch was the lead in the film he was very nice and I am glad that I got a chance to work with him.

3. What was it like working with Kathy Griffin?

Ms. Griffin was very nice to me, I had a lot of fun screaming next to her. :)

4. Do you have a favorite print job that you've done?

Barbie was a great job, I got to play with a kings staff and a pink feather boa while dancing around.

5. What has been your favorite commercial to film?

That's a tough one, Fuze was really fun because we got to stay in a hotel right on the water and play on the beach for two days, really great. Oh and my sister Marlowe got to go too, that was really really fun.

6. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?

The crew and cast of Monster Slayer was amazing. Timm Sharp was so nice and he helped me understand a lot about acting. That film was great because Caskey the director and everyone involved taught me so much.

7. What is one of the funniest things to happen on the set of a project?

Well on one commercial for Kmart last Fathers Day, I filmed the commercial with my fake family, no one had any lines, but when I finally saw the commercial it was in Espanol..lol..that was cool.

8. Is there someone in particular you like the chance to work with one day?

Ruff Ruffman from Fetch! That show is the reason why I wanted to be on TV!

9. How did you get into the business?

One day I was watching my favorite show Fetch, and I decided I wanted to be on TV like the kids on the show. So I asked my mom if I could be on TV. She said "No, Dad and I are to busy working.", my dad and mom said "If you really want it, believe and make it happen." I said "But I don't know how to make it happen." I got sad, but I knew with all of my heart it would happen. One week later it did. A manger called my mom, she's a photographer, and asked if they could get in contact with one of the kids she had photographed on her photography website, they were looking for ME. My mom asked if I had "used a phone book and made calls" to make it happen, but I just believed. After that I got an agent and I booked my second audition for LeapFrog..it's been my dream come true."

10. What has been your overall favorite project to work on?

Playing Bea in Monster Slayer, was truly fantastic. I got to have amazingly beautiful computer generated wings and I fought super cool monsters. Bea was an amazing part for a girl, and I was lucky enough to be the one chosen! You can watch it on-line at http://characterproject.usanetwork.com/#!/monster-slayer . Timm Sharp and Alicia Goranson are so talented and the stop action animation is truly beautiful. Another dream came true when I got to work on green screen for this movie. A truly fantastic, amazing time. I have never been happier in my life than working on Monster Slayer.

Marlowe Peyton appeared on Parenthood during the school play episode last season. She has been seen in several films and television shows, most recently appearing on How I Met Your Mother and The Middle!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. How fun was it to film the play scenes on Parenthood with so many kids?

It was awesome; I made lots of new friends! Dancing with so many kids, learning the steps and then doing the show was a blast. It was kind of like really being in a school play.

2. What was your first day on set of Parenthood like?

Being on Parenthood the first day was LOTS of school…then we began rehearsing the play for the filming later that week. It was also the first time I got to work for a whole week on one show. That was really special.

3. Did you get a chance to spend time with the other kids behind the scenes?

Yes, I did. We got to do school together and play at break time. We played chase and I had just gotten a new ipad...Tyree, Jasmine and a bunch of us played Plants vs Zombies and other cool games...it's really fun working with lots of other kids like that.

4. What was your favorite part of shooting Conan?

Conan was my first job with a studio audience.. I rehearsed in the afternoon and stayed to tape the live show later. They let me keep the birthday hat too!.

5. What was the best part of filming How I Met Your Mother?

How I Met Your Mother was my first job on a Lot, which was a GREAT experience, all of my other jobs had been on location. I even got my own dressing room for the very first time…very, very fancy. Getting to work on Stage 22 with Alyson Hannigan, Jason Segel and the whole crew, was really thrilling. Doing my off camera line was a lot of fun, everyone applauded when I was finished and Jason Segel said "That was awesome, I'm a big fan, can I take a picture with you!” I was so surprised... how nice is THAT? I got to stay and have lunch and they gave me some of the Halloween candy from the scene too!

6. What was filming United States of Tara like?

HOT! Very, very hot indeed...around 100...but it was worth and I got to work with the whole cast. It was an honor to meet them all.

7. Do you ever get nervous singing the National Anthem in front of big crowds?

NO WAY! Definitely not! I have no stage fright... I love it!!

8. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with?

The Middle was an epic week! I had the most amazing trailer (another dream come true) and I loved being a part of that cast...Playing the great part of Lucy and getting to be a bit of a brat was FUN! Working with the fantastic cast and crew, especially my new friend and TV cousin Atticus Shaffer, he is so talented. Working with my new TV mom Molly Shannon, (my sister and I love her as Mary Catherine Gallagher), not to mention Patricia Heaton as my Aunt Frankie, Marsha Mason and Jerry Van Dyke as my Grandparents, Neil Flynn as my Uncle Mike, and Charlie McDermott and Eden Sher as my cousins…WOW..right? Playing the part of Lucy was a week I’ll never forget.

9. Do you have a favorite memory from filming The Lost Medallion?

I got to play a foster kid named Lisa, which was kinda special to me. We are best friends with a family that fosters children, and usually then adopts them. Those kids are my best friends! I love them, so it was nice to play a good foster kid, because the friends I have are the best people ever. I also got to meet Sammi Hanratty who stars in the film; she came by the set and hung out while we filmed the wrap-around.

10. What has been your favorite project to shoot?

How To Get To Candybar was my favorite job. It was VERY hard work LATE at night till 12am.. and HOT, I had to wear full snow clothes in 100 degree weather. LOL…but it was the most fun I've EVER had, fake snow, beach scenes, airports. It was worth being tired and being baked like a potato, because I loved my part and my costars, Raymond Ochoa, Brooke Boyd, Lance Nichols, and Mr. August the director. They were all so good! ... I love them all and I will never forget making that movie. You know you don't really care if it was hard work or not because its so much FUN! Being a lead in a movie was my dream. I cried when we wrapped the movie at El Matador Beach.

What is coming up for you?

I am heading to NYC for four days. I am so honored to have a callback for the role of Annie in the Broadway production of Annie. I have dreamed of going to New York and dreamed of playing Annie since I was 2...I'm just so excited to be considered and can't wait to go on the trip next week...we are going to stay an extra day, have lunch at The Plaza and visit The Natural History Museum!

We'd like to thank Marlowe and her family for participating in this year's Holiday Q&A event!

Emily Alyn Lind played the part of Emma Lavery on All My Children back in 2010. Since then she has gone on to film several TV movies, feature films, and can currently be seen on ABC's Revenge!

Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

1. What has been your favorite movie to film?

I probably had the most fun filming "A Haunting in Georgia" because I love scary movies, and the effects are great! I love filming something that isn't there and knowing that they'll add it later. It's a fun challenge. But I have to say that working with Leonardo was pretty exciting too. Oh yeah, and meeting and working with Clint Eastwood - he's so cool, just like you would think.

2. What's the coolest thing about filming Revenge?

My favorite part of working on Revenge is getting the new script and finding out what Amanda is going to do next. I'm so hooked on the show. I mean, even if I wasn't working on it, it would be a show I would watch all the time. And Emily Van Camp is super sweet - I really feel lucky to be playing her mini-me.

3. How did you like getting to play Shirley Temple for J.Edgar?

It was such an honor playing Shirley Temple. I would love to meet her now and tell her how much I liked playing her and how much I love her movies. The wardrobe was probably the best I've ever had. The whole experience with Leo, Judi Dench, Armee Hammer, and Clint - playing Shirley Temple! It was the best ever!

4. How did you like working with the other kids for Eastwick?

The other kids on Eastwick were great! I'm still in touch with Mia - who is sooo cute! We really bonded when we worked together. I hope we get to play sisters again.

5. Do you still keep in touch with any of your AMC co-stars?

I keep in touch with Cameron and Rebecca and the coolest thing - I went to work with my sister Aly the other day on The Young and the Restless and turned the corner and Missy was standing there! My Mom on AMC! She's new on the show and now my little sis will be working with her! It was so great to see her again! I really miss the AMC cast - we were like family.

6. How has your fundraising for Make A Wish been going?

My Make a Wish Fund is going great! My sisters are starting to do it too. I raised money on Steel Town and I'm hoping that other kids start raising money on their sets for their charities too.

7. Do you ever get recognized in public for any of your roles?

I'm being recognized a lot for Revenge. People ask me if I'm the screaming girl on Revenge! I guess it's ok to be known for that! I used to get stopped a lot for AMC too. It's so cool to know that people are watching. And they're always so nice when they stop me - and they thank me! And I always say, no thank you!

8. Do you have a favorite event/premiere that you've attended?

The best event I ever attended was the Cannes Film Festival in France. I was so young! But it was enormous! And the part I'll never forget is that the party after the movie STARTED at midnight! And I got to go! It was so much fun!

9. Who would you love the chance to work with one day?

I want to work with Meryl Streep and Amanda Siefried...I love both of their work so much! Maybe Meryl could be Amanda's mom and Amanda could be my mom? That sounds good! Also, I would love my Mom to play my mom in a movie, and both my sisters to play my sisters...oh yeah, and my dog, Georgie to play my dog. She's a good actress too. We put her in all our movies!

10. What is your favorite AMC memory?

I'll always remember shooting my birthday scene - they actually had real presents wrapped because it was actually my birthday too! They made a big banner for me and I have it hanging in my room. Susan Lucci signed it on top - I miss her!

Please watch the Hollywood Christmas Parade on Dec. 12 (my mom and sisters and me are all in it!) and Prep and Landing on Dec. 5....I play Grace Goodwin who almost destroys Christmas. And you can find me @emilyalynlind on twitter and Emily Alyn Lind on Facebook!!!!

5 Year Anniversary
5 years ago today, Star-Kidz moved from a Yahoo group to its very own website! So much has changed in the past 5 years from new staff and shows, to new kids joining the casts of the shows we cover, outside projects and tons of fun in between!! Its hard to believe that time has moved so fast, and we cannot wait to celebrate! It was in February 2008 that Star-Kidz became its own stand alone website though, and so we have decided to have a big celebration this coming February! We can't wait!
