AMC has already aired on the east coast which means it has now been seen that we have a brand new 'Trevor Martin' on the show and we can make an update. We would like to welcome Dylan and Jordan Duszynski to Star-Kidz and AMC!!! The boys are no stranger to television, they have appeared on Ghost Whisperer and were Baby Gene (along with another infant) on Mad Men last season. Welcome Dylan and Jordan!!

Check out your first look at Taylor Spreitler as Lennox on ABC Family’s upcoming series, Melissa & Joey!

The 17-year-old actress shared about working with former teen queen Melissa Joan Hart: “She’s so great! She’s so funny and nothing like I was expecting. She’s very…I don’t even know the word I’m looking for (laughs). You would expect someone who has been in this business for as long as she has been to be like ‘Okay, let’s get this done and then I need to leave,” but she’s exactly the opposite. She jokes around a lot with us and she’s always talking — we’ve gossiped on set a lot — and making the cast comfortable on set.”

Melissa & Joey follows Mel, the grown-up former wild child of a political family who is now a local politician herself. When her sister ends up in prison and brother-in-law flees after a scandal hits, Mel must take responsibility for her teenaged niece Lennox and adolescent nephew Ryder (Nick Robinson). Spread too thin to manage by herself, help comes in the unlikely form of Joe (Joey Lawrence) who, desperate for a job, moves in and becomes the family’s “manny.”

The series premieres on Tuesday, August 17 @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

I am so excited to introduce the youngest newest little ones over on General Hospital. This past week Liz gave birth to a beautiful baby boy Aiden. Not even a week old and already this boy is going through so much. Well the two cuties who we will be seeing on our TV are Adrian and Brett. We'd like to welcome the boys and their family to the STAR-KIDZ family and can't wait to see much more of them on our screen.

Both John-Paul Lavoisier of One Life to Live and Jacob Young of All My Children have recently talked with Soap Opera Digest/ABC Soaps In Depth about their on-screen sons. Here's what they had to say:

When John-Paul Lavoisier found out that Rex was going to be a dad on OLTL, he wondered if his "age" was starting to show. "I thought, 'Oh my God, I can't believe I'm going to have to work with a baby,' and they're like, 'No he's going to be 10.' That's when I was like, 'Are they aging me? Do I look old? Is that why you're giving me a kid? What do I need to do?' I was only 26 or 27!" he laughs. Now that Lavoisier's been working with Austin Williams since 2007, he wouldn't have it any other way, but jokes, "What if they age him and give him like, a driver's license story? I mean, I am 30, but I don't know if I can play 35 or 40 quite yet. Take it easy, let's not rush things. I still like to think I can play 26 if I need to."


When it comes to "Aw!"-inducing moments, you're not the only one Tate Berney has affected: The yongster has even pulled at Jacob Young's heartstrings! "Tate is just a really cute young boy," raves the actor of his newest on-screen counterpart. "He's an adament professiona. Every day, he has his lines ready. He's just so cute." And though Young admits that it was tough to say goodbye to the twins who used to play AJ, he's happy that the move to Los Angeles has prompted the writers to age the character. "It's a good fit...and its always nice to welcome new people," says Young. "And he's a welcome cast member now."

We sat down with Bella Thorne, a gorgeous and talented actress who’s starred on hit TV shows like Wizards of Waverly Place and The O.C., as well as over 40 TV commercials worldwide! In fact, Bella is the face of Mudd Jeans, H&M, Limited’s Justice, GAP, Ralph Lauren, Guess, ALDO and many more!

Kidzworld: How old were you when you started modeling and acting?
Bella: I started modeling at six weeks old and acting at nine years old. I’m 12 years and 8 months old now!

Kidzworld: How did you get into modeling? What sort of modeling work do you do?
Bella: I started in modeling by accident. My older siblings used to do it and then clients wanted to use me for photo shoots, too. I have modeled for top designers in fashion, some runway and many magazine editorials like Vogue, Vogue Bambini, Elle, Child, Parents, etc.

Kidzworld: Do you have any brothers or sisters? Are they also interested in modeling/acting?
Bella: Yes. I have two sisters and brother. My older sister Dani and brother Remy started modeling before I did. All of them love acting.

Kidzworld: What was your first acting gig and how did you get it?
Bella: It was a skit for Jimmy Kimmel Live and I had to audition, get a call back, and then book it

Kidzworld: You've acted in several commercials - which was your favorite and why?
Bella: Texas Instruments/DLP commercials. I was the spokes-kid for a series for two years and I made such wonderful friends from the company. And, I got to work with an elephant! It was amazing!

Kidzworld: What are you working on right now?
Bella: I am working on a new Disney Channel show called Shake It Up! I hope everyone watches and loves it as much as I do!!!

Kidzworld: What's your ultimate goal in the future?
Bella: I want to go to college at USC and have time to do charity work. Of course, I plan on acting and dancing anytime that I can.

Kidzworld: How do you balance work with school and just being a regular kid?
Bella: You have to have a schedule, hahahaha! I work and do school and on the weekends, I get to hang out with all my friends and do fun, regular things like bowling, movies, shopping and frozen yogurt trips.

Kidzworld: Do you have any pets? Can you tell us about them?
Bella: Oh my, YES! I have a wolf-hybrid dog, a cocker spaniel, six cats, one turtle and one underwater frog. I'm hoping to get a dwarf bunny, too!

Kidzworld: What advice would you give to kids who love modeling/acting, too, and want to do it professionally?
Bella: Get a good agent! Also, no matter how many NOs you get if you keep trying, you will get a YES! Do what you love and do it just for yourself and everything else will come along

We have a big announcement in terms of AMC casting today. We would like to send a very big congratulations to Danielle Parker who has just joined the cast this past week as 'Emma Lavery'. Danielle will begin airing on the show August 16/17 (August 10th pre-emption may affect date). We look forward to seeing her big debut next month, congratulations Danielle!!

For those wondering about Emily Alyn Lind and why she is no longer in the role, we can't say too much at this time as to what has happened but will say...it has all worked out wonderful for both talented young actresses and we will keep you up to date.

These two are busy busy busy. Going to start off with Peyton's Remember Me caps. You can now get your own copy on DVD/Blue Ray. I also added Peyton's pics from the King Kong 3D Event. She and brother Spencer attended the New York premiere of The Sorcerer's Apprentice. The movie is now out in Theaters. Spencer also attended the premiere of The Last Airbender. Pics of Peyton on set filming Something Borrowed have also been added along with the most recent pics of her attending the Los Angeles premiere of The Sorcerer's Apprentice. I also happened to grab a small video clip of Peyton at the NY premiere media for that also up.

Some very great Parenthood news has just surfaced!! Season 2 begins taping tomorrow...yes already! A little while ago Tate shot the fall print campaign for Gap Kids. Gap has just released a behind the scenes video from the shoot, and we get to see lots of Tate among other children (some who you may recognize). Media has just been added to the site.

The 16-year-old former Days of Our Lives actress opened up about her new role on ABC Family’s Melissa & Joey, the pressure of being a teen in Hollywood and the kind of Hollywood people she stays away from. Check it:

On her new role of Lennox: “Lennox and I both have a sarcastic streak and she’s a bit of a rebel like me. We do have very different family circumstances: my Mom’s not in prison and my Dad didn’t disappear. And I have a little brother on the show, I always wanted a little brother!”

On the worst part of Hollywood: “The people who crave attention and will do anything to get it ven if it comes in the worst way possible.”

On the pressure she feels around her: “[There's] not too much pressure, it’s all pretty new to me so it’s still fun. The only pressure is worrying about a wardrobe malfunction of tripping on the red carpet.”

Bella Thorne keeps it silly with BFF Ryan Newman as they arrive at the pink carpet premiere of 16 Wishes held at the Harmony Gold Theater earlier last week in Los Angeles.

The duo joined Bella’s Shake It Up costar Kenton Duty at the event.

Kenton stopped by to chat with JJJ about his role on the upcoming Disney Channel series. He shared with us, “I play Gunther and he’s from a different country. He’s actually a rival of the main characters, CeCe and Rocky, played by Bella and Zendaya. He’s really competitive.”

June 2010 screencaps for GH are now up in the gallery

TJ's movie "The 41 Year Old...." was released onto DVD last month and thanks to Heaven, we now have screencaps from his scene.

The COTM has been changed over for July and we would like to congratulate Carolyn and Campbell Rose for being selected! The girls have been on such a role since their debut on Days of Our Lives, from numerous episodes to guest spots and music videos....and they are just so adorable to top it off!

Piper's episode of Lie to Me is now up.

Screencaps from this last month of Days have been added to the gallery. Each child from the show was featured in at least two episodes each. So there was quite a bit of the kids this month! Especially since this last month saw the Salemites saying good bye to Alice Horton (Frances Reid) in a very touching month of flashbacks and people returning. Ciara (Lauren Boles) and Allie (Carolyn & Campbell Rose) both attended the funeral for the beloved "Days" character. This month also saw the character of Mia (Taylor Spreitler) leaving the show. Her last airdate was on June 23rd.

Allen had an episode of 10 Things I Hate About You this past season. His media is now up.
