Introducing...
While we believed Tristian and the other babies playing Stuart may have been staying in the role a little longer, that is not the case. These adorable twin boys David and Dominic have begun filming for the role. A first airdate at this time is unknown, but in the next few weeks we should be seeing them on our screens. Thanks to my friend Odelia photos of the boys outside the studio have been added to the gallery. As well photos of Alex Ben and Caleb at the studio back in 2007 have been re-added.

Introducing...
This past week on All My Children it was learned that we have two babies, not one, in Pine Valley. Liza continues to raise baby Stuart whom she believes is Amanda's baby while Amanda was reunited with her biological son Trevor who was being looked after by a caregiver until the day Amanda would be able to raise him. We believe Tristan and a few unknown babies continue in the role of baby Stuart. As for baby Trevor, twins Aiden and Connor made their debut last week and a ton of stills of the boys have been added to the gallery along with recent AMC, OLTL and GH episode stills.

Jack Manning
Today we have made a change to the OLTL section of the gallery and added up an area for Jack Manning. Carmen LoPorto has impressed us so much these past weeks that we have decided to start covering him and his character. We will try our best to catch up on previous Jack scenes but caps and clips for some can be found along with Sam scenes, while from this point on we will begin making clips and screencaps of Jack scenes.

One on One with Taylor Spreitler
Taylor Spreitler began her career at a tender age of six years old when she graced print ads for companies such as a Avon, Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's, and Land's End. She was bitten by the acting bug and moved on from modeling by auditioning for acting jobs. She appeared on such primetime series as Law & Order SVU, and national commercial campaigns for Chuck E. Cheese, JIF and PediCare. Now portraying conflicted teen mother Mia McCormick on NBC's Days of Our Lives, fifteen year old Taylor Spreitler is quickly learning how fast paced daytime soaps can be.

Soap Opera Source recently spoke with the young actress to learn a little more about her, her role on 'DAYS' and what's to come!

Soap Opera Source: How did you get your start in this business?

Taylor Spreitler: I started out in beauty pageants and talent competitions. I was at a national pageant in Pennsylvania and there were some agents from New York judging. The agents suggested I come to New York for the summer and try modeling so we did!

SOS: Days of our Lives is your first major role. You have done mostly commercial work, how did you handle the fast pace of soaps?

TS: It took a little getting used to,definitely not the sit around and wait type filming that commercials are.

SOS: What was your audition like?

TS: I had a really good feeling about it when I left Marnie's [Saitta, Days of Our Lives' Casting Director] office after the first audition. At the callback there were about 13 girls, all older than me so I figured it was one to just chalk up to good experience. I got the call a few hours after saying I had booked it and I was so happy! I'm so thankful to Marnie for taking a chance on me.

SOS: When you came on as Mia originally she left town for a bit. Were you aware at the time that you would be coming back and playing a major role in this storyline?

TS: I wasn't sure where they were going to go with Mia in the storyline, but when I got the script that said Mia was moving to Japan, I just knew I was fired already!

SOS: How has it been working with Arianne Zucker & Alison Sweeney?

TS: Wonderful! They are both so talented.

SOS: What about working with Suzanne Rogers?

TS: She's a legend in this business. I absolutely love Suzanne she is the sweetest lady. Working with her always feels so comfortable.

SOS: At Grace's funeral you got to sing. Is that also something you would do again on the show?

TS: Sure, maybe Will and Mia could do a little karaoke!

SOS: How do you think Mia will react when she finds out Nicole swapped her baby and her child is now dead?

TS: I think it is going to be a range of emotions from extreme sadness to being furious with Nicole. It was so hard for her to give her baby up in the first place and she was so sad when Grace died.

SOS: What has been one of the most challenging scenes to film so far?

TS: It was the birthing scene up until the scenes in the hospital when Grace died. Those scenes were so hard on everyone it just felt so real.

SOS: Can you tell us about what's coming up for Mia? Seems like her hands will be full with Will and Chad.

TS: Oh yes poor Mia caught in the middle! It's not your typical teenage love story with all the lies and secrets. Kinsey is being a nosy troublemaker and trying to come between Mia and Will. Chad is becoming increasingly suspicious of the story Mia tells happened after he left town.

SOS: Have you had any fan encounters yet?

TS: I have! Mostly in restaurants for some reason. People will be staring at me and it still doesn't click that they know me from Days. I always think I have food on my face or something! Then they come over and ask if I'm that girl on Days.

SOS: Has it been difficult for you to juggle your taping schedule plus school work?

TS: It's been a little difficult, but my wonderful set teacher Ms. Bobbi has helped a lot!

Letters To God
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (BP)--As the young girl, perhaps 13 or 14, passed, I noticed that she had bright eyes, a pretty face and a bald head. I was at a camp for children who suffered life-threatening diseases, and from the bald pate that displayed only the slightest of dull peach fuzz, I knew why she was there. I turned, watching her walk away with her mother. The back of her T-shirt read, "Got Hope?"

The location was Orlando, Fla.; the place was the Give Kids the World Village, an organization, like the Make-A-Wish-Foundation, dedicated to offering ill children encouragement; and my reason for being there was to interview those making the film "Letters To God."

Shot at several Orlando locales and scheduled for release in early 2010, the movie is based on a true story about a boy diagnosed with cancer. Spirit-assured, the youngster is at peace with the knowledge that Heaven awaits, that he will no longer be in pain or distress, and that he will face eternity with his Lord and Savior, Jesus. But what of those he will leave behind? This is the young protagonist's one concern. What will happen to his family, his friends and one tormented soul he has just befriended?

Unselfishly, 11-year-old Tyler (played by Tanner Maguire) begins writing letters to his Creator, seeking God's care for those he will leave behind. And like Jimmy Stewart's George Bailey in "It's A Wonderful Life," Tyler learns how our words and deeds can affect the lives of so many others.

Possibility Pictures, LLC, intended by its founders to be the "DreamWorks of faith-based movies," is helmed by David Nixon, the co-producer of the church-backed "Facing the Giants" and "Fireproof" (the highest grossing independent film of 2008). Inspired by the spiritual and financial success of several cinematic efforts made by members of Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Ga., Nixon, Tom Swanson and Kim Dawson are heading a sincere group of investors, talents and spiritual supporters in the development of three faith-based movies, the first being Tyler Doughtie's story. The film has a production budget of $3 million.

Says producer Kim Dawson ("Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" I, II and III; "Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius"), "This is a picture that will build a bridge of hope between the faith-based community and the secular community, using prayer to provide hope to cancer victims and their families around the world.... We're not trying to cure cancer with this movie. What we're trying to do is help people understand that they are not alone and people who have gone before them can really help."

So what happens to the letters? That's where beleaguered U.S. postal worker Brady McDaniels (Jeffrey S. S. Johnson) comes in. Suffering from alcohol abuse and dispirited by divorce, Brady is touched by mail he's collected addressed to God. Fearing the letters will end up in the dead letter pile at the post office, he takes the letters to a minister. But the reverend senses that Brady has been selected by God to be their caretaker. Though not religious, and suffering from his own problems, Brady begins to relate to and be challenged by Tyler after being moved by the boy's entreaties to the Almighty.

While dealing with a sad reality, the script does contain humor and uplifting themes. What's more, it addresses a subject seldom discussed -- children's reaction to their lives ending so quickly. Nixon suggests, "The No. 1 fear of a cancer kid is that no one will remember them after they die."

And that is the power of this production. Not only will the film spotlight Give Kids the World Village, but it will feature cancer patients as extras. They live on in the hearts of those who knew them, but they will also be on film forever -- a film that spotlights the grace of God and mankind's eternal hope.
